Master Kang is the best. My 3 girls have benefited so much from our experience here over the past 3 years. Big, clean and comfortable studio with lots of space for parents to sit and watch. My kids are always safe there.

Master Kang and his team are amazing. He genuinely cares about his students, gives them one on one attention, and his team is able to work with students of all ages. His studio is also roomy and clean. He holds his students accountable for their actions. If your child is having behavioral issues at school, have him work with Master Kang. He will work with your child on an individual basis to shape them up. His team instills in his students self discipline, respect, and a positive attitude. I highly recommend Master Kangs studio.

David Master Kangs Taekwondo Center is simply the best! Thank you so much for working with my three boys. My oldest son Jake began Taekwondo with you at the age of 6 and is now 11 and has his Black Belt. I look back and one of my best decisions that I could have made for Jake was to consistently push him to go to Taekwondo every Tuesday and Thursday. The payoff in watching Jake receive his Black Belt was all worth it. Now Jakes younger brothers want to follow in Jakes footsteps and receive their Black Belts as well. Thank you for helping to build self confidence, determination and the Never Giving Up attitude in each one of the boys.

I have 3 kids and the 4 of us have taken Master Kangs classes at the David Kangs Taekwondo Center since 2007! My oldest son received his black belt several years ago and my daughter is on track to receive hers this June (even with Covid-19!) Master Kang has been nothing but a positive influence in my kids lives! He instills positive character traits each week that stick with the kids long after they have moved on from taekwondo. He has participated in school events motivating the kids for Jog-a-thons, and holds various parents nights out evenings throughout the year at his studio! We have also participated in parties which are so fun for the kids! As the kids get older and progress through the belts, he gently guides them in leadership skills and they have opportunities to assist him with younger classes, parties and PNOs. I have watched him for 13 years with kids with all sorts of personalities from timid or shy to friendly and out-going to strong-willed. He has a magic touch with these kids while maintaining their respect. You will not be disappointed at David Kangs Taekwondo Center. And another thing...he offers so many classes throughout the week, that there is no excuse not to attend! From youngsters to adults, this is the place to go.

Master Kang has great leadership skills as he knows how to motivate kids, and adults, into this program. He not only teaches excellent Tae Kwon Do skills, but also discipline and self defense. Great for kids of all types and all ages. He is always present at the center, which ensure great quality on all his classes.

I cant say enough positive things about this place. We are exceptionally pleased with our daughters progress. She loves going to class and we love seeing her become more confident and grow in character. Im amazed by all that she is learning. She memorizes her form, shows attention and focus, respect, and other character traits that have positively impacted her behavior at home and propelled her success in school. We think Master Kang and his instructor staff are great!

More than excellent! Weve been going for over 4 years now and our are kids STILL love coming every time. Superb instructors, great family feel and the kids are learning terrific skills that will serve them well throughout life - both physically and mentally!

Great place for kids to get esteem and fitness.That being said that those looking for traditional martial arts this is not the place for it. More of a kids gym than a true taewkondo dojo. For adults looking for martial arts dojo elsewhere unless you have children you want to do it with. Again sparring for adults feels very unrealistic because the extremely overbearing amount of sparring pads making you feel like a foam iron man fighting. Would possibly be interested in adult center classes with a more serious teaching but couldnt find that here. For someone looking for a traditional taekwondo dojo i felt like it was pretty singularely focused on fun, fitness, and safety workout for kids.

I have been a member of this studio throughout middle and high school, and it has been a fantastic experience. Earning my black belt here made me a healthier, happier person.

My son and I are students of Master Kang and have really loved being part of the Taekwondo studio. Master Kang has created a fun atmosphere where all the parents are enjoying activities with their kids as well as getting to interact with the other parents. The people are so nice, the competition levels are right on, and the exercise is great. Our children have been attending David Kangs Taekwondo center for a total of four years now. His program teaches children discipline and respect, both inside the training facility and outside in the real world. Our oldest son has made a drastic turnaround in his focusing skills and we credit Master Kang and his team for that success. My family and I have been students of Master Kangs since 2013. The martial arts and life skills training have proven to be extremely valuable. For me personally, I have lost weight, improved my blood pressure and cholesterol, and greatly improved my flexibility and fitness. My children have grown into confident teenagers and we appreciate all Master Kang has done for us over the years. Now nearing the black belt level we have no plans to stop training with Master Kang. Master Kang and his staff are amazing! I have seen such a positive change in my son since starting his taekwondo classes. In only a few short months, my sons confidence and attitude has improved. I love that they not only teach martial arts, but they talk about bulling at school and how to deal with it in a positive manner, as well as teach about stranger danger and how to protect themselves if that situation ever came about. Master Kang has also taken time out of his busy schedule to train my son for his first competition (and he took first place in his division!) We had tried out a couple of different martial arts schools for my son before we ended up with Master Kang’s academy and the primary reason was because Master Kang focused on all-round character building and not just punching & kicking. My son has been with Master Kang’s academy for about two years now and I can see a huge difference in how he carries himself. The kids have a lot of fun in while they learn Taekwando with Master Kang & his awesome staff. I would highly recommend Master Kang’s academy to those who are looking for a great martial arts school.

My daughter is a student at DKT since 2013 and she enjoys every single class. Master Kang and the other instructors are amazing, they teach the students with passion and caring for the benefits of your child. As a parent, I want my kids to grow up with respect, discipline, honor and never giving up. Well, Master Kang teaches them all of these things. I found Master Kang through a friends referral six months ago. I could not be happier with our experience here. My 5 year old son isnt the easiest to deal with and Master Kang, along with all the other teachers here, are awesome with him. My son has learned a great deal in the last few months.

My son, Enzo, looks forward to taekwondo lessons with Master Kang and his team. Throughout the 2 years that our boys have been students at Master Kangs studio, we have continued to be impressed. Master Kang is FANTASTIC! The students not only learn taekwondo, but they are learning respect, communication, safety skills, confidence AND they have fun while they are doing it. The staff is wonderful: they relate well to the kids and are hands-on and knowledgable. Master Kang is always available to help and address any difficulties that come up. He is able to relate to the kids so well but also has their upmost respect. My son has gained so much confidence in the 2 years that we have been! We love this DKTKD!
