I would not refer or recommend this service. When I first spoke to Valerie, she seemed very polite over the phone, so I immediately decided to book an appt. for the next day and use her service. She said she would call me between 6:30 and 7:00 p.m. because she had an appt. at 6 and wasnt sure how long it would take.The next morning I emailed her a copy of my resume and documents (as requested). At 7:00 p.m. she called me and said I had missed my 6:30 p.m. appointment. She then apologized for the miscommunication and we spoke for about 45 minutes going over my resume and job history.At the end of our conversation, she became very pushy when it came to me paying. She insisted on walking me through the payment process on her website. She kept saying she could only complete the service in 7 days if I paid BY tonight. I said no problem at all, as soon as we hang up Ill Pay Pal you the money.As soon as we hung up I paid her the mid level 15+ years ($169.00) as she had told me over the phone when we initially spoke and sent her a text letting her know that I had sent payment.She responded an hour later via text Did I say you were mid level when I first spoke to you? I didnt see it until the next morning and I replied yes, mid to lower, is that not correct?An hour after that text she sends me an email saying that I was Senior Level ($20 more) and they had decided to discontinue our business and would refund me the money.That seems very strange and unprofessional to me. Why would they discontinue their service? I couldve Pay Pald an extra $20 if there was a misunderstanding. Instead I wasted my time meeting with her and sending her all of my documents.
