Beautiful place to escape to!! Havent ever been to Rancho Cucamonga before and it was so cute!!! The lobby was beautiful and the rooms were designed modern with very cool artwork. They have ice cream and beer in the lobby for purchase (Bonus) and they have a kitchen with great wait staff (sorry I forgot to get his nane) but he was so polite! Younger gentlemen and was right on point!! We were way hungry the next morning. We are ready to come back soon!! It was about 1hr 40 min up so it wasnt a long drive, but away from the non-sense and spending time with true friends we hadnt seen in a very long time.I forgot to take pics...go to their website!! The place is adorable!
Will never recommend this hotel. Anthony at the front desk was the only helpful and friendly employee there!!! I could go on and on about my experience and all my guests (25 rooms) had negative things to say about this hotel but Anthony was great!
This Sheraton is nice still but it looks older still. Their service is top notch and they are dog/service dog friendly. I really liked staying here. I took away one star for the exuberant price and no A/C in the stairwell WTH???
Great rooms, great staff, near shops and everything else you can think of!
Great location, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast. Cleaning was a major issue during my stay. Had to make multiple requests to get my room cleaned. Carpet in stairwell was heavily soiled.
Ive stayed here multiple times now. The staff is always nice, the location is great, and the rooms are comfortable. Passed along the information to our family that is nearby, so that they can recommend here as a place to stay when they have guests.
We had a flood and were out of our home for three weeks. Four Points was the only hotel available and near Upland. This hotel is 25 years old and outdated. It worked for what we needed and took pets. The front desk is friendly and helpful.
The desk staff where all very helpful and patient I dont know the proper title for the floor staff (house keeping maybe?) The young lady on the floor was also very helpful and pleasant believe name was Raquel room very spacious and clean
The Lobby attendants were great, housekeeping was good, the room was suitable. I hated that the construction site was accross the street. If you get a room ask for a room that faces the front of the hotel.
Over priced locations is great service terrible not clean but locations is great
We reserved this hotel after a commitment was made for early check in and for regular daily cleaningWe ended up getting the room at 4::30 pm instead of 11 or even standard 3 pm.We also had to fight for room service and even after they promised they could not even do room cleaning or basic hotel services
Positive: Nothing. Negative: The whole stay was horrible. The room was dirty. The hotel staff was rude and I would not recommend anyone to stay here.
Very outstanding place to stay at! The staff is very welcoming and helpful The location is perfect since there are a lot of amazing food choices near by and it is in great walking distance to Loan Mart Field.
Pricy but very nice 👌Great space, clean and feels very spa like.
Clean, safe environment. Roomy, affordable prices.
Nice upscale hotel. No breakfast and they only clean room every three days. Masks are enforced even when your social distancing. Good quality and fair price for the area.
The room is ok. but I did have to switch rooms because one of them smelled really bad.
I had a great stay here, but there were a few things I didnt like. First, Im not sure if it was due to pandemic rules & regulations, but I saw housekeeping on our floor the day I checked in, but they had not come to my room during my 2 nights stay. Second, their lobby was under construction. It was a bit of an inconvenience, but Im not gonna hold that against them. The room was great and so was the service at the front desk. Looking forward to seeing their finished lobby next time Im in town.
Condition of the room was absolutely terrible. Will never stay at this location again.
The room itself was ok. I dont like seeing hair that doesnt belong to me on the bathroom floor. Also, there was no handsoap which seems strange to me during COVID-19 times but maybe just me. Also, the bathtub seemed to need bleach or something to whiten/brighten it up. I wore my crocs. The final thing I noticed was on the elevator. There were oily prints on the walls of the elevator and something that dripped on it toward the bottom of wall where the buttons are. I, personally, just dont like seeing stuff like that. An elevator to me should be wiped down frequently, buttons and all. I will say that the staff was very kind and attentive. The manager helped me to transfer my points and they all greeted me and my husband. I will possibly return in the near future and if I see an improvement in the aforementioned areas I will definitely write another or update my review. Thank you!
Great place to stay! Very clean, staff was very friendly. I would recommend this place and I plan on staying here again.
