They are the best!! I can always count on them to help me with anything I need. They helped my son with his trumpet and took the time to show him in detail how to clean it, and how to care for it. I wouldnt go anywhere else. I am excited to see what instrument my daughter chooses when shes old enough, because my first and only stop will be OC Music in RSM.

From customer service on the phone to customer service in the store, OC Music was fantastic! I brought my 10-year old sons violin in to see if it could be repaired. I made the mistake of purchasing his violin online and the warranty repair parts were taking forever to arrive from China.We were greeted by Jeff via phone and upon arriving at the store and I was simply expecting him to take a look and let us know if it could or couldnt be repaired. At first I thought all hope was lost since he advised the missing screw was not a standard one or from a manufacturer he carried. BUT, before we knew it, Jeff was making a fix (he was able to re-string without the missing screw), readjusting the bridge, and re-tuning the violin for us. It took him but a few minutes and once done, I asked how much we owed and he said NO COST! I was blown away by his kindness and willingness to help considering we did not purchase the violin from him.THANK YOU JEFF for your kind heart and for exceeding my expectations! I will most certainly spread the word and refer anyone and everyone with music needs/services to you and OC Music Center.

One of my grandsons wanted to learn the guitar. After researching numerous places for lessons I settled on here. What a good choice! The staff was just so kind and helpful. He starts his lessons next week and Im looking forward to see how he progressive. Fine place.

We were so concerned as our twins had rented instruments, and one of the instruments was stolen while at school. I explained our situation to Jeffrey, and we were so relieved we had gotten the insurance, and there was no additional cost to us at all! We were given another instrument, and simply filed a police report on our own. It was so easy, and I was so relieved!!

My daughter (12 y) has been going here for a couple of years now. Prior to going to OC Music Center, she received two years of lessons from another teacher but she hated the lessons and the teacher, and it made her miserable. I didnt want my daughter giving up on piano so we switched over to OCMC and they paired my daughter up with Susanne who is not only a gifted piano teacher but is wonderful with young students. Thanks to the center and Susanne, my daughter doesnt complain about practicing or going to her lessons anymore. The staff up front is very friendly too and always has a smile when we come in. Smiles are rare gems it seems nowadays and OCMC is a diamond!

This was an suprize for me. I had no there was a fine musical instrument store RSM. The young man was obviously happy to be working there.I was looking for a a specific harmonica in the key of G from a specific maker. I didnt they would have it. They had 4. Amazing. GOOD SPOT
