My.MIL recently passed, but two weeks before she did, she had a medical event that left her bedroom, hall, and portions of the front room of her condo covered in every bodily fluid you could think of, including blood. Silver had Chris and his team at her condo in 20 minutes, and everything taken care of within hours. We could not be more grateful. Chris and his team did an incredible job, all during an incredibly difficult time. Thank you so much.

After one of my neighbors was found deceased within his home, Afternath was called. To say that everyone from the phone to the crew were wonderful is not sufficient. They were sympathetic, patiently explained everything they would do until his sister could comprehend what would be done. Polite, respectful of the contents within, explained between treatments what had been done, would be done and remained. From Silver on the phone to Sydney and her crew they were positively wonderful . I pray I never need them again, but if you do.... I highly recommend their services. The team that came to give us a quote was wonderful. Manny the supervisor communicated with us via phone when they arrived and they got here earlier than expected. The techs Sonny and Breana were very nice. Overall a great customer service experience.

I reside in MN and my aunt passed away in her home in CA. Being in MN has made it very difficult to get things in order as she passed in her home. I am working with Mathew Russo, and he has been such a delight to work with and has gone above and beyond to remain in contact with me in Minnesota as we are in the midst of my departure to California. I trust Mathew and I appreciate his efficiency and replying in a very timely manner when my family and I have questions. I live in Tarzana, CA and called Aftermath to inform them of an unexpected death in my apartment and said that I was wrangling with the apartment owners over who would pay. They called me back to check on me a couple of weeks later, whereupon I informed them that I lost that battle, so Id be paying. I set up a weekend date. Manny & Breana showed up to do the cleaning/removal and they were the consummate professionals. They arrived when they said they would; told me about various different services and the price tiers they offered before performing any work; and had the human touch with regards to offering condolences. Id recommend Aftermath in general and Manny/Breana in particular for any similar service. They were excellent.

We recently took control over a property that was in very bad condition. The owner of the home had passed away in the bathroom and lay there for weeks before Sheriffs Deputies discovered her. Her bodily fluids contaminated the entire bathroom even seeping into the bottom of the drywall. The rest of the house was filled with mountains of clutter. One could barely walk from room to room. The hallway had so much clutter that three of the bedrooms could not even be accessed. The property appeared as it should be condemned and knocked down. However we discovered Aftermath Services and worked with Mark Livorsi. Mark was beyond helpful in the initial process and even got a full crew up to the residence on 40 minutes notice. The crew, headed up by Sonny Oropeza, were probably the most professional and empathetic group I have ever worked with. Kind and very helpful all the way to the end.The job lasted about a week and was an done very extensively by Sonny and crew. They sorted through the endless piles of hoarded materials (papers, furniture, decor, electronics, collectibles, dirt, etc.) and decontaminated the materials. The threw out the garbage and neatly sorted all the goods and valuables (some valuables were gold and cash to show the honesty and integrity of Sonny and his crew) that the owners family members were allowed to rummage through, including documentation to settle all the departeds financial matters. The crew also removed the carpet in the home and very neatly gutted the bathroom where the departed had passed. They scrubbed down walls with cleaner and set up bio filters to clean the air and rid of the strong odors.This job simply could not have been done by myself and helpers, nor would it had only been one week had we somehow been able to do it. It would have gone on for months and we still would have contamination.At the conclusion of the job, Sonny provided us certifications and documentation giving the home a clean bill of health to provide to any potential incoming buyers of the residence. Again I cannot state the importance of Aftermath Services and their expertise in such matters. If you have a biohazard or hoarding type of cleanup, or anything in-between, go to Aftermath Services.