Cool love the hot water I have a great time hanging there my baba dog book 2 nights tomorrow I can see the universal stedios and beside the counter I saw some foods I can choose I ate white pasta noodle it was delicious and ice cream I will also bring my strawberry s’mores to understand universal stedios but the 1st night I hear a long alarm every where have the alarm for 10 minutes lucky the firefighters come save I ran in to the car wait for the firefighters go away and worked but I can’t go to the elevator the door is lock but lucky people tell me to go to the stairs I ran in to the first people said is not emergency but having a great time love it my room is 442 I finish all my diner take a look at my room
Employees of this Hotel were the best. First night had issues with A/C. Very Apologetic. Everyone was abiding to Covid protection. A+
Positive: The room was exactly what we need Negative: The pool was dirty, the water was not clean, you dont wanna go inside and take your risk
Positive: The Staff was Friendly, the room was Clean and ready. I would enjoy going back. Negative: Just under construction and in a very different location than I was expecting. I do believe I would return IF needed.
Positive: I like this hotel it¿s nice and private close to everything
Worse check in EVER in my life. I had a prepaid room. I get there....am asked for my credit card and assume it is for incidentals. My side remark gets answered with “no ..your room is not paid for.” BUT the reservation shows ‘prepaid.” Recepitionist: yes, but the card has to be physically swiped. She is NOT going to do anything to fix it because .....in the meanwhile some other employee in a marriot smock is looking on...quiet. After about 10 minutes of hassle, in which it is agreed that my host has to go thru the inconvenience of coming to the hotel for a swipe (a 40 minute journey), I get checked in. I NEVER had this nonsense happen at any hotel. Nope..will NEVER stay at this place again...IF you are doing a prepaid, make sure you ask all the necessary questions and obtain names.
Positive: Clean and convenient
Let me start off by saying staff was great. They were friendly and nice. However the hotel room was gross. They switched our room, no problem. Our next room had a broken ac. This is a pet friendly hotel. There were pets in every hall. The hotel had a stale odor and needed to be aired out. It just didn’t feel clean.
I got to tell you Im new to this whole travel thing but man I really love this motel theres all kinds of businesses and walking distance all kinds of food everything you could ever want but if youre going to get food you have to make reservations as unfortunately I found out even though there is no one in the restaurant they still want to let me in cuz I didnt have a reservation the hotel staff very friendly very nice really nice place to stay
Positive: Location is great.
I have to say by far one of the best hotel stays Ive ever had. The staff are welcoming, professional also likeable. This location has positive vibes and is maintained very well.. also I would like to say thank you to all the staff I really did enjoy my stay.
Positive: The upgraded rooms are fantastic! Negative: There was no fridge.
Friendly staff clean rooms and a nice quiet stay!
Positive: The location Negative: The hotel is under construction which is irritating. My rooms bathroom fan was on all the time - we had to keep the bathroom door closed the entire time and yet it was still loud.
Our stay was not good! The AC and Heater in the room did not work when we arrived at the hotel but we had driven 350 miles after a long day and were tired so we went to sleep anyway. When we got up in the morning the shower had NO hot water. We called down and they came and checked the room. After finding we had NO hot water they moved us to another room on a different floor only to find out there was Zero hot water in the hotel. They said it would be fix soon so we waited an hour but nothing. We called down only to find out that it would be 5 hours or so. So we packed up and checked out. Only to drive another 350 miles.NO discount was given for the problem.
Had good night 😴
The night was like a wolf @ the moon 🌃jacuzzi was sweet & the drinks weregood ac was on point & the bed was so comfy ;) 💯🥂
Awful experience here. If I could give less than a 1 star I would. The staff Rosa Nava and the general manager Stasia Williams were extremely rude. An issue came up and instead of them handling it well, they were extremely passive aggressive and rude. No customer service skills whatsoever. They are a bad representation of this hotel. On top of that the room was really dirty. We will not be coming back here again.
What is the mystery with microwaves? On our last stay here, the microwave had been removed from the room. On this stay, the microwave is present but it does not work.
