Great service, the staff was very courteous and patient. Planned on getting one piercing, but because of their starter kit, I got the pair. They have a decent collection of studs for the initial piercing but obviously not the place it you are looking to buy precious metal accessories.The piercing is free as youll pay for the starter kit - comes with the piercing stud and a cleansing liquid.

Made an appointment at the Victoria Garden location to pierce my daughters ears for the 1st time, the previous reviews are so true. Girls working there are not pleasant. My daughter was excited to pierce her ears for her birthday and the employees had a bad attitude and just talked to each other while we waited in an empty store. We left and had a way better experience at the Ontario Mills location.

Really poor customer service their logic of having 2 lines for ear piercing and shopping line. Have people go in for ear piercing first even when we where in line for 20 mins.

The store was kept clean and organized. Not offering ear piercings at the time. Sometimes Claires stores can seem disorganized and u kept. This store was very neat and tidy. There was an employee straightening and cleaning and checking in on customers. Definitely one of my better Claires visits.

Crystal left my ear pierced uneven very unhappy!!! 40 dollars for me to get them re pierced somewhere else!!!!!!

The girls that work here are all incredibly nice and super helpful. I used to think that they only carried stuff for little girls but theres so much good stuff here. Theres so much variety that it makes it hard to walk out with just one thing. Good thing theres always a great deal on a lot of their stuff!

We took our daughter there for her birthday. My daughters love shopping there. It was late and the store was closing in 15 minutes. Mia, the attendant, was busy. It appeared she was there by herself. She was attending some kids at the register and asked if we were going to shop if not we can get out. She’s smirk so I figure she was joking albeit it was an inappropriate way to jest. I dismissed it at first because I took it as a joke. She was still attending the same kids as the boy was getting his ears pierced. It appeared to me that she was going to attend them for some time so I asked her if she can ring us up. The kids were looking in the mirror and pondering. She was just standing there so I thought she has time to ring us up and get back to them. Her reply was shocking and surprising. She said, “you can wait.” I was shocked to get that reply. I’ve never gotten that reply at Claire’s. The workers there always appeared to like their job and are friendly with the customers. I realized Mia has a terse personality and is a rude person. I wanted to leave. I figured it wasn’t worth shopping there any longer but my ten year old looked forward to shopping there all day for her birthday. I decided her joy was worth more that Mia’s rude behavior. I did let my wife know we weren’t shopping there any longer. It’s a shame. My girls really love Claire’s.

I took my son to get his ears pierced this past Saturday and the lady who did it ( so sorry her name escapes me) was so informative, friendly and funny! It made the experience pleasant and memorable. I also loved all the variety of accessories, I definitely be back.

Despite all my efforts this was the only place close by that pierces ears of all age. I have had bad experiences with the whole Claires earpiercing before. Its been some time so I thought maybe things would have changed. Took my 9 month old daughter and boy am I so disappointed. They did a double with the gun so both ears at the same time. The second girl to help totally messed my daughters right ear up. If it was off by a little it wouldve been fine but no the back is literally off to the side. So upset, and 80 bucks and my daughters first piercings shouldve been nothing less than perfect. Especially with the line of babies and girls ahead and after us Our experience was ruined. So in 2 days i have to take it out let it heal and come back.. wont be going back.. Ill keep searching for a tattoo parlor.

I’m giving this review a one star because whenever me and my niece came in here to get a USB for her phone it makes glitches and after you use it for about only 9 times it automatically stops working.
