I used Orange County Party Rentals for a surprise birthday party. I rented tables, chairs, linens and glasses. They were very informative and delivered everything on time. It was very easy dealing with them and I would recommend them to anyone looking for party supplies and I will be using them again in the future!

I have been trying to contact this place since they opened to inquire about their delivery fee. I finally received an email back and was not too happy with the response. Chloe Casillas emailed me saying the items I requested totaled to $183.75 and $45.00 of that is the delivery cost. I asked how because the tables are $12.75 each and I wanted 5, the chairs are $1.00 each and I wanted 50, so it added up to $113.75 + $45.00 = 158.75. She then told me that the chairs are $1.50 each and I emailed her at 3:41pm that their website price listing doesnt say that but says it is $1 each with no response. I then emailed her at 3:48pm asking her if she would honor their website pricing. She emailed me at 3:51pm saying that the website had been updated and asked me when was the last time I looked at it. I literally took a screenshot at 3:49 p.m. today December 3, 2018 showing that their website price listing was $1 each. She literally went onto their website and changed the pricing of the chair when I asked if they would honor their website pricing and made it seem like I didnt recently look at their page and was not aware of their updated prices. Snake in the grass! Beware of this company because they will charge you whatever they want and just change the pricing on the website to back it up!!

First off, I normally don’t do reviews but I have to review this place due to a terrible first impression. My parents rented from this place, and they asked me to drop off the a table that they had rented. The hours online claim for this place to be open from 9am till 5pm. I arrived at this place at 3:50, sidenote, after trying to find this place for 30 minutes because they didn’t update their location on Apple maps and I found this place after asking someone who works across the street. Upon arriving, no one was in the store, and I tried to call them too multiple of times, and they said their phone hours were from 9am to 5pm(which clearly was not). They should fix their hours online to make them correct or hire more personally. If you guys are looking to rent chairs, tables, etc, for an event. Please save your own time and take your business elsewhere.

It is thanksgiving morning and the tables and chairs we were expecting last night between 4-6pm did not arrive.
