I have been going to LuXe Organic Nails for over 2 years, this salon is by far the best in the RSM/Mission Viejo area. I highly recommend going here is you care about your nails. The SNS nails are amazing. This salon is worth every penny, and you are worth it too!

Best nail salon in Orange County and LA - hands down. My nails have never looked better. Amazing service and I love all of the girls that work here. Even when I lived in LA, I drove down here to get my nails done because no one- even the best in LA could make my hands look this good AND the places that do come close are double the price. AMAZING!! I just had the absolute best Nail salon experience at LuXe Organic Nails and Spa in RSM with Kim.I showed her a picture of an ombre, pink to white with my ring fingers a silver sparkle and my index fingers accented with a heart and diamond studs.I honestly thought Kim or any manicurist wouldnt be able to do it but it actually turned out better than the picture via a SNS natural dip. All designs were done free hand. It took 1 hour and 30 minutes. AMAZING!!And as a bonus, Kim is so sweet and fun to talk to. She didnt rush and all details were so precise.Luxe is the best salon i have gone to by far!Thank you!

When I went in I didn’t get the best greeting, my sister and cousin and I were pushed to the side while others were being attended. I asked a few questions and was only answered with one word. I didn’t think much of it. I went in to get gel on my natural nails. By the time I was done I was not happy with them it was over priced and I did not get my water that I asked for. You could tell that the nail polish they used was old and left my nails streaky and lumpy with the clumps of nail polish and did not cover all of my nail beds. I will not be coming back here again.

Got gel acrylics done, the day after I got them done three nails were already chipped. A week after every one of my nails polish was cracked and opaque. Not worth the price at all I get much better service at a hole in the wall nail salon then here.

Had a pedicure 3 days before my wedding, and on my wedding day two of my nails were really tender making my shoes uncomfortable. I wasnt impressed with the service either. I went with one of my bridesmaids. She asked her nail tech for tea, and never got it for her. Her nail tech and mine engaged with each other, but not with us. Wont be going back.

Happy with how my nails turned out but definitely over priced. Thought I’d treat myself to the hot stone massage but he didn’t massage my feet, only massaged my calves so disappointed about that.

I had a great experience there! They have earned themselves another customer.

Very pricey. Just average service. Best people have left. Dont have typical comfy chairs. Probably wont go back.

Walked in right before closing for a quick fill and they were able to get me in. The service was great and they explained all my options so I could choose what I wanted. They did not try to upsale me and were 100% honest.

Visiting from out of town and stumbled on this gem. The price for the posh was cheaper than what I pay at home, the pedi was superb, and the staff friendly and easy to converse with as they all spoke english. Wish we had this salon at home!

I just had the worst and most expensive Mani-Pedi I ever had in Orange County. I am doing gel manicure and polish pedicure for 10 years now. I go to many different places and have paid many different prices for various quality of services. They are very expensive for the service. This place doesnt even do basic scrubing on their In and Out package! It is ridicules! The staff was unfriendly and snubish, the Gel manicure is bumpy on almost every nail. She didnt wash or wipe my hands after filing, my hands still feel powdery now, I am sitting in the car and writing this! She didnt use alcohol after the last gel lighting. She said she doesnt need to, time will tell how true that was.Anyway, I am always fair on rating and always recommend services I like to others. But this place did a horrible job and I didnt like the arrogant attitude of the staff. Have had much better service for the same price, including massages (arms and legs) and much nicer staff.I dont know what the other raters are talking about by wine offered and so on! Nobody offered me anything! Not even water.Other places serve you bottled water and cookies on the house at the same price!Very disappointed customer here! Sorry!

To much trash gathered up before closing brings in mosquitos, cups lying around with mosquitos, saw roaches & grass hoper need some extermination, floor was not sweep hourly but the service was great

Expensive & my polish didnt last long. But the glass of wine is nice.

Fast and good quality.
