My experience with Jeff Cowan training has been very poor. My staff and I found the videos to be very poor, both in quality of knowledge as well as in production value. Some videos are simply copies of seminars he has given. The questions that followed each module seemed very basic and lacked insight. Potential customers should also be aware that there is a no refund cancellation policy. This is very strange for a service that is 100% internet based and has no one on one training component with the staff from Jeff Cowan. We are currently in the process of trying to cancel our subscription (in the middle of the Covid-19 crisis) and when I first applied I was told they would not even delay the training. They have now, a month later, graciously offered to delay the training by a short period. At the end of the day this is, in my opinion, very poor training with little to offer and a contract designed to get money out of businesses who discover the content does not live up to the hype. I see that there is only one other review, from three years ago, I should have realized this was a bad sign prior to signing up, shame on me. The lack of any other reviews, good or bad, is very strange in this day and age and leaves me to believe that my review may be removed quickly. Long story short, dont buy this program, it is not worth the money and with their no cancellation policy youll be left with nothing but wasted time and money.
