Just received my Performance Plus matter spoiler for my Model Y. Chad and Alexis were awesome. They made sure the spoiler was in perfect condition before shipping. Product came very quickly. Spoiler fit completely flush without any lifting whatsoever. The trick is to spend time adjusting the positioning on your trunk. Just 1mm too high or too low, and the spoiler will not fit flush.

I ordered a nice genuine carbon fiber spoiler for my Model Y. It arrived and upon the initial fitting, it didnt appear to sit flush. I worked with Chad via chat support and he was able to help work with me to get some new replacement tape to see if it would help the fitting as the old tape had a few kinks in it. After I received the new tape and applied it, the spoiler still wouldnt sit flush without large gaps. I reached out to Chad again and he was able to help send me a replacement. They are very courteous and go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy. I cant wait to install the replacement spoiler.
I just got my model 3 and was looking to purchase a lot of different customizations for it. I needed to heavily modify one of my orders and Alex and Kristi were very patient and worked extra hard to make sure it was right. Its really nice to do business with such kind people. I have ordered several items from RPM Tesla and I have never had an issue with receiving my product in a timely manner. I also had an issue with a mud flap and Chad the customer service rep is sending me a new one to replace the damaged. Great Customer Service.
I completely agree with the negative reviews and poor rating due to shipment delays. I, too, experienced the same having ordered my items on July 16, 2021 and picked up Aug 3, 2021. However, I would have to give credit to Gus at RPM for making things right in providing excellent customer service. I also expressed to Gus my dissatisfactionon my order especially for a will call pickup. Gus explained there was no excuse for the delay especially on will calls. He also stated the company was having a difficult time hiring employees due to the pandemic. He assured me he was going to speak with ownership to help improve processing orders in a more timely fashion. Lets hope for the best as this company sells quality Tesla products.
UPDATE!! 16 weeks to the day, the front lip finally showed up. I will say it looks great. For a custom hand layed part it is done very well. I will still defend my opinion about the 4 week lead time.From previous reviewI understand the issues with COVID, thats fine, then be honest. Even today your website still says 4 week lead time, and you know that is total bs. Minus 1 star for the lack of honesty. 4 stars because its a beautiful part.

I recently purchased a Tesla Model 3. As there are so many Model 3’s on the road I really wanted to personalize my car in order to make it my own. I reached out to Mark at RPM Tesla by phone and was so impressed by his vast knowledge I decided to take the almost 100 mile trip to his location not only to touch and feel all of the different options that RPM Tesla had to offer but also to meet Mark in person.Once there Mark gave me his undivided attention and showed me all of the different options that were available for my Model 3. The selection of items to customize and personalize my vehicle is second to none. RPM is everything a luxury car owner expects but rarely receives in the after-market universe. The selection and quality of products is superb. Shipping was expedited and the products I received by mail were carefully packaged. The materials and design of the wood veneer overlays was precise. Returns and exchanges were processed without questions or restocking penalty. Installation in the Orange County facility was flexible and completed on time, and as promised. Overall service was attentive and gracious. Mark’s enthusiasm for embellishing my Tesla was infectious. Looking forward to more accessories to “trick out” my ride!

After watching Mark (the owner) and his installation YouTube videos, I decided to pay him a visit. My son and I drove the 1200 miles during spring break 2021 in my new Tesla Model 3. It was a real pleasure to see Mark with the same charismatic charm. His professional crew installed the Alcantara dashboard that I purchased 6 weeks prior as well as the caliper covers. While waiting during the hour long instal, I felt like a kid in a candy shop! I purchased a few more items and left extremely satisfied! I give them an A+!
Not honorable at all. Purchased a spoiler for my Model 3. The install was super easy, but after days the adhesive would lose grip and the spoiler would come off. After buying doubled sided 3M tape and trying again, I had the same issue. The measurements or build material are not fit. After explaining everything and sending pictures, they offered me 30% off another one. Who would make the same mistake twice? Absolutely offensive.
Came here the other day for some caliper covers to be installed. They did a great job in a timly manner. They were very professional and will be coming back definitely
Ordered Model Y mudflaps, arrived quickly and work as described. I recommend watching a video on them and if you have the gen 2 ( with a bolt) under the bumper... please be careful you can torque the nut and you can be screwed!
Ordered the mud flaps for the Model Y. One arrived damaged and the box they sent didnt include any instructions. Have only managed to speak with someone in customer service 1 time on this issue and all follow up emails and chats have gone into a black hole. With most of these accessories available on multiple sites (nothing actually unique or exclusive to RPM Tesla) I have zero reason to ever shop here again. Same shipping experience as others have mentioned as well. The website promises fast turnaround and 2-day air yet youll find yourself waiting weeks for actually get anything. Save yourself from a lackluster experience and shop elsewhere for literally the same items.
