Lola, told me to move my package to the end of the counter and then when I asked for a tracking number and receipt she told me I had to move the box back to her. The box was big but was not heavy. She told me to move it to the scale which was behind covid protecting glass closer to her. She didnt even try to lift it before I told her it wasnt heavy. She has an attitude. And doesnt try to help customers avoid her.

This has been a long time coming it’s well overdue . I like to give benefit of the doubt before giving reviews . If I could I’d give -5 stars .. But this is Absolutely THE WORST branch in the State of Maryland . From the carriers to the associates at the front counters to management . I haven’t received regular mail since I moved to Randallstown from Towson over 8 yrs ago . Incompetent and rude service ( except a few vet workers ) this location is horrible! I recommend mail forwardingDO NOT RECOMMEND MOVING TO OR DEALING WITH THIS LOCATION.

I frequent this location often and unfortunately today will be my last time giving this location any time and or business. The staff here is insanely unprofessional, rude, and very clearly hate their job. They seem to have younger aged women here who need to be evaluated on customer service or removed. My regular mail carrier is very nice, but since about August, package have been arriving late in the evening and left at the door of an apartment complex where they normally put them in lockers . The boxes and products are damaged I’ve had items return to sender and some marked delivered at front door that never arrived. Hold on it gets better had one Marked Customer requested item held at post office .... how do I know because of the USPS tracking, which takes days to update when your package has been there 2 days

The US postal service and this location in particular is a joke. My mail is delivered at my residence at no consistent time (morning to 8 or 9pm) as well as frequently skipping numerous days. Frequently get the wrong mail or my mail is crumpled up and stuffed in the mailbox or soaking wet if it is raining (I have a totally covered porch). Have gone in person countless times to complain at the Randallstown office but useless. Whoever you talk to will say they will address the problem but when you ask for written documentation of your complaint, they tell you they cannot do it (so you can complain until your face is red but good chance they will never follow through). Even tried complaining to the post master general for the area and NEVER got a call back. This past two weeks have been the worst. Received mail one time over a week ago and now getting text/email messages from companies that my payment is late. I have even caught the mail courier in the past placing the wrong mail into my box and when brought to her attention, she just rolls her eyes and says that is my address. Yes- my number, but wrong street. I have written wrong address on parcels and dropped them off at the post office to only return AGAIN at my home a few days later. Now I agree with the multitude of negative reviews for this location. I used to use a paid mailbox at this location but cancelled it a few months ago because I would see large crowds of persons packed together waiting in line and staff were not doing anything about it (like telling people to please distance themselves). I have dealt with incompetent businesses in the past but this one takes it to a whole new level.

Incredibly helpful and courteous. I left the Red Run Blvd USPS as I was told my package to UK would be $56 - two photographs. this lady was extremely polite and helpful and package only cost $14.50.

This post office is getting away with stealing! They know thatyou’re pretty helpless once they mark the package delivered. I have have had four packages stolen by them in the past 2 months. When I called them and told them that my packages had been marked delivered but never received the girl who answered the phone said oh it was delivered to another building let me reach it to the carrier. Surprise, surprise I never heard from them again. Every one is saying the same thing about this post office, they need to be investigated’

My mail was open twice by a postal worker at Randallstown Maryland and placed back into my post office box. The first time the woman admitted doing it saying she wasn’t familiar with the name on my mail so she opened it.

I came back from picking son up from school and found our apartment mail box open from the top with mail sticking out. I tried to call the Post office, as usual they do not answer the phone.

I am missing a package that was mailed from here. I contacted my local post office and according to them, it never left here. I tried calling and as soon as I said Im calling about missing mail, he cut me off, said hold on, and put me on hold. Or forwarded me. I have no idea because he didnt bother to tell me. I waited on hold about half an hour before hanging up. After looking at the other reviews for this post office, I feel pretty hopeless about finding it. Looks like a lot of packages here go missing or look like theyve already been opened when they do get delivered.

Friday, April 17, 2020 my neighbor received two pieces of my mail. On Saturday, April 18, 2020 I received one piece of my neighbors mail. Today April 20, 2020, I received mail for a person with the same Address number but a different street. What’s going on with the mail carrier? The addresses on the envelopes or magazines are very clear!

They stealing mail and then tell you it’s not them they have bad excuse for everything wrong they they do customer service is poor very poor...

