From the moment I walked in the door I found a staff to be courteous, respectful and truly interested and find the best dental solution for my oral care needs.At my first consultation they presented me with an option the last three dental offices I visited within the last year never recommend. I’m happy to say that they also welcomed my wife and twin toddlers.

My elderly mother needed quick attention to remove her tooth, and even though she was a new patient, they treated her promptly and with professionalism and kindness. From the beginning, the assistants, office staff and Dr. George answered her repeated questions, assured her that shed feel no pain, and allowed me to stand by and watch the procedure. We will go back again for cleanings, etc., as my mother is healing well and feels as great as an 89 yr. young one can!

For someone who had a terrible fear of going to the dentist Dental Care has helped me with that. I had a tooth pulled without being put to sleep. That says alot. Everybody is very professional, knowledgeable, kind and very understanding. I recommend Dental Care to family and friends.

I arrived to Baltimore from Phoenix, AZ and wanted to support a black owned dental office and I am glad I found this place. The front office staff are amazing and showcase excellent customer service, in-person & over the phone. Two different hygienists have completed my routine cleaning so far and both of them were super personable and kind. Dr. Marla Yee is fantastic. In a consult, she thoroughly informed me of the pros & cons of a dental bridge vs an implant for my lateral incisor, emphasizing potential cosmetic/aesthetic outcomes. In a two-part process, Dr. Yee completed my bridge and performed phenomenal work. She displayed so much attention to detail to ensure the bridge color and shape would be perfect and it was. My dental school peers love looking at it and sharing how perfect it is. Recently, a hygienist at this office complemented the bridge as well and asked where I got it done! This office plays awesome music as well.

Teonna (dental assistant) was very patient, friendly and made me feel comfortable. Dr Yee took good care of me and i love how the team of assistants worked together to complete a specific task.

I was relieved because after several visits to several dentists who really had no permanent solution, Dr. George Jr. really took his time to figure out my problem, & created a permanent affordable treatment to give me my smile back!! Great practice! Scheduling as a new patient was a breeze. I saw Dr. Yee who was very thorough and professional. She explained findings from my x-rays that no other dentist had ever brought to my attention. I went here to have them look at a tooth that was aching me. They informed me that I may need a root canal. I went to get a second opinion and was informed that they were unable to do anything because after further looking at my tooth, it was determined that DC of Baltimore placed filament in a canal within my tooth and the doctor couldn’t do anything because the filament that they used my have penetrated my tooth. Now I have to go see an Ethodontic for another look. I was informed that the filament may actually be the reason why my tooth is aching and a root canal may not be needed.

By far one of the best dental care businesses I have ever been a patient of. Dr. George is an awesome dentist. He knows what he is doing. He is caring to make sure that your dental procedures are least painful as possible. There locations are clean, and their dental equipment consit of the latest and greatest technology. Facility: the Professional Center is beautiful, well kept and clean... even down to the restrooms, which is very important! I would have not imagined the office being affiliated with Northwest Hospital. Their is ample parking on both ends of the building with well kept and clean parking lots.Staff: the staff are very pleasant and welcoming. Definitely a plus that this is a fully black owned/operated business. The providers are very attentive to their patients and creative a comfortable, relaxing environment for their patients as well. The providers are very thorough in their explanation of care, and I feel they make it their priority that you leave 100% satisfied with your service.

This business is just money hungry. Apparently there was back and forth going on with them and my insurance and I never received a phone call from them to see what I can do. My insurance sent them a check and apparently they never got it. I double checked with my insurance and they sent them the check again but guess what, by then the bill was sent to collections. I could have even paid and let my insurance reimburse me but I was unaware. When i called about it i was told after 30 days bills go to collection. Were talking about around a time when the post office was going through a major delay. All it takes is communication. Yall know how to blow up my phone to get me to come back but yall couldnt make me aware about a simple $170 bill.

I used to love coming here until today, when I show up to find out they don’t take my new insurance. I called literally 3 weeks ago when I received my new insurance information and gave it to ebony who said they we’re going to update it. Well guess what no one did. I was due for a cleaning back in September so because my insurance switched with my new job I had to put it off. Now only did I take off of work today for this but my time was wasted waiting for absolutely nothing! I’m truly disappointed in this office! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here after this experience! Ebony didn’t even apologize!

My first appointment was nice I always check to make sure the practice take my insurance. Once I arrived found out they didnt . Had to pay up front then I scheduled an appointment with the dr in the office that did . Two days before my appointment confirmed by office staff twice . Then received another call telling me the doctor in the office will see me only one time . He will not perform treatment as agreed. I would have to see other doctors who dont take my insurance pay up front then get refund from my insurance. Unfortunately, I lost my tooth the expense out of pocket isnt cheap. I explained for the 5th time I wanted to use my insurance then pay my portion .. However I kept telling Eboni my concerns . This went to me saying cancel it all together. Eboni told me this practice will not take my insurance in the future. Im extremely upset I took off work to make sure I get to this appointment. Now, have to start all over again when I clearly was up front with this office in the beginning. I can honestly say I really liked dr yee she removed my tooth its really upsetting that things didnt end up well for me . My first time ended up being my last . I hope that if a patient has insurance you dont accept you tell them before visit . The receptionist talk to me two times today early to confirm . Then about 5pm to tell me the dr I schedule to see this Thursday will see me once and other dr that dont accept my insurance will see me . Forget it ! Disappointed

People were very friendly and efficient. They got me in promptly as a new patient having an issue, even in the middle of all this pandemic stuff going on. Dentist was great about listening to me when we talked about the issues I have had with past dentists and then making sure I didn’t have any of those issues with my appt that day.