So Far not a fan.... 9 days after placing the order and YOU charging my credit card the order still has not shipped! Totally unacceptable in todays online shopping world. You advertise Free Expedited Handling on orders over $250 NOPE.... not true!Update so today 12 days after the order was placed I canceled it. The business never asked why. Business must be great. I did clear bra, chrome delete and window tinting (all with 3M products) on my 2020 Tesla Model 3. Based on all the researches I did and services I got, I want to say this place is one of the best aftermarket places for Tesla. The prices were reasonable and the services were fantastic. I would like to specifically thank Philipe, the manager of the store, for treating me so well and being so helpful and responsible throughout the entire process.I highly recommend RPM Tesla and their services!
Hate writing reviews...but all the negative comments are correct. Vinyl does not fit, and it is cut wrong. I ordered the Model 3 center console wrap in satin silver...with matching satin silver steering wheel and door wraps.I installed the easy ones first (steering wheel), followed by door. Nothing lines up correctly when you follow their video instructions, and the button wraps do not cover the button (1-2mm of BLACK can still be seen).Once I got to the center console, I realized that the colors DID NOT MATCH. The door and steering I installed had more glossy finish.Center console did not fit left-right. It was too small, so no matter how you lined it up, you had to STRETCH the vinyl to get it to cover the console.The T center logo was not on 3M paper - it was a cheap sticker. It was off in a BAD way dimensionally.Communication was good up to this point...and I did not mind the 4-6 week wait, as long as the product was superb.It was not.I sent all the below photos to them, explained my concerns, and then all communication dropped.That was 3 weeks ago.Never heard back, so after reading other reviews and complaints online...I opened up a dispute with Paypal.

On 8/28, I received a reply back stating that my order was close to ready and that it will be available the following week. It also stated that someone would contact me to schedule an appt.Crickets...On 9/2, I responded back asking for status. The same day (hey, I got a response on the same day!), I was informed that it was not quite ready that week and that one of their reps would contact me the following week for an appt.Crickets...On 9/11 and growing frustration, I asked again. I was informed I needed to text one of the reps. I was also asked to come buy the shop, as there could be more products I would like to buy... (LOL).I proceeded to text the number (and by the way, are you seeing a pattern here? The paid customer needs to initiate everything. There is no initiative on this service providers part).On 9/14, I get a return text asking for my availability. I proceed to provide a couple days of availability...More crickets...As of today (9/16), still no response back...At this point, Im over it. Its obvious they dont care about my business and my time. I drove down to the facility and requested a refund on the spot (because I wasnt about to get anymore run arounds). I will credit the guy who helped me with my refund. He seemed genuine/apologetic, which is something I cannot say about all the others I interacted with.Thats the end of the story. If you really hate yourself and want to go through this type of experience, by all means, your time and money belongs to you... but, if you want to be treated like a valued customer without having to chase people with phone calls, texts messages and emails, then please go elsewhere!!
These guys are very passionate for what they do. They know the vehicles incredibly well and they can give you advice at every level. Im very fortunate to have them close by where we live but from what I understand they ship all over.

I placed an order for an item marked as in stock at the beginning of the week on Tuesday March 16. Its now Saturday 20 and I still dont have any update on my order. No shipping notification. No delay notification. No nothing. I tried emailing their customer service 3 times, messaging them through the website chat, texting them to the customer service number. NOTHING. Seriously what e-commerce business operates like this in 2021? I have dealt with several of their competitors like Abstract Ocean and Evannex: they are spectacular at customer service. RPM on the other hand will never see my business again.Update: I finally got an email back from the business a few days later and they were very nice but acknowledged that my item wouldn’t ship for a couple more weeks. I asked if I could come in person to pick it up since I live only about an hour away by car. They said I could come that same day and even offered to install this accessory for free. I they seemed super nice and accommodating. I think their issue it’s just that they are very backed up on shipping and that’s still a huge issue but they’re not a bad business. They’re very knowledgeable and I highly recommend visiting their store in person. In the end once I was there I ended up choosing a different version of what I was going to buy and they installed it for free on the spot. Very happy with the product. Much happier than with what I would’ve ordered by mail.
Don’t not buy the Model Y Hydro Spoiler. It was a big fail!! I followed the instruction and the video to the tee. But the shape was off and the lower portion of the spoiler would not touch the body of the car. The adhesive strip was not placed on correctly or the shape of the spoiler was off. A total was of money..