I hate this post office. Disorganized. And unreliable.They hold on to packages then mark them held for pickup at customers request. Even if that’s not actually the case. People work. I waited all day for my item to be delivered, only for them to put “delivery attempt at 5:49”. They delivered the regular mail to my house. But not my package. This is a normal occurrence. Tomorrow I’m gonna have to make time to go there and pick it up before work and I know they’re gonna be difficult about it. This post office is terrible. Either they need to fire everyone and hire a new competent staff. Or they should tear the whole thing down and turn it in to a dog park. I vote the latter.

I have an USPS app that shows the mail I’m suppose to receive daily. Since 7/20/2020, my mail has not come and/or received someone else’s mail. Today, 7/23/2020, I received pieces of mail for four different addresses other than mine. Being a former postal employee, mail is supposed to be sorted before leaving the distribution center. Today proves to me that it’s not happening. On the street mailboxes could be the cause. In some areas, in my immediate vicinity, postal carriers are out of their trucks placing mail in mailboxes with accuracy. With on street mailbox delivery, carriers are operating from a tray which allow mail to be disorganized that result in no mail and/or someone else’s. There are plenty of areas on my street where carriers can park and place the mail in individual boxes. I know that the USPS is faced with workforce decrease due to the coronavirus and also on the verge of closing due to lack of operating funds. But, mail/packages still must be delivered on time and accurate

Simple request. Dont walk on the lawn. Response from carrier: I take the shortest route. Not when I ask you NOT to walk on my lawn. Response: You have to go to the post office and have them put it in your file. Ok - I did that three times.... and you still walk across the lawn. So I tell you from inside the house DO NOT WALK ACROSS THE LAWN and to go around and you then send me a note stating I am not keeping with COVID guidelines because I approached the mail carrier.... HOW????!!!! These are the rudest carriers ever. I get daily messages as to what will be delivered.... and mostly get advertisements and not the real mail. Saying they are a joke ives them too much credit. PATHETIC!

Lack of customer service. I had trouble finding a large box & the young girl huffed & puffed as I asked for assistance. The workers kept yelling “we close in 5 min” & rushing everyone with their bad attitudes. It was just a terrible experience. Ruined my whole day.

Ive been coming here about twice a month now to ship orders. They have always been courteous and efficient. The answer my questions and their kind to me.

My status says my package was out for delivery today. I get home, the package is nowhere to be found. Im very upset. I needed the package today and I paid to have it for today. I get on here to look up the post offices number. And to my surprise, Ive never seen a worst rating. How has this place not been revamped after all these horrible ratings?

For the past 2 days no business could be transacted at this post office because their system is down. They could not tell me when the system would be up and running again. I asked the clerk if the postal service had contracted with any form of tech support she shrugged her shoulders and said she did not know. Well I have contacted the local media and my Congressman. Out tax dollars at work.....NOT!!!! Time to shine a really bright light on this incompetence. OUTRAGEOUS!!!!

Always busy with a line, but always quality and courteous service provided by the staff. Yes you may wait in line a few minutes but it wouldnt be cost effective to put more staffers here for the type of quick services delivered. I have no complaints and wish our community would not be so negative because service isnt instantaneous. Show some patience and tolerance.

The old staff that had been there are gone with the exception of a couple ladies. The old staff was great. I always received good customer service. This new staff is so slow. Knows absolutely nothing!

I was out of Town for a Week upon Return inside was a Note Mailbox Broken the mail box is not Broken if it was how were the able to leave a note inside. My apartment complex put in New Mail boxes. I am holding your mail at the Post office until 5/5/19 if it is Not picked up your mail will thereafter be returned to sender.. I am going there today I am Praying they have not returned my mail.. Crazy. They saw it was New Mail boxes why didnt they go to the Rental Office?

My husband and I are ebayers and we have been to lots of different post office locations and have encountered loads of attitude for our numerous packages. But our visit yesterday to the Offutt Road locations was ultra pleasant! The ladies there were ready for all of our packages and extra helpful with picking out holiday stamps! Thanks girls!!

I despise this post office. I cannot count how many times Ive waited for a package to be delivered, only for my tracking info to show it was delivered when it was NOT. Even worse, the tracking info says no one was home to receive the package. LIES!! I have RING and cameras surrounding my home and driveway. If anyone or anything pulls up (I dont care if its a squirrel) I KNOW. Its a shame you are somewhat powerless when it comes to their LIES. Complaining to the Station Manager does nothing. Complaining to the Consumer Advocate office does nothing. Your best bet is writing your good ol Congressman.

