Beautiful experience thanks Rose my feet and eyebrows are perfect. This was my first spa treatments since pre covid. I will be back.

My daughter loves this place. It has to be a certain guy that does them or she won’t get them done. She’s been going there for years and hasn’t had any complaints. FYI. If you get a gift certificate from them... get it for the amount of what the person you’re getting it for is having done. If you’re using a $50 certificate and only spend $30 they act like they don’t want to give you change and write you another certificate for the remaining $20. They’ll tell you “use loose it” but no disclaimer stating it all has to be used in one sit.

Service was great I have one person rolls to my feet Christina for my hands and knocked it out of the park I spent no less than maybe 40 minutes to not even a whole school maybe an hour getting it done but it was the way I like them and they were very intensive so I will definitely be going back to save them and honey let me tell you that these are a little rough and Rosen amazing jobs I definitely will be

Came in for the first time, got a pedicure, full set and eyelashes done. I was seen immediately even during covid. I was very impressed with my nails and lashes. I will definitely be back! Ask for Tina (nails/lashes) and Ana (pedicure).

Today was my first time going to this nail salon. I had my eyebrows done by Rose and she did a fantastic job. It has been a long time since I had someone do my brows the way I like them. I will definitely go back.

I like this place Angelo is my favorite for nails and eye brows. It is a little old looking but its not dirty like people are saying

My daughter ask for a nail design and they said they can do it but when it was time to do the design they were trying to get her to pick a different design because they really couldn’t do it. They lied just to get her to get started so it will be too late to turn away. Also I got my eyebrows cleaned up because I’m been growing them out for 2 years I told the lady not to do them too thin she said ok and when I finished it looked like she waxed them all off and drew them back on with a very thin sharpie smh. Our 1st and last time.

They do pretty nice nails. The owners are friendly. However, the place needs an overhaul. Not very clean looking. Looks a little run down. They do enough business to update and clean this place.

The guy who serviced me was very nice. When it was time to pay my Bill it was handled was embarrassing, and very unprofessional.the lady inserted my card so many times it locked my PIN number . as I was trying to show her my account on my phone as it said pin locked, I even showed her my account balance and that I had more than enough money to cover my service . She insisted on getting loud in the shop . Not realizing it wasn’t me it was the machine. Assuming I was trying to get over on my bill. it was so bad the ladies that were getting serviced had to step in and insist on paying my bill since my account was locked. and I ended up cash app the money to the lady while I was in the shop to cover my bill. I will never come to this shop ever again. I didn’t see not one nail tech come in and wash hands after going outsideTo smoke a cigarette. they were all sitting in the pedicure chairs eating, yelling and talking about customers. sanitation is awful I do not recommend.

They have been very good with doing my eyebrows until today.I believe this is a new employee and he started waxing my eyebrows without wiping them off.He took off half of my eyebrow.They do need to clean it up and be more sanitary, which is important.I did go back to the manager and they were very considerate and passionate trying to correct their employee mistake.

I get gel nail polish and I like it. The colors really come out nice. However, I waited too long to get back. As a result, I brook two of my own nails. I really did a job on them. So today I went for repairs. Danny took real good care of me. Thanks to Danny I dont mind showing off my cinnamon nail polish with gold on my ring fingers.

Horrible service and customer service... literally clumped the gel on my nails with hardly filing it down while doing a full in. I mean how hard is a fill in. Once I mentioned it got an attitude in my face and practically refused to fix it, causing the owner to finish the job. This shop has one good nail tech and that is an issue I should be able to go to any tech thats available, please save a headache and go to lovely nails right up the street they were happy to fix the horror job done by lovely nails. Im sorry but first class nails lost my vote. They suck

Fast service, perfectly waxed my eyebrows, and were nice. In the middle of expanding, but the place was clean. Reasonable prices.

Rose is my favorite nail technician and she does excellent work. I always go to her and Im always pleased with how my eyes and my nails and toes look.

Well o am not sure which stores. Tje first class nails provide a goid service. None of these places do anything for the community.

All of the negative reviews are the same: THE PLACE IS FILTHY! Look at the photos I’ve posted. This was my first and final visit. I wanted my hands and feet done, but could only withstand the filth and employees screaming through the shop long enough to have my feet finished. I complained as I left and was told that I was “picky” and that I “always complain” (although this was my first visit) AND I received an “F you” as I left. Ha! Don’t patronize this place. This establishment does not value this community nor the people living in it.

