This Dollar Tree was a great store. They were in the process of stocking the products when I arrived and the store was still neat and the products were some great brands.

Would give five stars for staff, but dollar trees r no longer cost effective as they have shrunk item so small, (to keep them a dollar,) that u get more bang for your buck by adding a few pennies more and getting same item fr WalMart, or your local grocer

The go to place to get small essentials at a cheap price.

I guess this place just opens and closes when they feel like it and not by their actual posted hours. I went at 9:50pm and they were removing the cash drawer and the doors were locked. Go at your own risk, who knows if it will be open

A little crowded at times but they are always kind and the store is stocked with great finds, the party stuff is awesome.

The prices are very low prices everything for a dollar but they need to work on their organization to stuff them must organize properly so when you go into the store you can see exactly what you want and exactly what you come for

I just witness the WORST display of customer service!!! Lady spends $50 in the store and was refused two balloons to be blown up not because the gas wasent working or the store was packed but because (and these are the cashiers words ) I dont feel like it. What in the world ? I listened while this lady begged her just two balloons and that cashier was very unprofessional and rude for no reason at all. If management is reading this maybe there should be a customer service training for workers like Ms SADIE because this is HORRIBLE i wanted to cry with the customer...

Yes I am not a happy camper right now. I was in line and I need to get something else additional and when I decide to get it and was in line its only three of us in line one cashier the young lady who called for all the cash you can come when he came and he opened up his line he said next in line it was a journeyman in front of me he didnt move so I went and the young lady who called for her coworker turn around told me no I have to wait because the other woman who was like two people behind me need to be waiting on and Im like no thats not thats not right she said she was in front of you that was unprofessional because she was dead wrong I have to sick children that was waiting for me but I had to do additional time to do this because I didnt want to stoop to her like what I told her she was incorrect and then she said she apologized. The deed was done yall need to teach your employees to pay attention if they dont know what they doing to be quiet. And also, the lady that got in front of me didnt speak English well, so she followed the lead of the cashier, which I dont blame her for.

Store is ok however they need to wash the shopping baskets because theyre filthy !!

That is dollar tree is play very busy but at this time of morning there was no one in there I was able to get the things I need it and get in line and leave

Wow! Im not sure if they hired new staff or just additional staff. The store is clean and organized. There were 3 staff members stocking the shelves during my visit this morning and 2 on the registers. I wasnt able to find what I wanted until one of the employees pointed me in the right direction. Go job Dollar Tree. Ill be back.

The manager is a sweetheart she makes this Dollar tree shine brighter than any other in the area. Its one of my favorite in the areas

It is one of my favorite Stores and the only true Dollor Stores. I buy from their stores at least 3 to 4 days a week.

This Dollar Tree had everything you expect; holiday decor, cards, household stuff, and toys. It is an older store, so it is a bit dirty. Needs a remodel.

I take the kids there and tell them they can get whatever they want. They love it and it only cost me a dollar. Win-win.

It was a good visit store was more tidy today,but freezer section needed to be restocked lot of empty shelves

VERY convenient and of course everything $1. Grabbed 2 gift bags, some packing tape and snacks...even a steering wheel cover. Thanks for quick check out before I head to M&T Bank...che-ching $$$$

They honestly need for inventory. Its kind of crowded in there too. But apart from that, its a good store.

This location is slow. Doesnt seem to be that many employees. Even when its not that many customers theyre still slow. They have cleaned up some.

Its always a pleasant environment staff greet you with a smile. Under new management. Improvement in the Randallstowns store.
