The most professional, friendly and polite service I have had. They took the time to explain everything as needed step by step and kept us informed as the progress of our service was being completed. After the work was completed they verified and showed us what was done and checked that the service was completed correctly. I will bring all my technical needs to this location in the future as needed. Thank you to all the wonderful people at this location.

I dropped off my software for the techs to reinstall on my computer.I had been having some issues with my computer and I took it in for a tuneup. It ended up needing a bit more work and they had to do a factory reset or something like that.Im glad we pay for the service yearly, so were able to get the maintenance taken care of and it is much more manageable than paying out of pocket.

I have used Geek Squad for many years in different locations. Problems that were easily solved were dealt with quickly. With more complex problems I was called and informed of progress frequently. With really big problems I have had managers step in and replace the product. I have bought 2 desktops, 2 laptops and 3 phones and used Geek Squad for all.

My service appointment took wait time even though I had an appointment but the service was done very well, thoroughly and in a friendly fashion.

Fast same day service! Don’t go to the Apple Store for your phone needs, it will take you a month!
