They offer friendly and excellent service. The dry cleaning and ironing is done with care for delicate clothes. And pick up and delivery is complimentary. I’ll definitely continue using their services!

My husband had cut the collar on his new shirt taking out of the package. Took it to Polo and they fixed it for $8.00. You cant even tell it was cut.

I got a stain on my favorite shirt. Sometimes I am clumsy and spill food on my good close. I tried to use cold water right away to stop it from staining but I still got this nasty spot right on the front of my shirt. If I could not remove the stain, I would throw the shirt on the trash. I took it to Polo Cleaners and asked them if they could remove it. They said they would try. I got the shirt back and the stain was gone. I love this place, they saved my favorite shirt.

Just a very nice first impression. Been using dry cleaners for few decades now, Polo is attentive, quality seems good and they had offered discount on dry cleaning from the start as well.

My first experience will be my last. I dropped off some sheets, pillow cases, blankets and a comforter to be washed (not dry cleaned) and was not provided a price. When my wife picked up the order they charged us over $300 and said that was discounted. I called and was advised there was nothing they could do and I asked the owner to call me. I waited 1 week and no call even after I called 3 times to speak with the owner. My concern is that A. I wasnt provided a price. B. If they were going through my order and saw it was going to cost hundreds of dollars, why wouldnt they call to confirm I am willing to pay that? C. I asked for the items to be laundered, not dry cleaned. D. I asked several times to speak to the owner and was told they would be calling. 1 week and zero calls. Some of the blankets were $10 blankets and I was charged $20 to have them cleaned. If they were transparent with me I never would have gone through with the full order.

I love this place, and have been coming here for a few years. The customer service is great, and they are super helpful with how to clean or fix anything.I moved a little farther away earlier this year, but still stop here because I appreciate the kindness, honesty, and pricing.

This was the only place locally that would do next day dry cleaning on a Friday. Stopped by at 4pm Friday, picked it up at 9am Saturday. 30% off for a new customer was awesome, and they gave me a legit hanger for the suit jacket and packaged it super nicely. Definitely going here for all my dry cleaning now. Great prices, efficient, and great service.

They couldn’t make it any easier. Free pickup and delivery but when I got a stint on my pants I dropped it by the day after a pickup day and they returned it all cleaned with my regular next drop off. Always very friendly and they’ll tackle almost any job. Love this place since they took over from Beasley’s.

Horrible customer service when I notified them o had been charged twice for the same invoice. The owner did nothing to fix it and was very nasty about it, he texted me, so unprofessional in customer service and quality of care for their business and relationship with their neighbors. This place use to be great when it was run by Beasley cleaners. Now that polo cleaners has taken over, horrible customer service and the prices have gone up as well. They lost a customer with how they handled this. It took me time and money to fix his double charge error instead of him just reversing the transaction. Will tell everyone I know to avoid this business.

The pants were pressed well, and I like how the cardigan was folded and draped over the hanger, so as not to stretch it out.Good job on minor seam repair.