Came with 2 friends for 2 pedicures and one fill in. I sat in the pedicure next to one of my friends and we chatted. Her tech, a mail, began working on her feet and began to join in our conversation. That was perfectly fine and welcomed. The problem came when she mentioned she had previously worked as a letter carrier for USPS. The tech responded with something along the lines of So shouldnt you be skinny?My friend was on maternity leave and had just delivered her 9lbs baby less than 6months before. He changed the tone of what was supposed to be a fun day about self care and self love all with a careless comment. It may have been a lapse in judgment where he stuck his foot in his mouth, but he seriously did not seem to realize what he said was inappropriate and unwelcomed. Because of that, and the state of filth that was this establishment, we will never return for a second chance.

When I tell you never go somewhere when your regular nail salon place is better. I needed something quick because it was by my house! The elderly lady who did my feet did not do well at all! I had to walk her through how to do my feet!! Then her nail was pressing against my toe and I had to tail her you have to ease up on your nail when polishing my toes. I had to make her redo the polish! Don’t go!

ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY NAILs... yes there fast but they work to keep pricing down. $30 for a powder set with French tips and four designs? I had to tip!

Of all the nail salons in my section of Randallstown I like this salon best. My nail tech seems to has the most patience. I believe it is a full service salon, brows, lashes, facial waxing along with hand and foot services.

I called to verify their hours and the gentleman told me to come in at 8am Saturday morning even though the website said 9am.Got there at 8 the business was closed. I wanted until 8:10 thinking they were running late and still no show.My review:*Poor customer service*They do a nice job however very limited. When I asked about ombre nails they told me that was old they dont do that.

Ask for Mimi or Benny...always does great nails (gel) for me...friendly and lively facility..very reasonable pricing and great designs...and quick service.

They have to do the job they Rush when your pedicure the two ladies in the back that do the pedicure one dont do a good job and the other ask for tips when they charge too much after finished on your feet or nails they dont sterilize the tools they put it back in the drawer and you just want to next person feet or hands you have to really really really watch them because they nasty and dirty

Staff is very nice and polite. However, the salon is busy and I felt rushed through my pedicure. After waiting over an hour to be waited on, the person doing my pedicure never soaked my feet. She also spoke little english and couldnt understand my questions about the gel polish. In addition, one of the guys did my tips. They were very large and wasnt shaped as I asked. However one of the owners named Tina did fix them on my next visit.

Ask for rose (technician) i visit every week. i always enjoy my time spent here.

Very dirty nail salon, they need to be reported. Don’t even get a pedicure here I made the mistake and got an infection on my toe. The owners are the only ones who can do nails decent, the rest are very rude and want to argue over the prices and lie. They need to upgrade the equipment and the salon

Furniture is outdated, service has gone down terribly! Prices have gone up but the service hasn’t gotten any better. I was a customer here for years but I’m extremely disappointed with the recent service quality.

One of the worst manicures I have ever had. When I went in I asked the owner if the woman she gave me painted well and she responded, oh yes. Well, my 3 year old granddaughter could have done this.

Staff is very rude. They rush through the whole process and and they act like you, the customer, is a bother. They never even asked what kind of pedicure Id like to recieve. Everytime they needed you to switch your foot in and out of water, it was a tap. On the way to the drying station, i had to grab my belongings. During the process hit my toe, and was in need of a repolish on one toe. The guy caught an attitude and said to me, I told you be careful. If hed helped me to the chair and turned on the equiptment, i wouldnt have hit it to began with. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I RETURN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT! They definately dont value and appreciate their customers!

They do an okay job but it is very dirty inside. None of the utensils get cleaned, there are nail clippings and trash all over the floors. The eyebrow station is very unsanitary. There are flies flying around all over the store. Like I said, they do nails well but they really need to clean up.

Got my single lashes done for the first time and its terrible I justhink called and told Tina that it was not done correctly and I want her to see and do it right. I was going here for a while getting my strip done but this experience made me see I will not do business there no more

Horrible horrible service, today went in to get my nails cut down and to change the color, because they use GEL i was charged $20. No fill in, and only cut less than an inch of my nail $20 UNBELIEVABLE

Horrible customer service polish was expired and would not change polish for free and very unsanitary eyebrows were broken out for 7+ days would never come back or recommend anyone!

Went in for a pedicure and ended up with an infection. Asked the owners to help pay doctors bill and they were very rude. Place is very dirty. Never going to this place again.
