DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF MONEY, TIME, AND A HEADACHE.The way this company operates has me beyond furious. Ive signed up for month to month (No contract) services. Ive cancelled my services last December, and Im still being charged. I called their customer support they state Im in a contract. I ask them to send me the contract that I signed. They legitimately state You seem not to have a contact with your account. Unfortunately well be unable to cancel you services yet until your local office reaches out. Ive been following up with them for the last month and they all seem to dodge me and just transfer me around. They continuously state Well escalate this to my supervisor and someone will reach out in 24-48 business hrs. I call back 2-3 days later nothing. Then everything repeats as I continuously getting charge for services Im not even using.DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF MONEY, TIME, AND A HEADACHE.

This has been the worst company to deal with during COVID19. They refuse to work with you regarding any past due payments and even include every late charge after the pandemic has begun. Furthermore, I told them that was the worst service ever and they said they have a signed agreement and I will be responsible for every payment if I do not make my payments as agreed-upon. I then asked to speak to a manager and the representative said this is not a basis to escalate the call and they refused to give it to the manager. This is the worst company to ever deal with and there are plenty other Virtual Office is out there and I can guarantee I will never work with this company again. This is the time that everyone should see the type of companies they interact with and I will spread the word to as many other business owners as I know that this is not a good company to work with.

I could not be happier with my experience so far at Regus in RSM! Nima Arzani (office manager) and Shirley are always pleasant, accommodating, and professional. The environment itself is beautiful after the remodel (I dont know what it looked like before, since I moved in after the remodel). I consistently get compliments from my clients on the office space. I appreciate having 24/7 access to the building, which gives me the flexibility of scheduling clients on Saturdays if necessary. To date, Regus and the team at the RSM office have exceeded my expectations! My only suggestion to Regus Corporate would be to include some of the current add-ons in with the price of the lease (e.g., a certain number of copies per month at no charge or listing the business name on the directory at no charge).
