Order emblems from this company, not came. They dont answer the phone, they dont respond to emails, or text messages. Just completely lost my money here DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They are terrible. I received 2 emblems and they did not fit my vehicle and came damaged. They would not fit at all. They told me to bend the emblems. They will not give me a refund. Terrible company terrible terrible. First time in my life I have been deceived. Listen to me please do not order anything from this fraud company.

Terrible customer service. Purchased 2 emblems and some tools to remove the old ones. One emblem arrived with minor scratches/dents, and the removal tools didnt arrive at all. After 2 weeks of waiting for email responses (do not expect prompt after-sales service) they have refunded the cost of the tools missing from the order but refuse to replace or partially-refund the damaged emblem. All this was (finally) said to me in blunt one line responses, whilst more or less accusing me of lying about the missing items.

Terrible company, I bought several emblems for my 2020 hyundai tucson 2 weeks ago and at the moment I have not received anything. The tracking number says they created it but when I go to usps it tells me they created a tag but they havent sent it yet. I call the number they provided several times and an answering machine comes out, which nobody answers and they dont call you back. I sent several emails to be aware and they have never responded. I am going to claim the bank for a refund as this company is a fraud.