Avoid this place! Two weeks delivery was the first concern, poor customer service second. And when carbon fiber items arrived (mirror caps, license frame, door handles) they were not as pictured. Matte Carbon fiber Handles are not Real CF, but vinyl with thick shiny coating. Carbon fiber pattern on mirror caps is very distorted in large areas. When contacted for exchange, they try to convince me that this is normal. I owned many carbon fiber accessories. I can say from years of experience that this is absolutely not normal and defect in manufacturing. Furthermore, same exactly items are sold online at 30% and more less $$. Draw your own conclusion.
I dont recommend this company. I ordered March 25, 2021 until now 4/7/21my product still not being ship, this company took the payment already from my account since the purchase date. Glad they say in the advertisement clearly says shipped 2 day FedEx Air, but they so nicely shipped USPS. I emailed them asking what happened and why they didnt ship as advertised. Their response was Your item has been shipped and tracking number provided. Seriously? I was looking at getting the Alcantera dash trim for my MY, but seriously doubt I will spend money with this shop.
Quite possibly one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I bought a part that was supposed to be a custom fit for my car and it was inches from matching the profile. They proceeded to tell me that I was install it wrong. If it was off by a millimeter or so I can buy that as I havent done professional installation of car accessories for about 15 years now. But its off by inches and doesnt follow the profile of my car. I paid $100 for a Z and they gave me a 2 and told me its the same thing. After a couple of emails telling me that Im doing it wrong they stopped responding to emails completely and 5 or 6 emails over the last month and there is no word back.
Purchased multiple items back in July. In August I received an email asking for $75 more for shipping oversize item to Canada (Model Y trunk mat). At the time of my order there was nothing on the website stating that there was an extra charge (they recently updated their website to include this, guessing since my order) I emailed back stating that it was their issue for not realizing their own shipping charges and to honour my existing order or cancel it. I received an email reply asking if I would keep my order if they waived the extra charge. I said yes I would like to keep the order. They replied back great and they would now process the order. It has been a month now and I still did not receive my order. I emailed again and this time they said that I need to pay so the order has been on hold this whole time. I sent them the email exchange as a reminder and the agent just wrote back that they spoke to the owner and that “everyone must pay for shipping” so they cancelled the order. Just very poor customer experience after 2 months since ordering. And on top I just lost $20 because of the exchange rate since I ordered and the refund. Do yourself a solid and pick another company - lots to choose from that appreciate your business and offer the same products.
I called inquiring about parts availability to which I was told would come in a week. Thursday of the next week I called asking if they were available and was assured they would come in the next day.Because they are open only weekdays until 5pm, I took the day off work to come in after being told the service would take 4 hours. I attempted to reach sales for hours but only received one ring then straight to voicemail. Finally, I accidentally called support and explained what was happening and within seconds the phone was handed over to sales.I was then told the parts “may come in next week” by the same person from the day prior who assured me they would be in by the weekend (hence why I took the day off).His response to all this was “I’m sorry that happened, trust me I’m sales and I want to sell you them. I hope you enjoyed your day off at least”.
Their warranty promises mean nothing!I ordered a glossy carbon spoiler for my Model 3. Looked great and was easy to install. I had it ceramic coated to help protect it from damage and extend its life. Well now the clear coat is chipping and delaminating in about 5 different spots.I contacted them in their chat and was told that those issues would occur and its normal wear and tear IF I DIDNT PROTECT IT. I responded that I did protect it with a ceramic coating applied by a professional detailer. My response meant nothing because RPM Tesla had already terminated the chat.So I sent them an email describing the same problem and enclosing pictures and mentioning that it had been ceramic coated. After a week and a half of hearing nothing back after receiving the automated response email that I should hear back within 24hrs I decided to send another email.Still have heard nothing so now I get to write this review.I did enjoy the spoiler while it was looking good and WILL replace it with another one, but if they cant remedy this warranty issue then I will go with a different company to meet my needs.
**************(August 25, 2020) I have changed my review from 1-Star to 3-Stars based on having finally received all the product that was ordered. In general the product is as advertised and decent quality. however the wind noise reduction kit had two pieces of the rubber trim that were cut too short for where it was to be installed thus not providing complete coverage. I have also now placed an order for another product so I guess well see how the response and delivery time is on that new order.**************Original review is below:Placed an online order June 23, 2020 - they took my money right away.(I see that I am not the only one with the experience below.)I waited patiently for a month with no indication that they were going to ship anything to me. Over the course of the fifth week I emailed twice and phoned and left a message with no response until a week later - putting me at 6 weeks since I placed my order.Their only response was to email an apology and tell me that my order should ship by the end of the week - 5 days later. No offers to make up for their lack of communication or professionalism. If they in fact do ship anything to me it will make at least 8 weeks since I placed the order by the time I get anything.This is very unprofessional and frustrating. I want to support innovators in the Tesla community but zero communication for 6 weeks is completely unacceptable. I see them offering discounts and sale prices all over social media but will not purchase anything from them again until they respond properly and make changes to how they do business.I am happy to change my review once I get the product I ordered, see that it is good quality and RPM Tesla do something to correct their very poor handling of this order.
