Went into this spa to inquire about skin treatments to address eye wrinkles and crows feet. Was immediately sold hard on Vivace and told that it would yield significant results getting rid of these wrinkles. Then was up sold to ALSO do treatment on my neck. Charged $4100 for 3 treatments. Just a few weeks later, the spa advertised a big price reduction on Vivace but did not refund me any money. After the 3 treatments, I have seen no improvements whatsoever (its been 4-5 months now too). Spa personnel did not check in with me even once regarding my results or satisfaction level. For reference, Im a 52 yr old male. Maybe this Vivace only works for women. I would not recommend this spa to anyone and have turned a few people away from it already, There are others that actually care to establish a long working relationship with their clients and insuring they meet some minimum level of satisfaction.

They were super high pressure and charged my card $1600 on the day I scheduled the appointment rather than simply authorizing the funds. I changed my mind about getting the procedure and they refused to refund me even though it was weeks prior to the appointment.

I had the most wonderful experience at this medical spa! Tara did my hydrafacial which was relaxing and heavenly. Megan who consulted me on all the right services and products was very knowledgeable. Ulyana the nurse did my microneedling, she was very professional and gentle. Everyone is extremely professional!! I cant wait to go back for my next treatment!!! Thank you!! 💟

Gail is wonderful.Nevertheless, this spa is outrageously expensive, which is bad enough, however, I purchased 3 micro-needling sessions (their package which they required be prepaid), and when I tried to schedule the third appointment (after one in February and one in April), they told me I had already used all three. They recommend the sessions be 4-6 weeks apart so it is not so long that records of appointments would be lost or forgotten. Further, it is an intense treatment and you walk out with a bloody face -- I would not have forgotten one of the treatments. When I challenged them on this, they said I used the first one last year -- which is false. I will not be going back for anything.

First time today. Same day appointment. Excellent price for new patient. Clean. Competent. Parking easy. Patient coordinator friendly. Injector professional and didn’t pressure me to buy more. Actually will enable patients to purchase up front and special price point, use what you need the. The remainder stays as credit which definitely makes me want to go back.

Had my lips done and couldnt be happier. The staff answered all my questions and Nida was meticulous. I wanted very natural looking lips and that is exactly what I got. It is great to work with a team that have amazing follow through and follow up.

Beware...i had the pearl fraxel laser skin procedure and it wrecked my skin...its creapy, uneven skin tone and some scars...worse thimg i ever did! And they had a trainee which they didnt inform me about until i after i took meds and procecure began...

Anita is wonderful giving the botox and voluma injections. Shes very friendly, professional and has a good eye on placing the filler. She was very patient and let me be involved with where it was needed, taking time to discuss. I had a great experience. The only thing I wasnt sure about was after spending a lot for two syringes of voluma and botox, waiting a couple of weeks to decide if I needed one more syringe, to get the same price I had to pay up front for the 3rd syringe to get the same sale price before I could make an appointment before even deciding if I really needed it. I paid 3 weeks in advance(waiting for the first injections to settle down) before they would book the appointment. Only to find the sale price was still good. It just felt like after spending almost $3000, and really a continuation of what I was having done, they could have been more flexible in working with me on the pay up front sales pitch. That was the office policy.

I love going to this place, the treatments have been wonderful with great results.The staff is wonderful and always helpful, come and see....

Friendly staff and great laser hair removal results after only 2 appointments.

Ive been to so many medi spas and this is by far my favorite. I found them when I got a great Groupon deal for laser hair removal, and came back again a year later to get a series of IPL facials. I love my skin and have gotten so many compliments. They give great, medically-sound advice and treatments, and they are way more professional, clean, and high-end than any of the many other places Ive tried (as the total Groupon junkie that I am Ive been all over the OC and LA). Their treatments arent watered down like a lot of other places Ive been. Im so happy with my skin. Ive gotten several friends hooked on this place too.
