Guys did an excellent job, had interior paint almost whole house, new flooring in master bathroom, new carpet in master bedroom, new base boards, and laminate floors in guest room. Very professional and courteous.

The detach garage they built for me looks amazing! Arthur was very professional even when I put a lot of pressure on him to get the work done. I have a place to finally put my cars!

My projects were master bedroom and walking closet painted to include the ceiling, install new tile in the master bath, install new carpet in the master bedroom, and new base boards throughout. Paint kitchen, family room, living room, and dining room to include ceiling. Paint guest bedroom including ceiling, install laminate floors and new base boards. The work was excellent, I would hire them again for future projects.

Absolute Scam. Him and his business partner did an illegal CC chargeback and its a 4th degree felony. I plan to take action and prosecute them for it. My attorney is already in works of doing it now. They stole $1100 dollars from me after having us do the work for them.

Greentek was contracted through our property management for office improvements (painting, countertops, etc.). The work did take longer than expected, possibly due to COVID. There where also some things once the job was finished that needed to be touched-up but Arthur was happy enough to send the team back out and fix the problems. We are now happy with our fresh and polished looking office! Our patients give us compliments daily.

We hired Arthur Mayer of Green Tech Construction in Rancho Cucamonga to add a additional bedroom on to our house. The process was much easier than we anticipated largely due to Arthurs attention to detail and ability to be available to us for any questions that would arise. The room turned out great and my grandson cant wait to move into it. It rained like hell and my roof failed so I needed a new one fast because more rain was coming. Arthur at Greentek came out after immediately responding to my request for a quote. There was two other requests I made, one took days to respond and the other never went up to the roof and gave me a quote that ranged from one price right up to another, too vague. Arthur had the roof inspected, a definite quote was given and the job was completed in two weeks despite it being holiday season.Since then it has rained like crazy again and again and the roof has kept my home dry and protected and thats what a roof is for.Thank you Greentek. I will be contacting you for any other new construction job that should come up as they always do.

My experience was ok if Im being completely honest. There seemed to be a lot of miscommunication or none between manager, roofer, solar people & homeowner. They would show up, someone would say that someone else called etc. & I would be left taking the blame. One time they even called back & said the City Inspector had to return because I didnt provide access to so and so place. I did, I actually had someone stay specifically for that. Turns out the reason for the Inspector visit was something completely different but they felt the need to blame me, this happened a few times too.Little things like that irritated me. The roofers did a good job but they were just sloppy. Solar was on point though! Except for the electricians who stepped on my new dryer with protective stickers still on & dented it. Still awaiting a solution for that one. Also, havent gotten my Enphase communicator set up to view on my phone. I think the install was completed a month or so ago? Happy w/the courtesy, and how professional Arthur was but loose ends & a rough install with a dented dryer are making this a 3 star right now.Update: 3 years later in 2021 & Ive sold the home they did work on. I would NOT recommend Arthur Mayer & Greentek for solar. Ive called him back a few times in between reminding him to set up the panels to view on my phone. Still never got that set up & still didnt get ANY type of apology or attempt to make amends for the damaged appliance. Bought a new construction home with solar that uses the same Enphase kit Arthur used & I got that set up in a heartbeat in my new home.
