If I could give this company a -50, I would!!!! One star is far too much. Ive been hiring maids from this company approximately 5 times in the last year and a half. Yesterday was the absolute WORST experience Ive ever had in my life, with any cleaning company. Hired a woman named Hope. Requested a DEEP cleaning (the kind you get before moving into a house) with special attention to shutters, ceiling fans and baseboards. Requested the only thing that did not need to be touched was inside cabinets and drawers. They said the minimum was 4 hours and I gladly accepted that because my house is approx. 2500 sq feet. I was in and out all day while Hope was cleaning the house and noticed every time I looked, it looked as if she had barely done anything. At the end of the job, I went and checked the house. Baseboards were extremely dusty, the top of the ceiling fans were not touched, ALL counters were untouched, showers were untouched, basically, the only thing it looked like she did was vacuum. And even that was questionable. So I call the company 10 minutes after they had closed and left a message stating my outrage and asking for management to return my call, and 10 minutes later I receive a call from Hope herself, yelling at me. She accused my husband of lying to me when he said what he requested, although I have the confirmation email I received from them detailing what needed to be done. She then proceeding to BLAME me for taking time away from her other job to call me. I asked her to have management call me AGAIN, and its been over 19 hours that Ive received a call back.
