Lights are, and have been, out in the stairwell all weekend at night. A tech can come check that in the morning I was told, as its not on their emergency list to fix right away. What?! Residents falling down the stairs in the dark is obviously more important than keeping the lights on!

Lived here for going on two years, and my wife and I couldnt be happier. the apartments are spacious, its just my wife, my dogs, and myself, but it fits us very comfortably. we have great danes, and this was the only apartment complex in all of rapid city that had zero problems with that. the amenities are all very very good. the office manager is an absolute angel. the maintenance crew is a tad gruff looking, but are all absolutely welcoming within seconds of speaking to them. what isnt to like about this place?

Great apartment and pet friendly. I enjoyed my time there a great deal.
