This place is so unprofessional my partner only worked with the agency for a month and they never sent the w2. We’ve been calling almost everyday for a month and they just keep saying youre on a list, you’re on a list for payroll to send it to u. Like it’s not that hard !!! You are preventing us from doing my taxes for my family to get our refund with this pandemic ! I have already reported them to IRS so hopefully they don’t ignore the irs when they ask for my w2!!!!!

And you are fine with waiting weeks to get the money you have earned with hard work and the sacrifice of your valuable time. Then this place is the spot for you. That’s even if they pay you because they don’t even know where they send you out to work. On top of that you’ll probably be sent too a few jobs before you actually get work because they like to send multiple people out to waste your time and there time and at the end they only hire 1 person out of a bunch. This is just my honest experience I’m not putting down the spot just giving a straight honest review 😃

Terrible staffing agency. The person who hired you wont be there in a month, so nobody knows whats going on. I was 80 days into a 90 day temp-to-hire position, got fired BY TEXT an hour after I got off work on Friday afternoon. I had zero problems at my place of assignment, showed up every single day, a half an hour early, and worked all the overtime that they ever asked of me. The reason I was told I was let go was because it was slow, but its just what theyre telling me to get me to move along. I spoke to the person at I link and they said that I did great at my job, but they were not interested in helping me look for a new position that matches my qualifications and skills. I wish for once an employer would say what they mean, and mean what they say.

Ilink has helped out very much the last 2yrs, they get back to me fairly quick. It’s very easy and they’re just a very big help! I definitely recommend this agency to anyone who’s looking for a job!

They ask you for interview and fill the application when they dont have any job for you. They waste your time to collect personnel information for their client to show that they are a good agency. They got my social security and identification doc copies and a formal interview but never call me for job.

The staff members here are wonderful! They will do the most they can to place you in a position ASAP. The recruiting team is exceptional, i would recommend anyone who’s eager to work to come and apply here!

Before careful working for this agency. Like most agency’s they over promise and under achieve. Or like I like to say lie and aren’t honest. None of the associates work there from I started all new ILink employees. Very dishonest don’t care about the employees they send out to make them money. There are plenty of agencies In The area do your Homework. ILink is horrible.

I should of looked at the poor reviews and taken that seriously. I arrived 15 minutes early for an interview for an INTERNAL HR role, when I arrived they had me complete new hire paper work yet haven’t even interviewed me. Despite me feeling uncomfortable I completed the information, and was told moments after they were going into a meeting and would call me to reschedule the interview when they could. The recruiter never bothered to tell me this, or even called me initially. It was all reception, very unprofessional and a complete waste of my time and resources. Even with a call back, I will never interview here again nor refer anyone I know seeking employment. #Garbage

Great company to work for untill they terminate you for no reason and stiff you on your last week of pay. Trying to get info for the civil suit Im filling and getting a stonewall from my contacts at the office. I dont recommend anyone use this agency for staffing or employment.

Worst agency to work for! It’s so unorganized! Evelyn and Christina are family so all they care about is the numbers they don’t care about anything else I worked there for two weeks and honestly it was the worst mistake I ever made! They won’t train you properly, there’s no vacation time only the 3 sick days by law. Also only one person has last there for more than 6 months everybody has come and left. I do advise you to not make the mistake I did and work for this company trust me you’ll regret it the 1st day.

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband worked for them for almost 1 year. Never missed a day of work sick or not. Went through his 90 day probation with no problems. When he was to sick to make it in with 16+ hrs of sick time they fired him. The hiring lady in the office (Christina) is SO rude I dont even know how she still has a job. They continue to fire and rehire my husband, say they mailed off his checks after being let go but a week later he finds out its still at the office which inconvinences my household, and when questioned about it they hang up on him. Will NOT recommend this place to anyone thats living.

Worst agency when it comes down to pay ! Just after minimum wage went up they payed me 13.50 but last week on the 31 they decided to pay me 12.50 been waiting for my check since then. I will be contact acting the labor board soon enough !!

I recently spoke with the owner Evelyn of the rancho location and she was very unprofessional. Basically said good luck on trying to get someone in trouble just because I asked her name. I was injured under being employed through ilink and I signed documents stating ilink is responsible for my hospital bill I was told by Christina three times it was taken care of now I am facing a bill in collections from non payment and that affects my credit score I will be speaking to lawyers this weeknd about the perosonal damages to my credit record and getting this bill taken care of. Avoid them at all cost very unprofessional and I will be reporting them to the BBB

I showed up to a place to work for them. And it took them a month to pay me

I worked six days in one week and they assumed I made a mistake on my time sheet. When I let them know it was not a mistake and asked for the money they fired me.

Had this happen to me multiple times already. If you ask for information towards the end of the day, they will pretend to email you and leave the office. Unprofessional. You will never get your W-2 on-time.
