I just got done selling a property I owned to Diamond Home Buyers, Inc. I was very happy with the whole process. The CEO Tom was very responsive and very helpful. He found that the house I owned which had originally had tenants and was now empty the water had been turned off and the lawn was looking bad. He informed me so I could do what I had to but he personally took care of the lawn which help us both out so I wouldnt have to pay extra for repairing the lawn and he would be able to keep the lawn good. They also use a very helpful escrow company and they were also very helpful. Not only was everything done well it was done while I am in Brooklyn, NY and they are all in California. I heard of Diamond Home Buyers through a friend, who had seen an advertisement on Facebook. I was leary of (my older parents) being scammed, but a meeting with this company was set nonetheless. In the days leading up to the meeting, Tom asked plenty of questions that prepared us for what would be discussed at our sit down, and one by one, those questions put me at ease with the thought of being cornered, and taken advantage of. He really had the best interests of my parents well being, and not only was patient, but genuinely showed compassion, as well as professionalism as he explained the process of what he, and his companys services provide.
