The rudest person I have ever worked with. I was calling because my 87 year old grandmother about to go on hospice (which I shared with Frank, who was the person I was speaking to and claims its his business) and needs a walk-in tub. I made it VERY clear to Frank that I was calling to get 1 piece of information and a cost estimate, and that I was NOT poised to buy anything from him in the next few weeks.Frank proceeds to go on a tangent telling me about the most expensive tub hes ever sold. I redirected him and asked him for the exact cost estimate on an exact model. He granted that to me. I then asked for some product information, which he told me to get on the website.I told him I was on the website, and couldnt find it. His response? Its MY fault. He didnt even offer to help!!! He went on to scold me about my inability to find it on his website and that he knows its there and youre just not looking hard enough. I told him that was NOT the right thing to say to someone looking to buy, and he proceeded to tell me I was rude and hung up on him.Im in Marketing and Sales. Who needs walk-in tubs? People with disability or elderly people. Their loved ones, who are making these types of purchasing decisions, need compassion, empathy, and help. NOT being scolded for trying to find the right information about end-of-care life. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