The entire staff is amazing! They made me feel right at home even tho I was first time visitor and patient! Initially went in to get a broken tooth pulled, left a returning happy customer! I would recommend this office for generations down the line!

This dental service is one of the worst I never met. very unprofessional! this dentist took away my friends teeth and never been restaured as convened. (poor quality dental prothesis) coming apart and falling anytime, even after claiming about the prothesis not holding, he just talked about money and more money again.I will give him half star, but the front desk was so sweet, so I go for one star.

Share Fowler was the best hygienist I think Ive ever seen. She was amazing and I wasnt uncomfortable at all. A warm towel scented with lavender at the end of my cleaning was a real touch of class. This dental office is amazing. Excellent customer service. Calm and inviting atmosphere. They make you feel comfortable, informed and engaged through the whole process. My favorite part is that they have head phones where you can listen to your favorite pandora station during your treatment. Not like any other dentist.

I had an absolutely amazing time at this dentist office. When I walked in, I was greeted by Ebony, the very friendly and welcoming woman at the front desk. If youre a new patient, they send you information to fill out before your appointment which makes things go a lot quicker. But even if you dont fill everything out before going, they have tablet device for you to enter your information.I arrived maybe 10 minutes before my appointment and only had to wait a few minutes before I was seen. The hygienist and other professionals there were very courteous and knowledgeable. Something else that I liked was that there was a tv to watch during my dental cleaning. Also, you can bring your own music and headphones to listen to as well.I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. This office went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and appreciated as a welcomed client.To everyone that worked that day. UPDATE:: The Businesses response below seems to only strive to further mislead those who observe this review. The business has still failed to take full responsibility for its poor customer service and poor business practices.This place is DISHONEST AND UNACCOUNTABLE for their offices Mismanagement!The office employee provided me with MISLEADING information, advising me that I have a credit to cover services with no out of pocket expense, and Directly after going through with the service ONLY based on this LIE, I was told I have NO credit and must pay the balance!I arrived for my scheduled appointment.. At this time I was advised by the office staff member that my new insurance was not accepted. I advised the employee to cancel my appointment, as I will go to a dental provider within my insurance plans coverage. As I am walking out of the door, I was called back in by an employee, who informed me that I have a credit that would cover the cost of my cleaning for that day. I inquired on the credit and asked for confirmation that I will not have ANY out of pocket financial responsibility and that the credit she is advising me that I have, covers the entire cleaning. The staff member confirmed that there will be no out of pocket cost to me and that my credit will cover my services in full. I went through with the cleaning. Directly after the cleaning, the staff member advised me that the credit actually belonged to my father and is not a credit of my own, but that they would use his credit to cover my service. I informed the employee that I do not feel comfortable agreeing to take a credit that my father is entitled to and that the employee Falsely informed me that I have a credit. I asked the office manager to step in and to take accountability for their staff members deceitful information. The manager took no accountability and left the charge on the account. Months later, after my father went for his appointment and established his wishes to keep his credit rightfully due to him, the office then sent me an invoice (FIVE months later - October 2018) for me to pay the cost. I called to speak with management again to ask that they take accountability for their staffs costly and dishonest information... I was told that the manager was unavailable and that I would receive a call back; I did not.. I called again the following week, and was told the manager was busy and that I would receive a call back again. When I finally spoke with the same manager who took no accountability the first time, she now offered to assume responsibility of half of the cost, and requested that I would then only be responsible for the remaining half. I again asked that her office take Full accountability for their office staff providing deceptive information, She responded that I am responsible for the cost. Extremely poor and unprofessional service at this place, and poor business management.

Dr. Evans has a VERY well run office. Everyone is very professional and they work well together for the patients comfort and convenience. A wide variety of dental services are available. The office is clean and comfortable. You will be well taken care of here.

I LOVED IT HERE! I came in for a basic exam, and got a cleaning! The customer service was BEYOND fabulous. I felt like I got VIP treatment in the chair when getting my cleaning: I received headphones to block out noise and was able to watch TV and barely felt like I was at the dentist! The exam was wonderful, they came in told me about what I needed and I never felt pressured to do something that wasnt beneficial. Awesome place, such a nice facility! I cant wait for my six month appointment!!!!

Dental Care of Baltimore is always a pleasant experience. From the moment I walk in the door, I am greeted with a pleasant receptionist and calming atmosphere. I have always had an extreme fear of the dentist, but this office puts me at ease. The hygienist was efficient and informative. And Dr. Evans gives the most painless needles Ive ever had. It feels like he is gradually releasing the needle only after each layer of skin is numb first (hard to explain, but I truly didnt feel the needle, which has always been my biggest fear). Ive had a root canal, filling, and deep scaling at this office, all good experiences. I highly recommend Dr. Evans and his staff!
