The lack of professionalism from the Office Manager is just wow! I cant even get upset with the remaining staff, because the management sets the standard. Trust me, that standard is LOW!!! (She used a conversation she had with my therapist against me...yeah, that low!!!)Incredible how the SB County Jury Administration staff is much more accommodating, comforting and courteous than a Mental Health Office staff (including my assigned Therapist, Im really disappointed in her, I really thought she was better than this)...In closing, everything seemed okay until you TRULY need them. Outside of your billed sessions, they treat you like trash on the street...

This facility has given new meaning of Life to my son. Arthur is exceptional and cares for his patients. If you find things arent compatible, they will guide you to someone who is. My son always is eager to come here.

I was unfortunately referred over to this office by Kaiser Permanente due to my difficult work schedule, it was my first time seeking counseling and I don’t think anyone’s first experience should be as bad as mine. I was seen by therapist Selena, she was extremely unprofessional throughout the entire visit via zoom. For starters, she was 10 minutes late, not a big deal, however when scheduling this appointment they really emphasized the importance of being in the call on time, furthermore, she stated this was going to be more of an evaluation in her words “ because Kaiser needed it, and we needed to make sure we get paid”... As if that wasn’t bad enough, I was asked why I reached out for help, I explained my situation, and I also expressed how although I felt the way I did, my situation was bettering as I had my family supporting me a lot more than before, and she just straight out asked me ”then what are you doing here today” I was already fed up with her responses at this point and I asked her with her responses it seems as if she believes I don’t need help, to which she responded with “oh no, you need help”... to make matters worse, throughout the visit via zoom, there were noises of videos playing in the background as well as children talking, how am I suppose to express my feelings and my problems, when there’s others around that I never consented to ?!? but even then, I still continued with the visit, I mean then again everyone’s staying at home right now, so I just once again ignored this as well. Towards the end of the visit, I guess she was asking questions to make sure I am coherent... she asked what was her name, to which I responded with her first name being Selena, ( must I mention when I called the office with questions; they would also refer to her as Selena) she laughed and said “ yes that is my name, but it is Doctor ***** to you. Like okay, you went throughout the visit, speaking unprofessionally however she wants to be addressed professionally? Luckily, by that time the visit with her was done, it’s been 2 weeks now and nobody has contacted me to schedule another visit with “all my problems” according to her. This place is a joke, don’t waste your time or from what I’ve read on here your copays here.
