Best REALTOR Ive ever had! Harley worked very hard on a timeline I thought was impossible. He showed me with his knowledge of the area and that he could get more money for me. He proved that continuing my attempt at FOR SALE BY OWNER was not my best option. He also said we could find a buyer for my property with his 10-DAY SELLING SYSTEM which i thought was too good to be true. I signed the official document that day making him my representative without hesitation. Due to his AMAZING AND ASTONISHING work (on the 8th day) he was able to negotiate a sale for more then my asking price. I gladly accepted the offer and then escrow began.