For the most part it is a terrific, A+ property. Centrally located around shopping, dining, and the Auto Club speedway/ Modern, clean, and the staff were top notch. 3 reasons I gave it a 9 instead of a 10:1: only 1 washer/dryer on premises2: the grout in the bathroom tile needs to be cleaned 3: my room smelled a bit like body odor from a previous stay. I alerted the front desk several times and they immediately had it addressed with air freshener.Other than that, I would 100% stay again and recommend to anyone.
Very friendly staff! Great location
Enjoyed our stay. Hotel is located near a few shopping areas with decent restaurants making it convenient with younger kids. Staff was friendly and very professional making the front desk processes very smooth. Will stay here again if I am ever in the area again.
The room is very clean. The Front desk agent that checked us in was very nice. However we had a bad experience at the restaurant. The server was really nice but we waited for an hour for our food and I would say it wasnt that busy at that time although the server was by herself. After waiting for an hour for the food the hamburgers and fries were cold and thesteak that my daughter ordered had a funny taste so I told the server that weWouldnt eat it so she took it off the bill.
This hotel was perfect for our overnight stay. Extremely clean room, bathroom and comfortable beds. The Clock/Bluetooth speaker with USB outlet to charge my phone was very convenient. The hotel is close to all shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.
This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed here for a music festival. The staff is very accommodating and looked for a rollaway bed when we asked for it at check in. The girls in the front are very kind and outgoing! We had asked if late check out was possible and they let us know the rules and how it would be possible. Everyone guest was kind to us, we met other groups who were going to the festival and made it very nice and comforting that other guests where there for the experience. I would definitely come back and recommend to any friend!
I stayed at this hotel for a business class and test the next day. I needed to study and sleep so all could go well. The lobby was very clean and modern. The breakfast included just about everything! I didnt get down to dinner or drinks, but it looked like a good set-up. There even were two well-stocked vending machines for after-hours. There is no room service. But within a two block radius you have many restaurants and fast food choices. The staff was most gracious and professional. The room was big, clean, and convenient--especially the frig and microwave. There was good water pressure in the shower. The bed was very comfortable which made up for the pillows, which were flat upon impact. I have every faith the hotel will remedy this soon. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all.
Super clean rooms, excellent front desk service would definitely stay here again!!
Easy access to the hotel. Everything is great except the bathroom doors need to be real doors with locking handles instead of a sliding closet door that cant lock. Curtains need to be able to close. I notice few stains on the the bed sheets but no bug bite. Still a great hotel and I will recommend it.
Let me start saying that the staff was very friendly and very helpful to accommodate our needs. However, we change rooms twice, first room AC was working, 2nd room had strong smell of weed. We finally decided to keep the 3rd one because A/C was good although the smell of weed was also present but not as strong as the first one. Its an older hotel that needs some renovation soon. There are places to eat around and not too far. The checkout was easy. In the evening we realized we forgot to pack our toothbrush charger and contacted them and they gave a website where we can report the lost item. We call back again the next day to check if they found the charger, and the answer was no. That charger was never found nor reported, which is odd, because we are pretty sure we left it there. In the other hand when we opened the trunk to unload our luggage the smell of weed was super strong! Had to let our luggage 1-2 days outside to let the smell go. Overall I would not recommend to stay here.
Free parking at hotel. Staff at check-in accommodating and very pleasant. Up-graded our room before we got there. So surprised and room was huge. There for a class. Room was more than big enough. Comfortable. Food was great! AV needed louder sound for one video. But other than that, I was very happy. Room prices very reasonable. Lobby beautiful. Staph at breakfast in restaurant couldnt do enough for us. This is second time I have stayed here and I would again if I need to.
My overall stay was good. However, the Housekeeping department can improve. I stayed in this hotel two days. Upon my arrival after a long day I noticed that only one bed was made correctly, the trash was not emptied and the bathroom was dirty! All they did was provide clean towels (thank you!) but the floor, toilet, sink, mirror and tub was not clean at all! I called the front desk and the woman who answered was nice and heard what I had to say. She sent the Houseman (woman) up and she took care of the bathroom. Even though I booked the room with an employee rate, this does not mean I should get treated any different! Something to keep in mind for future guest. Take care of ALL your guest and ensure the Housekeeper Supervisor is REALLY checking the rooms to ensure they are clean before flipping then to ready. Other than that, it was a good stay. Thanks.
Nice and clean place.
