I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly i was able to have my tests conducted today.Candy, my phlebotomist was very pleasant and skilled.I was unable to make an appointment so i walked in early.The new check in system is good for computer literate folks but not so much for the elderly.

Arrived yesterday (Tuesday) at 8:50AM for three tests. 4 people waiting in the waiting area all socially distanced and wearing masks. One person managing the front desk with another hovering in and out to assist. Dropped off my paperwork with receptionist.Receptionist was polite, organized and cordial. A patient was called into the back for testing about every 5 minutes. After waiting about 15 minutes I was called back, had my tests and was on my way in just over 20 minutes total.

Technician was quite competent, but only guy in the building. Theres no requirement to were face masks. No signs, certainly no one to enforce in waiting room. Technician was wearing face mask below the nose. Im a cancer patient and the next guy in the waiting room wore no mask ...

Went to Labcorp phlebotomy lab in Rancho Santa Margarita on June 16, 2020 (Tues) @ 8:05 AM. Lab was clean and organized. I was first greeted by a very pleasant receptionist making me feel welcome and relaxed. She explained everything, in fact, and to all the customers after me with clear, simple and passionate directions. She is very caring. My phlebotomist, Laura, was just as professional, passionate and outstanding. Laura is the BEST phlebotomist l have experienced. With collapsed tiny veins she poked me once which l swear l didn’t even feel. Keep you staff in Rancho Santa Margarita as they are a bunch of hard working and passionate professionals dedicated to providing the BEST CARE!!! I went in for my lab work today. Normally I would have tried to make an appointment but I thought I would pop in to see if it was a long wait. I must have missed the rush. Only 2 people waiting. In and out in 8 min ! Amazing staff. Very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.

They were closing for lunch and the girl tech sent me away. I was sitting in my car and she came out and got me and took me anyway. Thats excellent patient care! Thats going above and beyond! Wonderful service always also.

Fast and efficient! Came in at 9:30am. Got done in 10minutes. Seriously!

Worst business model ever. The other reviews have to be fake. It is impossible to get an AM appt for MONTHS. The wait is always crazy long. The DMV is better because at least you can get an appt. This feels like socialized medicine. Except we have great insurance. There should be other, more efficient ways to get blood drawn.

Here at 715, open at 730, at least 20 people waiting, only 1 lab worker until 8, then I beleive another showed up. Blond at front desk nerds to tone it down

Dont go to this location. They hire morons who cant handle a simple task. Ive had multiple test get lost or misplaced resulting in extra time and effort on my part to get my labs to my doctor. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT!!

New check in procedure all of the elderly who are not use to using computers are having a hard time. The guy at the desk is refusing to help.
