Like some reviews here, talked to a lady with my wife about sliding doors, yet to receive a call back for the quote. Has been weeks. We called back to remind them.... still no quote. What a waste of time.

A few years back, we purchased Milgard Vinyl Dual-Pane Windows from DP Doors. We have a lot of windows in our 2 story home and DP Doors did an excellent job installing all the windows. We are still enjoying our windows and wed highly recommend DP Doors!

I have shopped here several times. When I actually purchased my front door from them, it was awesome. Fantastic quality, fast, competent installation and all deadlines met. Really made a huge difference in the look of my house. However, when I have tried to get an idea of what a new door project is going to cost, it has been a little more frustrating. I get handed a brochure and I leave not really knowing more than when I start and I lose interest. I always get the feeling that my prospective business does not really matter to them. I intend to eventually replace every hollow core door in my house and I need to get on it. I will try again this week and review after.*Edit* I have since purchased two more doors. It was a night and day experience. Terry knows I am installing these doors as a surprise gift for my husband and he is helping me with the craziness. They rushed the deadlines and are making sure everything is perfect. I could not ask for more and I could not get this at Lowes.

Last month we had Terry come to our home and measure for 17 windows. We never received an estimate from him. Four weeks later, we went to the Rancho Cucamonga store and spoke with Shirley for over an hour and selected two entry door options. Again, we never received an estimate.This company wasted our time twice, and for that reason I deem rather unprofessional. Since then, we purchased new Milgard Tuscany windows, and a beautiful mahogany wood door with beveled glass and sidelites from two other businesses. .

Not happy with answer I got from secretary I wont call again she didnt know anything about doors.

Just left this place; asked the woman how much a door was with installation. I explained that I just wanted an idea of price range, she laughed at me and said it depends. Very condensending, maybe because I’m younger she didn’t think I could afford it. Avoid if you don’t like being laughed at. SMH could have got some business.

Must have too much business won’t return phone calls. Came down on Saturday to their location that’s open on Saturdays and their is a sign that their sorry they missed me. I’m sorry they don’t answer their phone or update their hours

Wonderful experience! I knew that installing Milgard windows would make my home more energy effecient and reduce freeway noise but I had no idea what a huge difference they would make. Not only has my energy bill decreased but the noise reduction has been incredible. In addition, the added security has given me great peace of mind.DP Door Companys professional staff was a pleasure to deal with.