Not worth the money!!!No ! Nothing. No coffeemakerNo working ice makerNo microwaveNot enough towelsNo ironing boardBut has a ironGreat staff !
Looks amazing from the outside, but on the inside not so much. To be fair it could be because of the Covid situation, but when you dont have hand soap in the room you just paid for that excuse falls null. The room had damage all over it. In face there was am outlet with exposed wiring. I also noted that the bathroom door had old damage to it amd looked like a dog went to town scratching at the door.I also found that the TV and the refrigerator were probable over a decade old and sounded that way to. People pay more for hotel like this for a nicer stay instead of a motel 6 for nicer amenities. Sadly this was not the case.
Pleasant staff, large lobby area, small restaurant/bar. Tried their brown rice and quinoa dish, which was very tasty. The not so great was no morning newspaper available. For most folks this probably isnt an issue, but for those of us who like to sleep in a cooler room its not going to happen. The coolest you can set your temp is 70 and for me that is too warm to get a good nights rest. Not going to be good for a business trip. Oh well.
This place is nicely located. There is a shopping center nearby where you can find anything you need. As well as a verity of restaurants. This hotel is in a very convenient location being only 14 minutes away from the Ontario Airport. Another nice thing about the hotel is the beautiful mountain behind it. The staff that I have dealt with are very very nice and out going. The rooms are clean. Although in the room that I got the curtain does have a stain. Even though I dont have any reason to touch it, seeing it is quite awkward.
The comfort and service at this facility are top-notch. Kat at the front desk is to be commended for her exceptional warm and personable service. My firm books my Stays at the Four Points in Rancho quite frequently. Kat always remembers me and greets me by my name. Kat already has the best room assigned for my stay before I walk into the hotel. Check-in is quick and easy, and Kats smile and cheerfulness are welcome--especially after 12 to 18 hour plane flights! I have stayed at many hotels throughout my travels and had the pleasure of interacting with some really great Staff--but Kat always stands out among the Best of the Best. Thanks, Kat!
Positive: The staff was very professional and the pool was open. Staff always met my needs
We stayed with our 2 tiny dogs while our home was being renovated. We were treated very well by the staff, our room was comfortable, the food offered was delicious, and we felt right at home!
Furniture and overall decor was far below expectation. Ironically even with the A/C working there was still a muggy and humid in the room. The floor and carpet were disgusting, and I would recommend wearing shoes at ALL Times. Even though we were there for an event, we were never told about the free breakfast that was offered and missed it every day. However, on the plus side the staff was very helpful and friendly. Hospitable, approachable and great with kids. Honestly for the price and area I expected much more from this place.
My first nights in Rancho Cucamonga! I have this hotel in my heart and always keep it there. The staff was very helpful and understanding. We had to extend our stay ad our home was not ready, and we always received support to stay in the same room.Breakfast is my favorite time if the day and the hotel offer a nice option. The hallways have a nice perfume and the lobby has 2 computers that i could use. Rooms spacious, clean and comfortable beds.
This hotel is in a nice location adjacent to Victoria Gardens and several places to eat and shop. The hotel also had what appeared to be some of the highest ratings and reviews compared to other nearby hotels. This is why I chose to book this place. The staff were great and our room was in good shape and met the criteria we requested when we booked through their site. Now here comes the reasons for the two stars...Our bed was very uncomfortable. My wife and were unable to get sufficient sleep. The bed was lumpy and felt well used and definitely needs to be replaced.Another issue is that there were several guests throughout the night that were coming and going that were extremely loud to the point where it would wake us up and startle our newborn awake. Any parent knows how frustrating and tedious it is to put a startled baby back to sleep in a reasonable amount of time. There were also loud pets that would be continuously barking loudly which contributed to the noise overnight and very early in the morning. A few guests were even observed out front in the parking lot yelling and having inappropriate conversations, verbally arguing with each other, and bragging about being paroled and drinking on the premises while leaning on other guests’ cars in broad daylight. Hotel staff failed to address this mad if went on for about 30 mins in the early morning as well.Lastly, and this is not a controllable variable by the hotel, but the hotel is located right on Foothill Blvd (Route 66) so there is a lot of traffic and the cars can get very noisy due to modified exhausts or peeling out at a light. We will definitely not be returning to this hotel.
