Moses did an amazing job refinishing the floors in our 20,000 square foot facility. His price was very competitive, and he came out and did free samples of floor stains to show us all our options.He was extremely flexible working alongside with our painters and handymen to allow us to move into the new building as quickly as possible. He was super accommodating about our schedule and is even coming back out to finish burnishing the floors once we finish moving in early next year.

I have no words for my experience with Diamond Rock. I called Moses Tuesday around 2 pm for a quote he was there 20 mins later gave me a quote told me my options and the next day his team was out there at 7 am just like he promised ready to work. My floors look amazing! I am so thankful for the amazing and professional job they did !

My sorry cement floor now looks like a diamond! Guys were on time and finished on schedule. This kind of floor helps with renting the loft space and its what everyone wants these days. Diamond Rock and Moses and the crew make it affordable.

I recently had Diamond Rock refinish and polish 3 commercial buildings for me and the experience couldnt have been any easier. Moises and his team were very professional and the results were exactly as I had hoped. All 3 buildings look great, and I will definitely be using them for my other buildings in the future.

Moises, and Nancy own a wonderful company. They stand true to their word. I’ve had them do multiple warehouses for me over the years. The most recent warehouse of 70,000 sqft was done promptly and efficiently . Moises is very professional and displays common courtesy that is hard to find in the construction world. I’m glad I chose them and I’ll continue to chose them. A big thank you to Moises, Nancy, and their foreman Marcos!!

Diamond rock is WORST company EVER . I have never given a bad review online, however the treatment I received justifies. Initially calling to get someone out took weeks and then Moses reschedule numerous times, no show on the second appointment, excuses about not having enough workers, On scheduling day which was about three weeks later he called to push me back yet again two more days, after being rescheduled multiple already. As a licensed general contractor I thoroughly explained my current floor condition and materials used and what would be required to remove it. Moses was too lazy to do a job walk prior to scheduling and said his company could handle any project. Living at the beach I have bikes, scooters, washer dryer, and multiple toys hanging in my garage. It took an entire moving truck and crew to remove everything having it prepped and ready for them. Once again a no-show, when I called Moses said “oh sorry will be out there in a couple of days.” Finally when he does show up, he tells me he “can’t do the job,” acted surprised I had a prior epoxy floor which I completely explained multiple times. States I can’t have that type of floor anyway, do to my location living at the beach and moisture issues. Moses goes on to say don’t have the proper tools to remove existing floor. Moses had my address all along! Clearly I live at the beach! This company has cost me not only time but money removing everything from my garage and storage. My entire garage is currently packed up and put it in storage!! NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY! They will thoroughly frustrate you and waste your time!

We had over 80,000 sf ft of concrete polish floor done by Diamond and recomend to seek their consultation before the job. I thank Moses for especial care they ve provide for us. Best wishes for DIAMOND ROCK.