Horrible Place to do Business with. They had very High shipping charges on a key FOB, so i asked iff it could be sent a cheaper way. They said place your order and we will refund you $10. So placed the order and they charged my credit card and never shipped the product and then over a week later in December they e-mail and say they changed their mind and will refund the $10 and that I could cancel my order if I wanted, which I did. So this whole process of asking for a different freight rate and then getting it and then changing their mind took over 2 weeks in December so I ordered it cheaper on line from Amazon and now wont get this X-mas gift until late Jan...I have never experienced how bad a decision this company made over $10 and to loose a customer and all the other people I know with Teslas. Every Company has shipping options as if you can pay less and have it come a little slower but to have only one option to pay $25 Canadian to ship a Key FOB is ridiculous.
I waited months since they announced that they will have model 3 body kit, when they first launched I make a purchased of the full kits from the website and paid for 2.2k and after discount it around 1.8k. However, the next they cancel my order and on the order it said I requested to cancel the order. They tried to contact me but I was busy so they cancelled my order without my consent and stated that I requested. Later I call them and they explained to me that they make a mistake on the price and didn’t charge me for the rear body kits. But on they order it shows all the items that was included in my order. I made many purchases from them over thousands dollars but when they make a mistake they wont stand behind it instead cancel the order. I would never want to do business with them again.Just want to share with everyone don’t waste your time supporting company that does put their customers first.
Very dishonest vender. Filing a report with Consumer Affairs and BBB. Sold me a defective carbon fiber part and have been promising to send me a replacement for over a year. With the part in place it blocks the emergency release on the door of my Model Y. This is a major safety issue and they don’t seem to care.
Awful shipping speeds. If you don’t have something in stock, mark it as out of stock. Full frauds! Don’t buy!
Pretty terrible for a company to emphasize how much they care aboutcustomer service when they really dont. I contacted them multiple times through live chat, email, phone, Facebook, IG, and there is zero response. Just disputed the charge with my CC and will never buy from this company again. Dont preach something you dont do.
My carbon fiber spoiler started lifting after just a few weeks. I emailed asking for ideas on how best to correct and they couldn’t be bothered to respond after 10 days. I called them out on Twitter and they replied to the Tweet, but still never replied to my email. I ended up reinstalling the spoiler with better tape recommended by the Tesla community at large. This was my last purchase from RPM having now has 3 poor experiences (yes 3... shame on me).
Ordered some vinyl wraps for my Model 3, and the cupholder ones were obviously cut by hand, and were not symmetrical nor round so it didnt fit properly and left large uncovered edges. I emailed with photos to Mark (the owner) and he proceeded to tell me that he designed it that way and that I installed it incorrectly, so I was not able to get a replacement. The quality of the film itself was very good though. Just wish it fit betterTake a look at the photo and decide for yourselves.Edit 12/18/18: Theyre saying I never ordered anything from them and saying get a life. I place an online order on July 29th for some small decals and a Front and Rear Carbon Fiber panel for a Tesla Model X. According to the website my order was shipped in 2 separate packages which arrived on August 17th and 18th. Both of these packages were envelopes with just decals in them.On August 18th I spoke to Phillipe on the phone and told him that I received 2 small envelopes and was still waiting on the Carbon Fiber panels. He requested proof that I didnt receive the front and rear panels...I sent pictures of what I received (including pictures of the envelopes). A couple hours later, Phillipe left me a voicemail stating that the item was oversized but was packaged and ready to go, they just forgotten to mail it. But not to worry as it would go out that same day.August 24th: I followed up with another email asking if my item had shipped. No response was given.August 27th Morning: I followed with another email. No responseAugust 27th Afternoon: Finally got Phillipe on the phone after many many failed attempts.Phillipe was VERY rude and condescending and said he thought he told me that the item wasnt in stock. I politely asked why he left a voicemail (which I emailed to RPM Tesla) stating the item was packaged and leaving back on the 18th. His only answer was I dont know but Ill refund your order.I asked that he please respond to my email and state that the item is not in stock and that he would be refunding my email. Hes refused to acknowledge in an email or in writing that the item isnt in stock and/or thats giving a refund.I guess Ill wait and see if the refund comes through but please be aware of this shady business.