Amazing room
Best customer service I’ve ever seen at a hotel! They had great food options. Their pillows were beyond comfortable and their beds. Clean and worth staying at!
This hotel was absolutely great hotel in the area. Clean and wide room with a very comfy beds. Full of amenities offer and good service. It was an unforgettable stay here with my love one and worth to checked in again. Good place and area.
Comfortable beds and friendly staff. Stayed here while passing through town. The airport shuttle driver was courteous and on time. I’d stay here again.
It was terrible. No coffee in the roomNo towels in the room.
Do not waste your time and money on the Four Points by Sheraton Rancho Cucamonga. As a long time Starwood member, I rely on the Starwood network of hotels for reliable customer service, cleanliness, and convenience. When looking for a hotel in Rancho Cucamonga for a couple of friends and I to stay for a wedding celebration, I quickly booked two rooms using points at the Four Points because of the Starwood service I know and love. One day prior to check-in, I had a family emergency and was going to be unable to attend the event, but the rest of my friends were still attending. I called the Four Points to confirm my reservation, two rooms, and add my friends names to the reservation. I was told that the two rooms were reserved and the reservation had been switched to a friends name, no issue. When my friends arrived at check-in, they were only able to access one room because, as it turns out, the employee had only switched one room my friends name. While dealing with a family emergency, I spent my time on the phone with the Four Points staff trying to get the second room switched. I was again told that this would be done easily without issue. The next morning while my friends were asleep they were awoken by a group of guests entering their room, the hotel staff had issued a key to their room to new guests. They spent their morning proving to these guests that this was in fact their room. Upon check-out, my friends were told that one of their rooms had actually been cancelled in the middle of the day and they would be charged full price for their stay, despite my months in advance reservation using full points and day prior confirmation of two rooms. After hearing about this, I immediately called the assistant manager, Brian Gonzalez, to clarify. I had not cancelled the room and had confirmed two rooms prior to check-in. According to Brian, Marriott had cancelled my room when they saw a name change on the reservation and to keep the reservation, I would have had to call Marriott and transfer my points to my friends account. I was NEVER told this when I asked to change the name on the reservation, and Brian freely admitted that his staff made an exception without notifying me, knowing that this would likely cause Marriott to cancel my reservation. Brian admitted that his staff had made a mistake with my reservation and should have followed the protocol to change the reservation directly through Marriott. No action was taken to rectify this mistake by Brian or any hotel staff, and we were still charged for the room. After spending hours dealing with this and no resolution, I will definitely NOT be staying at this location ever again. I expect more from a Starwood hotel and am deeply disappointed by this situation. I will reconsider staying at a Starwood hotel in the future, this poor customer service is absolutely unacceptable. If you are considering staying at this location, look elsewhere.
I only come here for the bar. I really like the food and the relaxed feel of the place. I have to say my favourite bartender is Tiffany. Shes so cute and is always talking about her upcoming wedding which makes for some fun and interesting conversation. There is never a dull moment when she is around. There was also another guy there, I forgot his name, but he is a big history buff and has great stories!I recommend this bar at the Four Points for a relaxed time away from the chaos that surrounds other bars.
My wife and I stayed here eight days while our house was being renovated. I travel extensively and was very happy with this property. They are pet friendly so I was able to bring our two little dogs, close to Victoria Gardens for restaurants, ample parking and close freeway access. The facilities were clean and modern, staff friendly and helpful., I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in the Rancho Cucamonga area.
Superior guest service; a spotless, comfortable room; and close proximity to local shopping and restaurants: I could not ask for anything more in a business hotel. The Front Desk responded graciously and promptly to several requests. I felt that the staff performed as a truly dedicated team--every member pulling together with equal dedication. And on two occasions I was asked if there was any way my stay could be enhanced. I could offer no suggestion for improvement. My room was spotless and spacious; the bed was exceptionally comfortable; and the bathtub bordered on a deep-soaking version. For my bad back, the tub alone was worth the stay. (It is most difficult to find tubs that are more than catch basins for showers nowadays, unless one pay a luxury hotel price.). The A/C was wall-mounted but quiet, very quiet, like the room itself. For my needs--work, dining choices, etc.--the location could not be beat. So for me, the value I received for the price I paid was exceptional. I can recommend this hotel in a heartbeat.
