Dave Raml truly is a pillar of the Black Hills, Rapid City, and western South Dakota. When we moved to Rapid City from Denver I was truly sad to leave my old State Farm agents, but they got me in contact with Lisa from Dave Ramls office in RC and she made the transition amazing! When we first got to the office my 2 year old immediately found the candy jar and we were welcomed by a friendly receptionist and some free cold water (it was super hot outside so this was a welcome surprise!). We didnt have to wait long at all for Lisa to come down and say hi and take us upstairs to complete our paperwork. She had everything already taken care of and went over all the information with us, answering our questions and even had toys for my son to play with to keep him entertained! The process was smooth, fun, and I really do love having her as my agent! Thank you Lisa for taking the time to get to know us, help us, and make what could have been a rough transition a very pleasant one! She goes above and beyond her job scope and what is so amazing she does it naturally and with pleasure. I travel approx. 10 months out of the year with work and rarely in SD or anywhere for very long. Because of being on the road, I often forget little things with bills due or changes but she is always there to remind me personally or update me with changes. When needing to add a vehicle, it is flawless, quick, and painless. Just tell her what I need, what I have, and blam... there it is. No fuss no muss. She is a true pleasure to just talk with. Very rare these days to meet truly good hearted people that look out for your best interest and save you money. Seems like a really good guy and good agency. He helped my in-laws out with their special requirements for auto insurance and helped them arrange to save 500 bucks a year on their home owners insurance, which was also already with his agency. The insurance has also been pretty good, they get a lot of hail storms and the insurance took care of the damage each time it was severe enough to require repairs.
