Amanda was not very forthcoming with me :(Bumper assembly missing parts even my untrained Eye could see and yet the service provider Amanda missed on her personal walk-through.right and left wheel wheel assembly to bumper were not properly attached to the bumper that they replace. A paint line on the driver passenger side bumper running full length of the the bumper fender jointHad to have them take the vehicle back to fix problems I pointed out with my untrained eye. Then they had sent someone else out at the second time I did a walk around to fix the things I showed them after the second pick up attemptwhen I showed them something else wrong they were able to fix the problems only after Amanda made up a wild excuse as to why it happened. And trust me stating that the pressure washer knocked a clip off where in fact the area had a screw attachment did not make any sense. Amanda would’ve been better off just saying I’ll get one of our guys to fix it which is what end up happening and it was done.
My insurance company uses Caliber Collision and I have had to go to them twice now for the same car. My experience has be wonderful each time and I would most likely use them despite my insurance hooking me up with them. Their work is practically flawless and they keep their customers informed about when the car will be ready, which is not always the case with other shops. 10/10 for my experience.

Needed body work done on my 2 day old new vehicle. Severe winds literally ripped my left and right front fenders, so they had to be replaced, painted, and clear coated. All the work was down in about 2 weeks and my vehicle looks brand new like it should.Gary Gunther was my service coordinator and he walked me through everything that need to be done and I am happy with the results. Highly recommended for major repairs at this Randallstown location.Beth was very professional and took care of any concerns I had within minutes.I did have to return for a minor trim piece that was ordered and replaced a few days later. Back I and out in Less than 30 minutes.Included are before and after pics.

The work I had done on my car was very good. I was a little disappointed when I picked it up. No one walked out with me to my car to see if it was to my satisfaction. Basically here’s your key, thank you! I guess that’s why they have a lifetime warranty! I did receive emails, but not from the service manager that I talked with. I found them in my spam box, which I thought was odd. Amanda was very polite, courteous and positive toward the body shop crew.

Excellent service and customer service. This repair happened during covid-19 pandemic and they were extra cautious and courteous. There was a plastic steering wheel cover, floor mat and plastic seat cover in my vehicle. I m very pleased with their service. Although I hope to never see Mark, Matt and all the other smiling faces there again (unless under better circumstances) I do encourage you to give them a try if you need honest, done right the first time body work on your vehicle.

NOOOO ! Dont leave your vehicle here. Find another body shop. Office staff are friendly when you drop your vehicle off, but it ends there. The lack of communication is UNREAL !! The concept of your due-date for your vehicle being ready is not important to them. The manager is hard to reach. However, if by chance you do get a hold of the manager he is sarcastic, arrogant and very condescending.
I had a 12:30 drop off and by 12:03 I was just waiting for enterprise to pick me up! Great service 👍

I was referred here by the insurance company of the person that rear ended my vehicle. Everything was fine at first. Great communication, they kept me updated as the work was being done. They even finished before the date I was originally told. So far so good... then came the day I could pick up my vehicle. It was a Friday in which they close at 6pm. I had a rental car which was coordinated with the insurance company. So because I had to return the rental I arrived around 10 of 6. There was no walk around Im guessing because it was so close to closing time. I walked around the car myself and looked at it, but it was pretty dusty. The NEXT day I get my car washed and noticed 3 white scratches on the rear bumper. I called them and we set up a time for them to look over my car. They told me in a very polite way that I possibly scratched my bumper myself and that they would redo the repairs at cost. After looking at my confused expression they offered to try to buff the scratches out at which they were successful. I decided to just leave it be because they were able to buff out the scratches. A couple of weeks later comes the last straw. While washing my car... my BLACK car, I notice the front grill that they installed on my BLACK car is gunmetal grey. Needless to say, I will never use them again. If you choose to use them, make sure to do a thorough walkthrough before leaving the premises.

