They were very polite and professional. We had asked to remove only a couple of items at the original phone call. When they arrived I had asked if they could add a few more items and they obliged. It did cost more money, as I had expected, but for what I paid it was worth them taking 4 reclining chairs, a 3 piece sectional couch, a book shelf and 2 metal bed frames. The price was reasonable. I appreciate you very much!! Definitely will be calling again if I need to.
