I’m so mad leaving this place having paid $91 for something I already want redone. I didn’t get the full pedicure that I paid for and my feet look like they need one 10 min after leaving this place. All of my nails are uneven and my polish job is sloppy. I showed her what I wanted on my nails and revived nothing close to what I had shown. This place is a joke.

Doesn’t listen to what you want and or will tell you don’t have time to do what nail design you want don’t go here !!!

They have poor quality here. My feet look like they need to be redone, they didn’t polish my whole toe nail. My nails are uneven and they made nails crooked. You can still see some of the acrylic and they didn’t polish my nails right it doesn’t go back to my nail beds like it should.

May not only paid attention to detail but was very sanitary with her tools. I love my nails! Thank you May!

I love this nail salon! Tiffany and Mary are my absolute favorites and they make sure that you are satisfied with your nails! The prices are reasonable, they are very sanitary and kind! 10/10 I highly recommend.

35$ Mani-Pedi one toe messed up by time I got to car but 35$ for both no complaints really because i was just expecting super basics for both which they delivered... only thing was a language barrier massage chair broke mid back and at 8 months pregnant i was struggling kept trying to tell them but they nodded yes and smiled so🤷🏾‍♀️ lol but was all around okay experience... also odd they didnt lotion/oil feet or hands once polish was done but maybe thats only with gel?

I went in to get my wedding nails done, and they came out horrible. My nails weren’t even, they weren’t the shape I wanted, and they were way too expensive. I won’t be coming back to this establishment.

Came in for a fill and was helped by Mary I am having second thoughts about my other nail salon and wanted to try this one. I had an appointment I came late and she was still waiting for me and not waiting on someone else for a change. She is very meticulous with her design and gentle with drilling down which many nail techs lack. I have found my new nail shop and will be returning to Mary’s care :)

Was recommended by a patient to go see Mary for the permanent eyebrows and lashes and I’m so happy I did. She is so sweet and professional but her work is absolutely phenomenal and I had no issues with them and get compliments left and right. My daily makeup routine is cut in half and I’m so glad I found her!

I am a regular to Bella’s Nails who is always happy with the service I receive when getting my nails done. Dianne is always spot on with my nail requests from simple gel color on my natural nails to ombré coffin acrylics, everything I have asked for she has delivered spot on! Always a pleasure to have her do my nails. When I get a pedicure, it is usually spontaneous so I have any one of the lovely staff there so it for me and I am always happy with they turn out (usually gel polish pedicure).The friendliness and level of service is always exceptional. I love this Nail Salon! I have been coming here for the past year. For a full set of acrylics (which is what i always get) is only $23. The works are so nice and even try making conversation with you at times so your not so bored. ALSO, id youre a student, you get $2 off!! They polish and apply acrylics so beautiful. Absolutely love it here. Thank you! (Tiffany is my favorite!) ❤

I came here and was recommended by a friend to get my lashes done by Mary. I made an appointment and that went well I was seen in time. My first set seemed to be fine at first had no issues. Went back to get a fill which took 1 1/2 hours way too long for a fill. My eyes started to burn and itch constantly. I went back again and she put a new set on me after complaining about the itching and burning. She charges me for the full set which she should not have charged me. Finally after the new set I still continued have the itching and irritability. I explained this to her that I just couldn’t wear there’s eyelashes because I was having some allergic reaction or she was using too much clue or she was not using good sterile techniques. I had the eyelashes removed and she sill charged me! After all that I ended up with pink eye!! I do not recommend this place at all!

Tiffany, My Anh, and Mary are great been going here for many years. I believe Tiffany is the owner and Mary is her sister. Always clean and they make you feel like family.

Paid $24 for a basic pedicure which took 15 MINUTES!! Waited 30 minutes past my appointment time and they forgot about my daughter. The man that works the front desk is beyond rude and totally unprofessional. Horrible customer service. Ive been going here regularly for the last year and Ill never return.