I had work done on my truck when I was in a accident the work was great. When I went to pick up my truck when it was done I was missing a floor mat on my passenger side I was told I would be contacted by a manager and I was. I was told I would be getting new mats its been a month I was told they were on the way to my house numbers of time with in the month and when I would call and ask about them I was told they forgot to order or send them and i was finally told they were ready for me to pick up last week I went to get them and was told they were missing evan though I got a call telling me they were there and I can pick them up when I was ready I picked them up the same day I was told I would get them sent to my house I have yet to see my floor mats I feel like I have been getting the run around and being told I will get them and have not
Absolutely do not take your car to this place especially if your vehicle was damaged by a State Farm insured driver. They inflated the damage to the point that State Farm totalled my vehicle. I bought it back for salvage. The total repair cost $400.00 and a Maryland State inspection facility indicated there was absolutely no reason to total the vehicle. The dent in the right front fender was smaller than a basket ball. No structural damage and a new steel replacement fender cost me $45.00. 3.5 hours to remove, replace and paint at a different honest facility. Caliber Collision is a State Farm inspection con facility. I wouldnt allow them to fix a little red wagon. They dont deserve a single star. I was unable to highlight a star tip.
I had been getting the run around a lot from various places. I went to CC very frustrated but Melvin was a breath of fresh air. He helped me and kept it extremely real with me. He went above and beyond his call of duty and I truly appreciate it.
This place is the worse experience I have ever had. At any means necessary please avoid going there and I never complain. This is the first complaint I ever had. And Im the kind of person that will not even complain about food when it is wrong.
Awesome place to have your car repaired from accident very professional
I took my truck there for repair after an auto accident . Service and communication was fine in the very beginning. I received a call on a Friday after 5:30pm that my vehicle was ready and had been for 2 days but they needed a wheel lock. (So apparently its not ready)They close at 6pm. Anyway, pick my truck up on Monday... battery is dying and my radio no longer works. (Had to buy a new battery $200) Called to inform them of the issue and they asked me to bring it back. Took it back, no one knows whats wrong with it. They advised me to take it to the dealer and they would cover the cost to reset the radio. Took it to the dealer and there is NO COMMUNICATION TO THE RADIO OR AMPLIFIER So now, I call and talk to Beth whos the manager (very unprofessional) and she says to me i have to pay the dealer to take my truck apart to figure out if it was an issue on their part or a result of the collision. The radio was working just fine even after the accident b/c we sat in the truck listening to it until the tow truck arrived. She continues to go back and forth with me like a kid as to who was going to cover this bill. I am sooooo pissed right now. I WOULD NEVER EVER TAKE MY VEHICLE BACK TO THEM! Oh, and she was the one who left a fast food cup in the rear cup holder and the bottom fell out! Wasting soda all over the damn floor!
I had a great experience here, the staff was very helpful and friendly through a tough time. Very accommodating. My car looked brand new again, I would recommend this shop to anyone needing quality repairs!

Poor quality workmanship and poor customer service. If you bring your car here, it will come out looking like it was repaired, not like new. And they won’t care. The work is visibly unfinished. I am bringing it to their attention once more, already had to leave my car after they claimed repairs were completed. Stay tuned to find out if they take their work and reputation seriously. In the meantime, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your repairs to actually be of some quality.

Administrative staff are very nice and helpful but the tech staff are horrible. I shouldnt have to call 3 times to get my estimate and I shouldnt have to call 3 times to get the progress on my car. The gentleman I spoke o was rude and lied about the date that it would be finished. POOR COMMUNICATIONUPDATE: FROM 3 TO 2 STARSYet again I took my car to these ppl and am having a bad experience. It has been 2 weeks these people have had my car, they called me today and told me it would be another week to fix my BUMPER!??? Really?

My insurance recommended this place because it was in-network. My insurance said they will call me to set up an appt and they did not, I had to call them. I came in and the lady that was suppose to help me was not there she has some type of emergency. Ok I understand that. So another adjuster helped me and took pictures, after waiting 20 min he said the system is not working and he will email me, in which he did not. The lack of communication is bad. Instead I took my car to Owings Mills Collision Center where in the same day i was in a rental and car was left to be prepared. It’s all about Customer Service.
Horrible customer service! After waiting for 30 minutes the service Rep Kevin finally meanders from the back, probably on an extended lunch break, and instead of greeting me he goes and sits directly at his desk. After he was paged to meet a customer at the front. I had been told by Bryce on the via and in person that Caliber collision would need to do their own estimate even though usaa had already done one that i emailed over. So after being questioned if i got to the shop at 1pm by Kevin, which was the time of my appt, he then tells me that i don’t need an estimate, so i said i wanted to go over the car with him. I must say i have very minor damage, a chip in my windshield and small chip in the door, nothing that would require taking the whole car apart. It really seemed as if he didn’t want to go outside and he told me once they get my car in the shop and taken apart they would be able to see if my car needed more repairs. so I just said i will take my business else where. glad to know this is how they treat veterans there. i already contacted usaa about a filing a compliant and they should take this shop off their usaa approved body shop list.tells me my car has to be taken apart

The worst, and I repeat the worst shop Ive ever done business with. No communication, takes forever for them to get work done. Theyve had my car over 2weeks,all that time to put a bumper and grill on. each time I call its always will be ready the next day. Now today I called was told its in clean up and well send someone to pick you up, hey that never happened. I done had it with them,and will be there tomorrow to get my car after calling States Farms. Ill take it to Lexus. The worst, I repeat the worst !!!!!
