This place is amazing. First of all, the prices are great and I know that I am not getting ripped off when I go here. Second, the customer service is awesome. Both times that I have come here have been last minute just before closing and he is still always willing to fix my stuff. 10/10 would recommend!!!!!

Aaron was such a help! He was able to have me make a same day appointment & fixed my iPhone in under 30 minutes. Along with including a warranty if anything were to go wrong. Attached is a before and after of what my phone looked like. Will be sure to go here if anything were to go wrong again.

Took my phone in to get a battery replaced. That was the only problem with the phone. When i picked it up it now has dead pixels and an unresponsive screen. These Shysters wouldnt not fix their error, and also refused any refund, partial or full. However they were more than willing to have me pay more money to fix what they broke. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Just went here today to get an iPhone screen and front camera fixed. Valentino definitely knows what hes doing and was able to repair the phone in a jiffy. The cost to repair was a bit steep; but we appreciated the professionalism, expertise and efficiency in resolving the issues.

Showed up unannounced. Really needed a battery replacement badly because I just had left a career fair! This battery of mine was dying even when I turned my iPhone 6 off! So I met Aaron he showed me what he could do for a price & time I figured was cheaper & shorter than the local Apple store. So he took about 5-7 minutes and my iPhone 6 was revived! Went in months ago and had my iPhone 6 screen replaced within the hour. Highly recommend him for his service and positive attitude. Even when Apple wouldnt look at my phone he had no problem fixing it

Came into their store, paid up front for my Samsung S7. They said they need to order the part and it could take up to a week to finish it. After a week the phone was not fixed, the wrong parts were ordered, I came back multiple times to pick it up, but they havent touched it.. after two and a half weeks from when i first came in, only the back was fixed and i asked for my $$ back or a compensation and was handed my still damaged phone the screen (uninstalled) and asked to leave. I would never go here. Or recommend to anyone.

The place might be small, but their service was fast and convenient. Took my iPhone 5 for a screen replacement. He said it will take 45min, came back an hour later and it look all new and ready to go.

This place fixed by cracked iPhone screen but after 3 months, my home button and speakers stopped working. The technician said it might be because the person here messed up some external hardware while fixing my screen. :(

I called Saturday to get a quote to get my iphone 6sPlus repaired he told me a price. I asked if he was open the next day Sunday, He said yes so I went at 1:15 P.M. they open at 1 P.M. nobody was there. i called the number and he simply said they were closed today, I should have read the reviews because apparently this happens here from time to time. His loss because i and another guy who had his phone fixed there previously had come for a new repair as well so he lost 2 customers that day, we both went up the street to the place on Foothill and they helped up both.

After having my screen replaced it stopped working went back on a Friday during business hours nobodys there and the door is locked. Not a good way to do business

When in to get the glass on iPad air replaced. They told me they dont do iPad airs, even though it said they do on their website for 149. Thanks for wasting my time.