Disgustingly dirty...I had to ask the manicurist to use a new file because I questioned the sanitation. My gel manicure was not well done, particularly the cuticle. The ladies had very poor customer service skills, speaking only amongst themselves, not greeting customers, and paying attention mainly to their conversation. How they manage to survive as a business is beyond my understanding. I should if followed my intuition and left.

I was super excited to get a gel manicure, my first time coming here. My nail lady was kinda strange, she was laughing for a whole 6 minutes...and was constantly checking her phone. A customer actually asked my nail lady what she was laughing about... so annoying...not to mention she kept throwing my hands around with an attitude.By the time she polished me I was admiring my color choice and I said out loud Pretty and my nail lady screamed WHAT?I just wanted to leave at this point.... but of course I wasnt able to.. after telling me my total was $30 for just a GEL MANICURE!! They kept yelling at me because they couldnt figure out why my debit card could not be chipped or swiped on their device... Okay I dont know but I was thinking in my head maybe you should just type in my card number...but I didnt say anything more, I already felt embarrassed in front of the other customers that were watching...After passing the IPad device around from nail person to nail person finally someone typed my card number into their device... Great.....20 minutes later.... Im out of here and never coming back.

It was okay, I needed a quick pedi. The lady was very rough, had to tell her my feet are sensitive. This was the 1st time I had the lady asking me if I had cash to tip for! Yeah not coming back to this place!

It was okay for my first time. The manicurist Gina was not so nice. Her customer service is 👎. I did not get a thank you back after from leaving her a tip. Like I said her work is ok, but she was very dry. Not the kind of service Im used to getting from any other nail shop. Will I be back Im not sure, maybe for a backup but certainly a different manicurist.

I have gone here for almost 1 year now from a nail place in victoria gardens and have had the pleasure of being with Mary and My Anh. Both ladies are my favorites. I am so glad I switched over less traffic and better quality of nails. My full sets and gel pedicures last way longer and I have yet to have any lifting. When I get Gel with Mary there are never any bubbles and My Anhs hand designs are amazing. Highly Recommended!!!

When I came the first time it was great until my gel polish started peeling off & chipping within the first week. I came back got a new color and the gel began to tip again within the first week. My nail even broke because the polish was no longer on it. I was charged $36 for a pedicure which is overpriced. Im going to try again 3rd times the charm & see what happens. I hope they dont charge me to fix my nail

I went in for fill and fix chipped nail. The older lady dug in so deep to remove whole nail that skin underneath started bleeding and hurt so bad. She hurriedly put glue on it, I said no I need alcohol. She acted like she was put out and doing me a favor and did not apologize. Downhill from there. Caution advised.

First time here was 3 weeks ago. I got a pink & white full set. Mary took care of me and her work is amazing. She took her time and paid attention to every detail. Its been 3 weeks and my nails look brand new. No lifting at all!!!

Went there for the very first time and I believe her name was Dian she is in older lady she was doing my nails at first it looked ok now it was almost closing time if they didn’t want to take me they shave said come next time but they did and still taking more customers! So she was doing my nails and also worried about what the other nails stylist doing on the other person nail ugh looking back in fourth any how rushing fast she was done with me and I’m looking at my nails and there close so I get up and paid ok and left! Got to my car and realized my nails are nasty there not squad like there supposed to be and to big so when back and we’ll doors lock anyways went back first thing in the morning the lady Dian was there I explain to her that I wasn’t happy with her work and in stead of fixing the she got all up set and start of talking her language out loud and I ask for the manger and if course there never there they say won’t be-in till Saturday that his name the owner any ways two nail styles came and helped me took them both 45 minuets to fix The issue with my nails to make them square and to fix them straight because they were cricket and bulky! Personally me she is too old to be working there but more power to her to work but do something else not nails! I learn my lesson no more older people to be doing my nails! And not for get when she does your nail she also cut my skin on the side of my thumb! She didn’t offer nothing only the other nail stylist did... oh and not coming back & not recommending this place to no one!...