Ive always hated this place the people here are so God damn rude it dont make no sense. I just recently went here early in the morning and the lady was extremely nice and she was extremely helpful. Even though it took 15 minutes after ringing that little doorbell for somebody to come and help me. But Im still giving it one stars because that was literally the only time that someone was actually nice every other time I went here good customer service did not exist

This post is THE worst no effort, lack of quality service, they make no attempt to delivery packages, Throw WHOLE STAFF AWAY!! They lack professionalism, work ethic, does bare minimum if that. The wait is always long. USPS needs to investigate this location. and do better. Its just ridiculous

They steal packages. If your package sits at this location for more than a day or two you will never receive it.

We have been trying to confirm a package intercept at this location to prevent fraud. We’ve called this location 30+ times in the last few days with no response. When someone finally answers, they put us on hold until the office closes. The level of incompetence is so striking, it makes you wonder if they’re being bribed to participate in the scam. We may have no choice but to involve the police.

Worst post office I have used. The people are awful they simply do not care. They seem to be there just to run the clock down and get a check. I have had so many lost packages - none ever found. The mail carrier consistently delivers to wrong addresses, doesn’t understand English very well, and doesn’t pay attention to instructions. At the office the lines are long and if you have an issue you end up waiting 20-30 mins, no feedback on the status of your issue and no one is ever held accountable. I have had to go to the web site and call the main 800 number to put in issue tickets. No one can help you at the local office. We also end up with at least three new mail carriers every year- they can’t seem to keep people.

Who do we go to that is above them at the office? For 2 weeks now my development has been delivering mail to each other because they keep putting the mail in the wrong mail boxes. This is not okay and from what I am reading it is not uncommon. Their needs to be something done about it besides just complaining in a Google review. I am certainly looking into it.

I rather travel all the way to Pikesville just receive proper customer service. This branch location is awful, and no seems to care to listen to concerns about their lack of caring service. I have made several complaints about packages being left in my driveway. I have two entrances, my front and side door, both are less than 15 steps. The garage door and side door are literally less than 10 steps and the postman/woman continue to leave my packages in driveway, which in the past have been damaged when backing out my car. Such laziness! In-person theyre not as friendly neither. The entire location needs a fresh start with people who care about providing caring customer service.

My package is always getting lost! They either scan it delivered and then don’t deliver it, deliver it to the wrong address, or they say they attempted to deliver for signature and really didn’t

The workers have no compassion for the community they serve. Bad attitude with no empathy for loss mail. The workers that I have dealt with were rude for no reason other than me asking a question which required research/extra work.

Ive had 4 packages now that they Couldnt get to the door or mailbox while my front door and mailbox are tidy and not obstructed in any way. These people should be fired. Ive never had any issue with any other company, only this post office.

A certified letter for me has been sitting at that post office for almost 2 weeks. I didnt find out until they put a notice in my mail box the day it was going to be sent back to the sender. But what they did do was scan it in 2 weeks ago saying that a notice was left. You have to pray to God that they leave a slip because they never ever knock on your door if you have a package, and dont have more than one package when you go there to pick it up because, they wont give it to you.

No matter what I do they will not pay attention and take packages that I NEED to ship out! I write a note in the mail box and put the flag up and stick the packages on the porch where you can clearly see them and the carrier just ignores it. Its absolutely ridiculous!!

They are extremely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. When you finally manage to get in touch with someone, the person who picks up the phone is automatically stand offish, unprofessional, with a nasty tone to her voice. If it was ever evident that someone hated their job just by the tone of their voice, it is evident with whoever answers the phones here. After having two of my packages misplaced, I finally was able to contact them to ask about the whereabouts of my apparently delivered package. They were rude and eager to get off of the phone, and I could hear another worker in the background yell how she wasnt making another trip back to my home because she had already been there more than once to deliver my package. I urge you to get in contact with their chain of command, because they have bosses who they have to report to, and customer service will not improve until they are held accountable for their professionalism.

Ladies are Real cool polite and on point, sometimes you have to wait in line but thats it. The bad reviews are probably from crazy customers that come in there acting up on them... They get you in and out thats all you can ask for people....and its Baltimore County so i know over half of you dont act right.

They lost my package... but the worst part on top of that is that they literally never answer the phone when you call about it. After calling a total of twenty times within the past few days, I finally had someone answer (with the nastiest tone ever, then I got put on hold for so long I just resorted to hanging up).

Terrible post office. As others have commented - mail and packages consistently sent to the wrong place, left in the rain, placed 100yds from house in random places. Itd be an unbelievable and funny story if it wasnt true. How can one post office hoenslty have such consistency in messing things up?? Its uncanny. I wish I could switch.

