Horrible experience. Came to pick up a uhaul to move some couches less than 15 miles round trip. The lock wouldnt open to get the key for the truck so we were given another truck to take. We did what we had to do in a little more than an hour and tried to return the truck. Thats when the fun began. Since it was after hours we had to complete the return online. When it came to inputting the mileage it wouldnt accept it. So after spending 2 hours on hold it finally got cleared up

AVOID THIS PLACE! Scammers! We pre-paid 3 years of mail box service in January. Now they are saying they never got payment.
