I came here with an older watch that I was having some issues with, the primary issue being a problem with the stem. Before I could finish explaining what all I was hoping they could help me with the gentleman had already fixed the stem issue.He then laid out the options for what he could do to address my other problems, but I never felt under any kind of pressure to go one way or the other.I was impressed with this establishment, and will be coming here for all of my watch needs going forward. This kind of professionalism and customer service is hard to find nowadays.

Completely over priced for watches. They also try and pass off used watches like they are new. As far as trades and sales they low ball you to the fullest. I dont recommend this place at all.

They did a nice job cleaning my mothers watch, and I found an excellent new watch for my wife. They we good to deal with and have an interesting inventory.