Im writing a review because Ive just about had enough with this postal office. My problem is with the carriers who constantly drop off packages at wrong addresses and then record it as delivered. This has occurred on multiple occasions and its just sickening. Ive even had to deliver mails/packages left at my mailbox and porch to the rightful owners. Im just GLAD Im moving out of the area in a couple weeks and not having to deal with them any longer. Till then, there will be no shipping made with this service.

My package was supposedly delivered on March 1, 2018 at 4:40pm, but i never received my package. I am still trying to get a hold of them and i am getting nothing. I still do not have my package, and i am pissed!Today September 4, 2018I placed an order with Amazon and it was due to some on August 31st through the United States postal service. Well just like my other package i NEVER RECEIVED! Although they delivery person marked it as delivered. WHY TF! are these delivery drivers marking things as delivered when they know damn well! it was never delivered. I have lived at my current address for a month shy of 6yrs and i have ordered things this whole time and never had an issue until this two times was NOT! DELIVERED but marked as delivered. No my neighbors would not steal packages, i am in a secure building so it wasnt like some random person stole the package. Yall need to check yall delivery drivers on these issues because they are serious. Who got money to just be throwing out there so things we work hard for and to buy just basically gets stolen. Wow what an absolute garbage location. I own a business in Randallstown area and my packages are being delivered to wrong places. Now they are being stolen by these young couriers. Be very careful and try to find a different place to conduct business. The people working inside this branch are worse then everyone else. They talk to you and give you attitude for being there. USPS shut this location down its being misshandeled.

Worst post office ever. Had mail delivered wrong multiple times, have had my packages opened before. Had them tell me that my mail was delivered and it wasnt. Everyone who works there should just be fired and they should start fresh.

This location has very poor customer service. I will never go to that branch to deliver anything anymore. I sent some mail that I wanted to retrieve and they never made an effort to look for it.

Have dealt with this garbage Post office for 10 years. No mail delivered for a day or two. Then use lies like gated community, animal inference, weather or natural disaster. Packages left in the road near mailbox, carrier beeping horn until someome comes out to carry a heavy package from vehicle. Amazingly the excuses only happen for Friday and Saturday deliveries. Postmaster hours are 730 - 1600 M-F but somehow is always busy or not in that day to take a compliant. If you are lazy and want to collext a paycheck for not doing your job, apply here.

Im calling the better business people and putting them under investigation. My W2 from one company was lost in the mail they claimed and they my checks from two different companies were lost in the mail. When i call they hung up several times and i told them stop hanging up and put my mail on hold they hung up i finally got through to a supervisior who said okay to putting my mail on hold and the next day my mail was deliberately delivered anyway and guess what no checks no W2 After all three companies re issued them. I dont know why they want to steal money from me im poor i cant pay my bills and have to wait 30 days for it to be re issued and i had to write letters to each company asking if i can pick my things up from the company themselves one company being 3 hours away. I am very hurt i cant stop crying. I filled fraud and theft against them and Im driving up there monday to beg them to stop and my father in law who is a police officer is coming with me to serve them but idk what else to do after that. They are rude ignorant nasty thefts and below human beings to me.

This Post office is the worst. They have thieves working as staffs. The supervisor does not know what it means to be a leader. I ordered an outfit for my pre bday photo shoot. It usually takes 2 to 3 days for delivery from where I ordered my outfit. A week and a half gone by, my package was still not delivered. I called the company where I ordered my outfit from and was told that my package has been delivered to the post office. I tracked my package and found out it has indeed been delivered. It was delivered to the post office nov 15th and out for delivery nov 16. To date my package is still out for delivery. I reported the issue to the supervisor and manager, they are yet to do anything about it. They have the nerves to tell me that the carrier stated she does not remember my package. How would she remember my package? She has more than one package to deliver. Shes not suppose to remember packages that she delivers. I am yet to receive a compensation for my package. I had to re-order the same outfit for my birthday photo shoot. I sent the package to my parents house for delivery. People work real hard for their money. My package was clearly stolen by the carrier because it was never and still not delivered to my house.

The postal lady never drops our packages off at our house but marks them as delivered and when I try to call the post office to see if its there the line is always busy! They must have disconnected the number because it NEVER rings. And when i do go in to look fpr my package they act like its an inconvenience! Its not my fault you dont like your job! Frequently delivers mail in the wrong place. The number usually goes out of service towards the end of the day. When they do decide to answer, they have an attitude like youre bothering them, when its clearly their job to help you or they place you on hold for 30+ minutes. Its a shame to have them in my neighborhood.

Have not received any mail since Friday, July 1st but others in the community have received theirs(we are looking for an important document from our management company. Today is Wednesday the 5th and we only received a piece of 3rd class mail.