We needed to stay overnight on Mothers Day weekend. Our bed was very comfortable and clean. We especially liked the light weight bedding. The updated bathroom was clean, well stocked and nicely organized. We slept well and will likely return to this hotel!
As an SPG Gold member I am Critical of the hotels when I stay at them. And we were very satisfied with the stay as a whole. The staff was friendly and prompt and greeted us as soon as we walked into the lobby, as well as thanked us for being members. The rooms were very clean and the beds were described as marshmallows by myself and the other guests in the two rooms we had. Satisfied with the gym as well. Extremely close to shopping and lots of great food venues. Definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
Overall stay was a good value for the price. The heat & air was very difficult to regulate. This location is in close proximity to a large number of restaurants including upscale and fast food. Great shopping within walking distance as well as many of the eateries.
Worse hotel on the planet, bedbugs bite me up.
Clean place. Friendly Front Desk Staff. Good breakfast for a good price.
3rd floor room was great with double beds and a shower and tub. The room a few doors down smelled very strongly of smoke. House keeping were excellent at cleaning our mess. The desk personnel were super kind and helpful. Parking is a little limited as you may have to park around the entire building. The beds were supportive without being hard. The pillows are super fluffy but you may need a couple of them.
The first room I was assigned was an upgraded room that had an old, stained, smelly orange couch in it. The room not only didnt smell fresh, it had an unpleasant odor. I went back to the front desk and she gave me a key to another upgraded room to check. It didnt smell bad it just didnt smell fresh and clean and it also had an old couch in it. I went back to the front desk and requested a basic room that did NOT have a couch in it. I ended up moving to that room. Some of the Marriott brands have smart TVs with HBOGo, etc. This hotel does not offer this. The selection of TV channels was very limited. So, on a multi-night stay this was very disappointing. Breakfast was acceptable. I liked the area the hotel was in as there were quite a few restaurants in the area and there were nice parks nearby to get a long walk in.
Nice exterior side of this resort close to several restaurants in a good location near I-15 and on Foothill Blvd (not far from Ontario Mills Mall within short driving distance. In comparison with other 4 Points by Sheraton resorts we have stayed an d enjoyed very much in the past in MD, WA and RI, I would like significant improvements at this resort - better dinner selections, breakfast meal selection offers rather than having expensive big breakfast buffet for all guests and firm mattresses with mix of cotton and other material sheets rather than 100% cotton and better staff services (i.e., they did not deliver extra floor lamp and extra table lamp that we requested at their counter). Bathroom is excellent and very well lighted and the room is very clean. Once above issues are resolved, we would be happy to give them higher ratings. Thank you

Nice rooms, clean and quiet. Staff was okay, wouldnt let me have a late check-out. Woke up late and called front desk to get an additional 30 minutes, but was denied. First time thats ever happened. So I had to rush to get my things together and get out of the room. Other than that it was a pleasant stay, lots of shopping in the area. Great for a place to rest on the way back from Vegas. Freeway accessible
Keeps a clean environmentGood place to get away.
I’ve stayed at the RC Four Points many times. Part of the reason I choose it over other options is the polite and friendly staff. All my interactions with the hotel staff have been good, but I’d like to commend desk clerk Lauren. I actually find myself smiling when I see her at the desk when I walk in the doors. She is professional and warm and demonstrates a sincere “guest service” attitude. Her welcome always gives my stay a good start. I retired in July as Human Resources executive, so by nature I tune into employees and the image they present of their employer. In my opinion Lauren is an asset to the hotel and to a degree the Sheraton group of hotels.
Very dirty. Rugs are nasty. Would not stay again
Helpful and friendly staff. Sabrina was at the front desk throughout our stay and could not have been more helpful.Nice room: clean and quiet. The bed was incredibly comfortable.Entire hotel was inviting.Nice fitness room.We enjoyed our stay here.
