Valerie is the sweetest receptionist EVER! I call often and she answers right away and helps in any way she can! She’s seriously an amazing employee. I was looking into purchasing my first home and needed guidance. I feel uncomfortable that I gave them so much information only to be ghosted. The guy was responsive in the beginning, then after he asked me to be an authorized user on my familys credit cards, he stopped messaging me. Very frustrating working with people who arent up front about anything. I would rather contact someone who would tell me what is required to get a home loan rather than be told Ill get one and never hear back from them.

TRUSTWORTHY! if there is anything i can say about these people its that. i came here when my taxes were audited and they found discrepancies from the person i had been using to do my taxes before. i met with Andrew and he helped me work through all of it and was very communicative about it as well. i never felt out of the loop here and i was very appreciative. Im now currently going through a refinance with Andrew as well, because he helped me to know that it was a great time to do it. he is an outstanding worker and i know that i can trust him to do it right. Never going anywhere else with anything mortgage or tax related again!

Well keep coming back every year for our taxes. Metin helped with our last years taxes and again today when I needed help sorting out some past taxes. Due to our taxes being from past years they were required to be mailed in, he even went so far as to make sure the envelopes were addressed correctly with proper postage.He always provides us with a copy of our taxes in whatever form we wish and makes sure we are completely informed the entire time.The office is very clean and the staff are very professional and courteous.Definitely recommend Metin.

They will always greet you with a welcoming smile... even walk-ins, like ME.I had several years back taxes that I needed to file and was stressing out looking for a trustworthy tax preparer. Which is another reason I dreaded filing earlier. So, I read several reviews... I know, I know people think theyre mostly friends or family, but you gotta trust, read them AND pray anyway. Theyre reviews by real people with real experiences. Again, like me.As I said I needed to file SEVERAL years back taxes (no, I wont say how many - coy smile), Metin was very friendly. He didnt make me feel bad or like he was judging my mistake by not filing earlier. He just provided a patient, nerve-calming experience. God knows I was expecting the worse, like clinching before being punched in the arm - cuz you KNOW its coming. [Truly because if I had nails they wouldve been chewed off on the floor. Did I say how stressed I was?]We needed some info from the IRS and he called them, as you know theres a considerable hold time when calling the IRS. Metin said, well really get to know each other by the time they answer. You know what? He was right, he showed me pictures of his lovely family - he is extremely proud of his beautiful baby boy. (gushing so cute). He introduced me to his brother and I shared pics of my family as well. By the time we were done not only did he help me to have a WONDERFUL, stress-free weekend (I was in his office this past Friday for a several hours), but he also helped me to get some monies refunded to me. Yippie!!! I was so excited and relieved by the time I left there, I felt I could shout from the mountain tops. I actually called a few family members to brag. Yeah, blah, blah, blah - I got a guy...