Ordered on 6th of July and August 19 it’s shipped. You wait for them to ship without any communications. Finally when I threaten to cancel the order, they tell me it’s shipped because they had to wait for one part to be restocked before they could ship it out. Only for me to find out they’re shipping packages individually. How do you explain that? I’ll never recommend anyone work with these guys. Just go to Amazon. You’ll find the same stuff for cheaper now anyway. Good helpful videos on YouTube but the worst service.
Words cant describe how happy I am with RPM Tesla. Mark from RPM Tesla helped me so much in getting the right pieces for my model 3. My latest item was the CF steering wheel. Its so gorgeous and beautiful and shiny! The material is the highest quality I have seen in a steering wheel. I also got the glossy CF dashboard to match and it came out perfect. He stands by his quality of products and it speaks for themselves and is truly amazing. Another thing I wanted to mentioned is Mark is an amazing guy and really cares about his customers. He has been very responsive and honest if pieces were late. He made me comfortable and on top of that he was honest with everything he has said. He truly cares about his customers wants to ensure we all are happy with every purchase from RPM Tesla. Another aspect I liked his products was a lifetime warranty vs 30 days from Amazon or eBay. This is really good to have if any of his products were to fail he would send another one right back. I will continue to purchase from RPM Tesla and hope they keep on bring awesome products out to the market.
Bought a Tesla Y noise reduction kit and realized quickly it’s not needed. The rear gap in the glass has no sound and the Y’s are much quieter than the 3’s. Not only is it useless and provides no benefit it keeps coming out even after meticulously following the YouTube instructions online. I called 3 times, live chatted once and emailed twice and come to the conclusion that these guys don’t return messages and are either out of business or don’t do what they promise with a money back guarantee.UPDATE: It is now Aug.10th and I received the first reply to all my communication roughly two weeks later that a refund is being processed. I’m sure these guys have a great local business. They just don’t put resources into working with remote customers. Glad they finally replied. Thanks for taking care of it. I’ll change my rating from 1 star.

There are a lot of after market parts for Tesla Model 3 and this company is one I buy from frequently. I’ve ordered a number of accessories and they have been high quality. They stand behind their products and the prices are reasonable. Their app is great and it also walks you through installation for the accessories with videos in the “Description Section.”
In the past 6 months I have bought over 27 different items from RPM Tesla and I have to say that my first purpose in buying from this company was to support an American business that is making goods and jobs here in America. I was pleasantly surprised to find the quality of the items delivered to be top notch and worth the asking price. Out of all of the items that I have bought from RPM Tesla, I have only had an issue with one or two items and those issues were handled as swiftly as the shipping was to get me the items in the first place. They have free refunds and lifetime warranties and seem to really stand behind their products, unlike eBay or somewhere else. I have nothing but great things to say about the quality of products and the customer service that I have received to date. It seems that no one, online or otherwise, has the variety of aftermarket accessories that they have, and they are constantly adding new items to their offerings. I am a happy customer and will continue to use RPM Tesla for all my aftermarket Tesla needs.

Nobody answers the phones, and half the time you get a busy signal or this number is not assigned messages. Their live chat on their website does nothing. If you get lucky, somebody MIGHT answer your email, but only to respond to you with lies and deceit. Stay FARRRRR away. Multiple alternate choices to get these products.
Although the initial project had a couple of hurdles, Felipe and the RPM Tesla team did not stop until the finish product was deserving of this five-star rating.RPM Tesla does excellent work and turned an already beautiful Tesla into a stunning custom and protected work of art!
I wish I looked at reviews before I placed my order in EARLY JULY! Still do not have product, was told two weeks ago I would receive shipping information, nothing. Quick to take money with little to no follow up. If you have nothing but time and want to wait for product, go with these guys!UPDATE: I asked for a refund since PRM could not provide a timeframe for my emblems. Every week I called I was told next week...I finally gave up and received a prompt refund.
I should have read the reviews. All the 1 star reviews sound just like my experience. I tried ordering a spoiler, I didnt hear anything for 2-3 weeks. I sent an email asking where the item was, waited another 3 days until I replied again. Finally I hear they pushed my delivery back another 2-3 weeks. Would I have ever received an update on my items if I didnt ask? Probably not. This business is so unprofessional its ridiculous theyre still operating.