This room design is awful. There is 1) no closet and 2) no bathroom privacy. When I went to unpack our things, I could not find a closet. It turns out the only closet in the room is a cabinet -- a very small one. Inside of this cabinet is an ironing board that takes up most of the space where clothes are supposed to be hung. So I took it and the hangers out so our clothes could fit. Fortunately, we were there for just two nights -- clothes for a stay any longer would be impossible to fit. As far as the bathroom set-up, what a horrible door. Its a loose hanging door with rollers on the top and no guide on the bottom. When its rolled shut, there is about a two inch gap from the door to the wall so there is NO PRIVACY when taking a shower or going to the bathroom. The room was obviously not well maintained. The couch was dingy, but not too bad. The chair, however, was quite dirty. The stains on it were so disgusting we didnt use it. Also, the carpet was COVERED IN STAINS. From the entrance all across the floor there were terrible stains everywhere. I also think the housekeeping was lacking since Im sure the floor wasnt getting vacuumed. When we got to the room there were some noticeable pieces of lint on the floor that stayed until we checked out. Also, the shower curtain smelled very musty. I didnt see any mildew, but it sure didnt smell clean. There are few positive things. The hotel is in a great location and the staff all seemed nice. And a real plus is the free water bottles in the room. I also liked the nice sized refrigerator which actually holds a lot of items. Sadly, though, the positives are not enough to make up for the negatives. This was my first stay at a Four Points, and based on this experience, I would never choose a Four Points hotel again. Ive stayed at different Sheratons several times and am always happy with my stay. I cannot believe this is a Sheraton property; it is definitely held to a different standard.
Really Great High End Hotel Feel With A Lois End Hotel Price. On The Heart Of The Inland Empire. Walking Distance To Great Shopping Dining And businesses!! Right Off two Major Highways, without that feel, so its easy to get where you need to go. Or Not 😊
Stayed in the handicap accessible room 133. The room was very comfortable with ample space for the wheelchair. The window has a non-obvious shade for privacy. This was only found after considerable trouble trying to close the drapes. We had dinner in the restaurant. It was okay. Although the taste was good my steak was too tough to enjoy. Shower had a big problem with putting water out on the floor causing a bad safety issue. Remember this is a handicap accessible room. Very bad if your person uses a walker. My wife uses a wheelchair and I walked around on towels for safety.
Great place to stay. Amenities are good, not great. Youll have to pay for breakfast, but they do offer free coffee and hot water for teas. Pool/jacuzzi area is small, but comfortable. Service from staff was tremendously amazing.
The location of the hotel was great. The hotel looks nice from the outside but the rooms are outdated. There definitely needs to be updates to the hotel from the interior. They also need friendlier staff because they staff seems like they don’t care. Also showers need to be cleaner.
Standard double room has no table. And apparently the bar is its own establishment and doesntallow outside food, even if you are drinking one of their cocktails. We had to move to the lobby.
Ehhh... It was ight
Poor. Given the name, I expected good maintenance of property. A well stocked welcome table. A clean check in drive way.
Love this spot close to everything
I recently stayed at the 4 Points Rancho Cucamonga for three nights while on vacation in the area. I would say that this property is the best in the Ontario area. The Airport Sheraton is in desperate need of refreshing and renovation. The location near Victoria Gardens is what makes this property great. You can easily walk to so many bars and restaurants. I noticed that upon booking the three nights that the hotel has suites, which I thought unusual for a 4 points. Since I was traveling with my family, I decided to use suite nights for my stay. Unfortuanately they were booked up so I didnt get the suite. The room was large with a king size bed and couch. The bathroom was clean and only had a shower. No tub. Breakfast was decent, which I used as my platinum amenity. Made to order eggs werent advertised but are available. So if you want something besides the scrambled provided, just ask. The night was mostly quiet except for the Quakes minor league baseball stadium is close by. You will occasionally hear the announcer, crowd and fireworks. Overall it was a nice stay in a great location with a decent breakfast, especially for a 4 Points Sheraton.
Our 1-night stay was everything we needed and the rooms were comfortable, clean, with good bed. Our age range is 56-74 and none of us could talk and hear comfortably in the lobby due to the loud music. In all fairness we did not expect to be there long so did not ask for a volume adjustment. Staff were very polite and nice and probably would have accommodated.
