God forbid you give them the model # and Serial # AND asset number off one of their dispenser machines to try to get a part. Why even have that tag on there if it is useless ?

Very rude guy working at the check in gate. He is blind, cant read properly. So when you check in, please make sure you help him out. Also, once you get checked in. you cant go out to eat at nearby Cafe, right next door. The guy said its because of company policy, did not make any sense to me. And, Well they took 2 hours to unload.

What a waste. I been calling coke to serve my convenience store and been calling them for over a year and all i am getting is run around.Customer Service been emailing to the local rep and getting no response. What a shame. They want you to call for order on 800 number and prices are like tripple than regular cash & carry. Pepsi guys came same week and help me set up the store. Really disappointed with coke company. May be someone will be able to help me after reading the review.