High schoolers... literally.I ordered puddle lights, Qi wireless phone charger, red ambient lights on July 19th. The website did disclose they were busy and it may take up to a week to respond. A week went by. Then two. On Aug 3rd I wrote them an email asking if the order would be shipped anytime soon. No reply.On August 6th, the Qi wireless kit arrived. But the puddle lights and ambient light kit had back order scribbled on the package receipt with no indication what to expect next. I called. The person explained he hired a high schooler to makes the parts and does not know when it would be ready.That would have been nice to know when I ordered. I didnt realize this was a high school operation. I thought it was a legit company.Two weeks later, the remaining parts finally arrived. Installation was easy. But looks terrible. The puddle lights are fuzzy and out of focus.The Qi wireless kit is a joke. Basically its two Qi wireless pad spare parts with a flimsy foam sheet cut in the shape of a trapezoid. After installation, it feels like I am setting my phone on top of a cookie thats covered by a piece of paper. Considering it was over $100, I could have purchased a real product like the Jeda for the same price.I will not be shopping here again.EDIT (Dec 2018):Yes, I did pay $100. RPM has great selection of Tesla products, I have been a repeating customer. However, their shipping times are very slow and frustrating. I always pay for expedited shipping and handling services but its either hit or miss. I cant imagine their shipping department taking 10 days to provide a fulfilment services, perhaps they take our money then places order with their suppliers to minimize the space. I really hope this isnt the case.

I had a great experience with this company. Not only do they have one of the most extensive product offerings on the market but they also back it with great knowledge and customer service. I had an issue with a product and brought it to their attention. They were so willing to help it made my day and experience that much better. If you are considering an aftermarket product for your TESLA look no further. By the way ask for Taylor. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and down right great to work with. Lastly, save time and hassle and avoid amazon for these purchases. It’s worth the small savings to work with actual people who will stand by products and make sure you are happy with your final product.
Ordered the Model 3 Center Console mold and only came with 2 pieces not 3. Installed both and now have a blank cup holder :(. I hear this happens a lot and customer service is bad. I’ll erase this review if my problem gets fixed but if you’re seeing this don’t expect to receive your entire order
Not sure why google has these low reviews. Other sites are very high. My experience was great!! Ordered 3 sets of Model 3 console wraps. They came faster than promised, were easy to install (helpful videos) and my few inquiries were replied to within hours. I highly recommend their products and service!

I ordered multiple items from RPM for my Model 3. The Carbon mirrors, door handle wraps and center console wrap are amazing and super easy to install! I also got the performance pedals and had a small issue with the ones I received. I emailed RPM and they immediately offered a solution and got a new pair out to me at no cost. I will be ordering more items from RPM in the near future and highly recommend them and their products.
Defective item sent and poor customer service asking more money to fix their fault
Mark and the whole RPM Tesla crew did a great job on my 3M Paint Protection Film and Ceramic Pro. Partnering with California Motorsports, my Tesla is protected and looking beautiful always. As for RPM Teslas accessories, they are top notch. I love his LED light upgrades and all the various accessories he offers. With all the new M3 sales, they are in high demand, but the customer service is top-notch and the whole team does a great job at making you feel part of the family. After I had to have a part replaced by Tesla, RPM also replaced my film on that part, free of charge. Great team, great service.
Very disappointed in the products and service of this company. Purchased a spoiler which ended up being on back order for 5 months. When I received the spoiled, it contained defects (ripples) in the gloss clear coat. The owner mentioned to me that he would resell my defective spoiler to another client. Unfortunately, the replacement spoiler provided to me also had issues with the adhesive and the spoiler came off after 1 car wash. I reached out to notify this company of what happened. Rather than showing any sympathy, they basically told me they have never heard of this happening to anyone and stated I can purchase another spoiler for 50% off. After my experience, I wouldn’t suggest to anyone looking for a spoiler to purchase from this company and instead to seek elsewhere as you will be wasting your money purchasing a defective spoiler from them and inconvenienced with long wait periods.UPDATE 1/30/2020: After posting my initial review, Mark blew up my phone via text message harassing me to purchase another spoiler at 50% off. I will strongly advise buyers to beware as Mark will say he guarantees the product but if you experience any issues he won’t stand behind what he guarantees. It is not good business practice to bager your customers to take down their reviews.If you purchase any products from this company, don’t bother notifying them of your issues because they won’t care.
**Update**I have finally received the pedals. It took threats of refund and fraud but they delivered. It shouldn’t have come to that. Honesty and consistent communication could have prevented all of this. I will adjust my review rating accordingly in fairness to their effort to resolve.——————————————————I have been trying to get my pedals for over a month now. Cant get a straight answer from them on when they will ship. One week they tell me its going out soon, the next week they say this week. Still nothing. Really frustrated and just want the product I paid for. Will never order from them again unless something changes drastically.Everyone is correct, the console vinyl kits do not fit perfectly.
