I dont see any pictures of me getting a cut. That makes me sad considering Ive been going here for almost 5 years now. But overall a great shop with great barbers. And a shoe cleaner that does great work. 👍

Found them highly rated on Yelp. Was able to book an appointment on line, had to create an account first, but found an opening for Thursday mid day 11:15). When I arrived, they did not have it? Wait time was an hour and 15 min, so I left. Probably should have called before driving out or at least they should have that on their site when booking appointments.I’ll go somewhere else for now and maybe give them a shot in the future.

I would reccomend my barber, but I wouldnt be able to land an appointment. Truth is the whole shops legit.

I got a good haircut from this barbershop. They are super busy on weekends. How much ever you try to get an appointment on weekends, you cant if you dont book way in advance. So finally I ended up going on a weekday and surprised with the results. It is totally worth the wait. The stylists there are really friendly, understands what you need and does exactly that with patience. 😃👌

I have been to an exhausting array of barbershops. This is a stand alone. Maybe its the way people are greeted at the door? Maybe the wonderful opportunity to book a FREE appointment? Could very possibly be the AMAZING scalp massages? But I believe it is due to barbers who have dedicated themselves to being old-school. They dont crank up the music and drop foul language around children. They are uniformed and professional. They are led, by all honest appearances, by a kind, passionate, and merciful owner. Yes, you will find an occasional apprentice who needs instruction. You may be subject to a period of leave taken by your personal barber, but that is generally for good causes. Good people, a haircut in a place like this, is a wonderful thing.

This is one of the cleanest and most professional barbershop Ive ever been to. It feels like the old days, no tvs just you and the barber and everyone else to talk to. I like the fact that you can book your appointments online and yet they still take in walk-ins. Also, the barbers there are all just cool, they all wear a uniforms so you can really tell who the barber is, very professional. I will defiantly be back.

In this time where many are not concerned about the atmosphere around them, Mr, Rick has built up a clean and refreshing atmosphere where families can go while their father, son, brother or friend are getting their hair cut and they can also enjoy the comfortable environment. This shop is under new management that doesnt discriminate and is really taking pride in the shop. They offer appointments online with a very talented staff. They have a great selection of products as well. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area that needs a great mens style haircut, clean up or a shave. Also, they offer shoe shinning and the guy they have doing the shoe shinning even does sneakers.

Got a pretty decent haircut here about a year ago and was thinking of coming back but heard about a certain exclusionary policy. While I was satisfied with my experience, Im going to have to abstain from returning in the future as I am part of the excluded group, and wouldnt want anyone else to risk their soul on account of my comfort in my own body. Clean shop, all the barbers are friendly and the owner Rick is cool. Diego is the best. I have a long comb over, he knows how to use scissors & comb to trim the top(which is hard to find). He cleans up the sides with the clippers & straight razor to complete my taper, Diego always keeps me fresh.

I took my boys here in August. Theyre not really welcoming. Customer service was poor. gentleman that cut my boys hair was nice guy.the hair lines were little off. But dont plan to take them back ever..

Consider the convictions and rights of others. ESPECIALLY if you have no religious conviction of your own. This is an excellent, clean, and professional barbershop with amazingly talented experts. The atmosphere of the shop is so that anyone can plainly see that they are not involved in ANY kind of ANY illegal activity.

My hubby to be needed to start finding a place to get his haircut for our big day. He prefers only getting a cut about every 6 months and after disappointing visits from other places around he tried this place out. LET ME SAY THIS ... never have I ever agreed with his haircut choices as I did when coming home that night. Even without product the cut stood out on its own which was super impressive. I took maaaad photos of it because I need this to be what he I see when I walk down that aisle.

Summary:1) Racist and rude barber named Ruben2) Shawdy hair cut, stray hair everywhere3) Asked my uncle and his daughter their age in front of all customers before giving senior discount4) Didnt clean hair on face or body after hair cutMy family is Indian. My uncle was brought to this place by his daughter for a hair cut on July 17th 2019. Since he is from india, he didnt understand the number system for haircuts. Ruben was passive aggressive from the get go. During the hair cut when he was told to cut the hair shorter in the back he got upset and ran a machine and took off almost all the hair out of anger. Didnt finish the haircut and didnt clean the cut hair or offer a hot towel. Upon asking for a seniors discount (my uncle is 68) he demanded to see my uncles ID and his daughters ID and asked both their ages in front of all customers and made them say it out loud before he gave the discount. In spite of all this he was tipped. This has to be the worst experience anyone can have at a barber shop. Please avoid like the plague, especially if you are Indian.

Dont even think of trying this barbershop. I went in for a trim and the barber practically shaved my head. He then argued with me saying that I told him I wanted my head to have stubble. Crazy.

INTERESTING, they got Google to clean out the loads of 1 stars they got after they discriminated some guy looking to get a hair cut & was all over the news stations. When you go out of your way to discriminate someone on anything you bring out your negativity & that should never happen in business. If you accept everyone with an open mind your business would thrive. Completely despicable at its current state.

Rick needs to do a better job of selecting barbers. Branden obviously has no idea what a fade is. Its just short all over now. I described in detail what I wanted then he started talking with people in the shop and then I get this totally crappy haircut. I shouldnt have had to pay for a cut that a barber gets distracted and totally disregards what you ask for.

Great place to get your hair cut

The haircuts are great but they take a long time to call you. If you let them know you are in a hurry they dont take you any faster but actually skimp on your haircut. Some barbers are nice but others come off very pretensions.

So I have recently moved to the area and was searching for a place to get my hair cut. I did a Google search and came across The Barber Shop in Rancho Cucamonga. I also found out the it is right across the street from where I live...SUPER! Well today I went on the website to make an appointment and there was one available for 5:30pm..prefect. I set up an account and the appointment was not available. No worries, I called and was told that the appointment was not open. The gentleman that answered the call asked if I would like to schedule and I said yes for tomorrow at lunchtime. I told him I lived right across the street and he asked was the appointment for me and I said yes. Then he ask me to hold and another guy came on the line and said that the Owner does not allow them to cut WOMENS HAIR! WOW, really, I could not believe what I was hearing. He said that was the on the owner and I ask for the owners name. I have never been discriminated before by a BARBER SHOP!WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If we refuse him his rights to practice his religion then arent we doing the same thing with discriminating?He wasnt disrespectful about it. He wasnt being a dick.