What ever happened to deliver rain sleet or snow??..This post office will not deliver if its raining it seems..Also if you have packages being delivered instead of bringing it to your home they leave it in the mailbox if it doesnt fit in mailbox they leave it outside next to the mailbox in the elements had a computer system for my fridge they left it out in the rain and got destroyed also ordered a bunch of different things from them instead of looking at the right address they are delivering it to they allow the neighbors to say hey yeah thats mine.. had to knock on my neighbors doors probably 10 different times to get my packages back that the mail guy just handed to them knowing it wasnt even the right address he was giving it too...We USED to have a great mail driver... would show up at 10am on the DOT.... now this mail driver we have now boy..... you get your mail between 2 pm and 6pm. If you are lucky to get your mail at all...Really dont understand what happened to this post office and how they conduct themselves..Used to be a competent place of business now they run wild like its a world ended apocalypse. ..So with that being said they are the slowest delivery company in the entire face of the world.. I think honestly pigeon mail would be faster..I had a package sent from Dallas Texas to Baltimore Maryland from DHL to Baltimore it took 1 day.. that was on the 18th of Feb.. its now the 22nd and they said delivery time is the 25th of Feb. What??????? So they have had it since the 18th and yet they have not sent it out to be delivered to my home yet.. and this is why I told the sender who I bought my package from to SEND IT on FedEx Shipping and I would have gotten it on the 19th not the 25th or so as they said it shall be at my home when I called the post office..Very very very very very disappointed in this post office it used to be a competent place of business once apon a time ago...Wish they had other companies that would delivery every day mail instead of Randallstown United States Postal services...Sad sad sadOh yeah dont ever ever ever go up to the office.. you will be talked to like you are a toddler and then with the nastiest attitude in the world like they are doing you a favor... noooooo. Well no... what he was doing was checking the cards for Cash and such things.. because the cards I did get was opened the sticky strip would be ripped and the cards would be upside down in the envelopes...But he lost his job for that.. so they say... wouldnt doubt he just got transferred to another route..

4/5/17 I went in to this post office at 9:40am to mail my package it was 5 customers before me at 10am I got to the front of the line and the clerk (a lady in her mid 50s with a burgundy short cut wig) says to me Sorry I have go to the bathroom and Ive already told my supervisor😳because I had class at ccbc at 10am I left.After class I returned@11:20 with 6 customers ahead I waited 30 more minutes,only to get to the counter for her to tell me that I needed tape to seal my 1foot box and To put my return label on it,she told me that I had to buy a roll of rape for $3.50 or I could go to the dollar store and buy some and come back because she could only give me one piece of her tape or the post office would take it out of pay check.So I did,I came back went to her counter and she sent me over to another counter to be waited on😡😤The Absolute Worst Experience That Ibe Ever Encountered👎🏽👎🏽

I take days off not to have to go to this office. Disorganized and it takes an hour if they ever find it. Just sad this place is still operating at this level. Guses thats on me for even using usps.

Their supervisor Mr Hines is by far the rudest person I have ever dealt with. The new crew at this post office are just useless. Poor customer service and terrible demeanor. This location has gotten worse over time.

Extremely disappointing. Item could not be found. Was kept on hold for over 30mins. Very dissatisfied with the services of ISPs generally in the United States. Being a visitor here, not a good sign to live here.

Unorganized, slow and inconsistent service... I travel to a post office completely out of zip for better service...

Bad place to send mails...the lady in braces provides bad services

Automated customer care line refuses several times to put you through to a rep and then puts you on hold for 2 hours . Unacceptable.

This place is the same as most post offices. Some days are busy and hectic, some workers have attitudes, its the same for every workplace. Folks just like to whine and complain.

Misdelivery, said items were delivered when they were not, slow service, holds mail when not supposed to, delivers mail when supposed to hold it. The worst! Outside mailboxes were vandalized, all mail and packages stolen. Nothing has been done to secure the area.

I was kept on hold for over a half an hour with still no help or concern for my situation.

They don’t answer there phones

This is the most hopeless location and should be shut down.Two pay checks cashed, and others not seen and accidental mail location at different boxes.This is not welcomed.I need to personally sue this location and i mean it,

I honestly would not give any stars if there was a choice janice and Cheryl and very disrespectful,disgrace to customer i was giving the run around for 2 months for my misplaced package i have never been so frustrated in my life...

Brief hold means more than 30 minutes...

Rude staff!! Misplace packages.. been waiting on a re- delivery for WEEKS.. 👎🏽