Here is a warning on RPM Tesla and their customer service/warranty claims. I bought the CF vinyl wrap for the wood and center console for my model 3. I also bought the led lights. They were very slow to ship, when I did receive the package the wrap with the cup holders was clearly too big around the cup holders. Nothing like the video showed where you needed to stretch, this was a problem of excess material. It was big not small completely opposite the owners installation videos, so I ended up having a crease because of the extra material. The CF wrap for the wood was mislabeled which side was the passenger side to start applying... I received a defective light so I took a video and sent it to them. They (Mark P) told me to put the factory light back in and they would send a replacement. I waited a month, I did not receive anything. I got a random email apologizing for slow shipping, customer service, we will do better blah blah blah. I contacted them again and this time they gave me the run around saying they could not open the video, I responded and nothing. That was several weeks ago so clearly I am not getting my replacement light. I was extremely patient and gave them many chances to make things right and honor their word/guarantees/warranty. Their warranty and customer satisfaction guarantee are absolutely worthless. Do a search on the Tesla message boards and you will see plenty of customers that have had the same exact experience as me. It is sad a company treats new customers this way. You have hundreds of thousands of potential new customers receiving their cars in the near future. This is not a good way to treat us who gave you a chance at the beginning.
I ordered a set of 5 LEDs and a set of T puddle lights for my model 3 from RPM Tesla. The 5 LEDs are great, really bright in my trunk, rear doors, and glovebox. Definitely recommend as they are a MAJOR upgrade from the stock.The T Puddle lights are the opposite. They are easy to install but not bright. I think it’s safe to say they are the same brightness as the stock but with the T logo. I don’t regret buying them as they do look neat when you can see them. But unless it’s pitch black outside you won’t notice them.Overall RPM Tesla was easy to order from, and delivery was fairly quick. I’ll be ordering interior lights next. Thank you!
Great products and great service. I was going to order the products but they were very clear about the high demand and the shipping delays thus I think some of the low reviews are unfair. Fortunately for me I live in Huntington Beach which is not too far from their show room. I stopped by ordered the console and dash wraps as well as the spoiler. Even though I had no appointment and it was raining they were able to install in about 40 minutes. They were also super nice and you can tell really enjoyed working with the customers
The kit I ordered came promptly and while it does take some patience and a little attention to detail to install vinyl kits, it looks great. I needed a replacement vinyl part and customer support was quick to reply and send out what I needed. If they had customer support issues in the past, it looks like they have heard the feedback and worked on improving as I had a very pleasant experience.
Placed an order for model3 pedals 16 days ago. Order has not been shipped yet. They don’t answer the phone and do not return the calls. Very frustrating. When placing an order and if you only pay the $10 fee for S&H, they say it will take between 5-14 days for the order to be shipped. When it is in writing it becomes legal binding contract. They have to honor it.I will never deal with them again.My advise, stay away from this company.
Update: My issue has since been resolved and Mark went out of his way to make sure that everything was resolved. It took some time but ultimately he wanted to make things right and I think that they are very busy with all the orders. Much appreciated.I really hate leaving negative reviews, but Ive been incredible accommodating and patient with the folks here at RPM Tesla. I have spent well over 1000 on accessories with them and several of the items had issues. I have emailed them, texted them, called them and trying to get any kind of consistent answer or support has been a struggle. Ill get a reply to email/text one day and no follow up or response the next. They seem to be nice enough people but consistent support is lacking, and its not like the products are cheap either. Im on the brink of giving up and going an alternate route and then filing a claim with my credit card company. It has taken over 4 months of dealing with this problem and it has yet to be resolved.
Great place, nice people but over priced
Ordered (march7th) the trunk/frunk sound insulation kit, center console wrap, and trunk led light. The Trunk/frunk was listed on their site as available. So my order arrives (3/21), and in the order they insert a slip of paper showing that the trunk/frunk is on back order. I send them an email to get clarity because they never mentioned it being on back-order, and they said it won’t be available till mid April. It arrives Saturday 4/04 and I get an email on 4/01. I’m not going to be home and it gets stolen. Their communication needs improvement and their shipping is terrible and inaccurate. I will not be ordering any more accessories nor will I be recommending RPMTesla to my friends going forward. Is the theft their fault, nope, not delivering it when it was promised is their mistake and the logistics created a headache for me hence the three stars. To add insult to injury, the center console wraps are not cut correctly, so I had to trim it to fit. Not worth dealing with them to have it fixed.
