If I could give zero stars I would. Kimberly (the owner) agreed to help me with QuickBooks Online for my business. She rescheduled our first appointment the day of, which is understandable at times. When we made the next appointment she showed up and was positive and I really felt like she was going to help me get my books in order for the upcoming tax deadline. I wrote her a retainer check and she said she would get on it and get back to me. As the tax deadline approached I reached out to her a couple of times, the second time she got back to me and said she was having difficulty at home and with bringing on a new employee. She should have told me that when I was waiting, not as a response to me saying a second time are you going to help me?? So she left me high and dry. She apologized and said she would send a refund for the retainer. That was 6 MONTHS AGO and I still have not received a refund, despite reaching out twice since then. At this point Divergent Business Group has quite simply stolen money and time from me.Kimberly is in a womens business group with some people whom I respect deeply, and they have vouched for her. So she must not be all bad. But the service she has (not) given me has been 100% TERRIBLE.Edit: After writing this review and a facebook review and sending an invoice for the amount plus interest, she paid the invoice. She said she was just catching up on that inbox and it had slipped her mind. Ive raised my review from zero stars to 2 stars, because its better late than never, and that counts for something.
