Fixed my laptop for a fair price. I thought it stomped him but he figured it out. Replaced the HD and reinstalled OS.

I have been having issues with my laptop and I asked my daughter to look up a computer repair shop and she called this company. After explaining why I needed help he said not a problem then I asked what would be my cost and to my surprise it wasnt that much. I thought it would be much more. I dropped it of that evening and to my surprise the next day it was fixed.i went to pick it up and he made it a point to show me how to log on and it WORKED. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO HAPPY. I desperately needed help after spending 2 days trying to fix my changeover to Office 365 on 2 machines. I called at 8:30 a.m. and by 10:00 Abe was there to help. 2 hours later and I felt such a huge relief. Needed additional assistance the next day (Microsoft issue, not him), and he logged onto my computer and walked me through it. Highly recommend him.