I ordered a replacement spoiler for my original Tesla OEM spoiler that was damaged and needed replacement. I couldnt afford the $1500 price tag from Tesla, but luckily found one here at RPM Tesla for $195. It did take about a month to receive the spoiler, but it was well worth the wait. It is an exact match to the $1500 Tesla spoiler ( I compared the two)! They even installed it for me free of charge when I picked it up. Bonus- it has a lifetime warranty! So happy I was able to save all that money I would have otherwise spent at Tesla for the exact same product!!
I have contacted RPM Tesla a few times and they are very slow to respond (if they do at all) so I went there in person. Opened the door and walked in to find a lady behind a computer desk with mounds of paperwork on it. She looked at me like I was in the wrong place. I greeted her and said I would like to talk to someone about a console wrap for my Model 3. She said she did not know what that was so I began to explain when two teenagers (installers) walked in with gloves on. They showed me the wraps and said they could install it in a few minutes. I was hesitant because they were kids but what the heck they probably would do a bang up job. So while I was deciding on the wrap they exited and a few minutes later another guy (adult) walks in and greets me. I tell him the wrap I want installed and he said oh we are swamped today youll have to call the owner and make an appointment. Needless to say my wrap did not get done and I worry about some of their business practices. Even though I live in the same city as RPM Tesla I think I will have better luck taking my business elsewhere, unfortunately!

I had an issue with an order. I was told it was an issue that should not have been selectable on their website. I was offered a refund and an explanation about the issue. RPMTesla went above and beyond to refund me and contact FedEx to correct the issue. More companies should offer this prompt and personable customer service. I will certainly be a returning customer and will let my friends know about this company.

I ordered a few vinyl wraps here. First order got in on time. However, I ordered the centre console wrap and it came without the solution or any of the other tools required to install....I got a prompt response from them soon after I emailed. Therefore, 3-stars.Update: Ive had a chance to order more things from here and there were a few hiccups with shipping and missing products but the people are nice and product is good. Bumping up to 4-stars.
I have yet to try out their product, still waiting to receive the product I ordered, all I had was the headlight protection film and door edge guards. Simple lightweight items to ship it in a timely manner.
RPM TESLA just completed the Stormtrooper package on our Model X which includes Chrome Delete, Powder Coat Wheels and window UVA/UVB tint on front windshield and side windows. Besides their outstanding customer service, they go out of their way to get you what you want. Even if you’re not sure what you want they have so many different options and have been doing this for so long that they can help you decide. They take their time to explain the process and treat your car as if it’s their own. Their work is meticulous, tasteful, detailed and clean. I am very picky and I can say that I LOVE my car!! I guarantee you will also!

Its sad, I would purchase a lot of model 3 accessories from them but I ordered the rear carbon fiber spoiler in August and it is not ship still, right now is September... 3 months still no tracking number.Emailed them many times and their answer was backorders... I would not recommend anyone buying any accessories from them at this point.
This is the go-to place for aftermarket Tesla accessories. Here are a few tips:* Almost everything they sell can be easily removed from the car and does not cause any permanent damage.* Many of their items cannot be found at the same quality level anywhere else yet that Ive been able to find. The online equivalents are usually inferior in material or dimension.* They have a detailed installation video on their website for most of their items.* With a few exceptions, most items can be self installed. They will also install any item for you at an additional price, and of course youd have to wait for it to be done or for longer installs, come back later.* I dont know if this will end at some point, but currently if you buy at least $150 in products, you get 20% off your order. That can be a significant savings, so if you eventually plan to get a number of their products, its best to bunch them into $150 purchase minimums.When I went there, I had written a list of 8 items I wanted. They had me log into their website on my phone, add the items to my cart, make the purchase, and then give them the order #. They had everything in stock except for 2 items, one of which shipped a few days later, and the other was backordered and I couldnt even add it to my order. They usually have a computer that you can sit down at to do this instead of using your phone, but it was down when I arrived (but was fixed by the time I left).The reason that it is easier to have you order the items yourself, especially if you want a number of items, is because many items have some level of customization to them. For example a wrap might have up to 3 options, the wrap color, a decal color, and for some wraps whether you want a Tesla T popup texture underneath the wrap. Ordering it yourself makes sure that you get everything exactly how you want it.I installed everything that I purchased myself. The installation videos are an accurate description of the process. The wraps take some time, but the 3M material that they use is able to eliminate air bubbles through the material itself, making it much easier than old school wraps where bubble elimination was difficult.Although I have not had to use it myself, they claim that they will send a free replacement if an installation goes wrong.

I purchased vinyl wrap for my Model X. It was cut incorrectly and it was too short. I emailed a picture to the main email. They replied that they apologized and would get a replacement out immediately. Here we are 3 months later. They stopped replying to my emails and calls are never answered. Terrible customer service. Would not buy from them again.
