Brought in my C63 AMG with one of the dreaded headbolts designs issues ... since a headgasket is a big job i had looked and quoted from many places but none were as competitive and realistic as Ciscos .....the friendly lady Kimberly quoted me half of what dealer wanted to complete job...Ended up bringing my steed in to get worked by cisco and Ulysies ... Overall no complaints was given my car back to me exact same way it was dropped off no other issues doesnt even look like they did anything (Professional work)....will definitely be my go to shop for repairs and service in the near future .... I highly recommend yall check them out

This is the third time I have gone to Cisco’s. I found their work to be professional with fair pricing. This is a small family business which is great, but this can lead to delays on your repair. I will still return to Cisco’s and would recommend them for BMW repairs.

I left my BMW M3 on Saturday for a quick fix that he said would only take a few hours. He said, I got your number ill call you once its done. I had to call him back on Monday to get my car back. He never fixed the issue with the car and didnt bother to refund me my money. The prices are okay, but you pay for what you get here. Go to another shop!

Awesome customer service with great prices. Been bringing my BMW and Mercedes for 4 years now. Cisco and his brother Ulysses are very attentive and best of all honest. As a female its hard to find a mechanic you can honestly trust that wont take advantage as i have experienced before. Thank God i found these guys. I had a great experience here. I was able to pick my car up on time. It was done in a timely manner and I was able to get exactly what I needed done. I am very satisfied and will defiantly be coming back. The secretary was extremely nice and helped answer all my questions.

Listen everybody, If you want to leave your car for few months and at the end of the day nothing is being fixed. Good luck. I honestly do not have any personal issue with this guy name Cisco. He hardly work himself, and place is not that great at all. He has lot of cars that been sitting there for years. He guess on lot of cars and at the end of the day nothing is being fixed.

Ive been coming to Ciscos for a few years and I can say that I have never met such a professional, honest, and DEPENDABLE mechanic. Ever. I live in Koreatown and will/have not taken my car to no one other than Cisco! Both him and his brother are a pleasure to work with =)

If I could give 100 stars I would! My whole family was on our way to Mammoth for a vacation when our BMW X5 notified me of low coolant. For those who know about cars, that’s a BAD warning! I was far from home and even farther from our destination and HAD to be there that night!I happened to call Cisco 30 minutes before they were suppose to close on the Saturday before Christmas. Everyone in the car prayed that he would a) be willing to fix our car, b) be able to fix our car, c) have the parts to fix my car, and d) not kill me on price.To make a long story short, my Christmas miracle was named Cisco. He not only a) was willing to fix my car-even though the shop was suppose to close in 20 minutes, b) was able to fix my car, c) he personally went to pickup the parts, d) cut me a great price saying he understood my situation and would take care of me! One million thanks Cisco! Bless you Cisco! You are our Christmas miracle!!!

Cisco is the best independent mechanic Ive ever worked with. Ive owned Mercedes Benz and BMW for my entire adult life and dealt with a lot of Independents, but have stuck with Cisco for the past 5 years, despite the fact he is a long way from home. Its worth the drive. Im mechanically savvy, and when my car goes for service I generally have a good idea of whats broken and how much money is required to fix it. Cisco has never surprised me with telling me the car required unneeded work. Thats something I value highly, as Im not rich. I like a well tuned German car, but I dont have the budget to buy new. Cisco is on the case, and he makes it affordable to keep an older Merc as a daily driver. He deserves every recommendation I can offer. Its not all roses though - hes typically a little slow on communications, which Ive made allowances for, and if Im dropping my car off, I expect it to be out of service for at least 24 to 48 hours. Hes running a busy operation, with competent guys working with him, but they are not the fastest shop in town. Thats okay: I know that when I get my car back it will be reliably and properly serviced and repaired, and at a very fair price... Im a very happy client and gladly recommend them to anyone. Cisco is also competent with mending AMG Mercedes cars - hes done a great job keeping my E55 well fed and tuned. Bravo. :-)

Cisco has been straight forward and professional each time Ive brought my BMW in. His prices are great, better than the dealer, and the customer service is great. After I started bringing my BMW to Cisco I havent even thought about going anywhere else.

Cisco and his brother have been doing work on my 745Li for many years anytime I have a problem he takes care of it never gets upset if he did a repair and he has to redo it under warranty and that doesnt happen very often Cisco and his brother are very honest and very reasonable I recommend him to anybody

Horrible experience, left car to check suspension on wednesday at 10, said its gonna take avout 4 hours, got answer only on saturday, for simple two strut mounts and one one control arm bushing replacing quoted 1100$, left some plastic empty bottles in the car+got dirt spots on door driver door card and driver seat, car is 2001 bmw m3

This place sucks. Waste of time. They worked on my car. When I got home I checked the work they supposed to do. The work wasnt done. I complained and they say to take it back. That the work was done and I did not know what I was talking about. For what I paid. I should of done the work myself. Not going back. You been warned!!!!

My wife owns a 2009 ML350, after years of going to the dealership for service, the cost was getting way out of hand.The service advisor at the dealership actually told us not to put any more money into the car and think about replacing with a newer model. Well that wasnt going to fly with my wife because she loved and still loves this car.Through an internet search in 2014 we found Cisco’s Benz and Beamers, we brought in the Mercedes report which he reviewed then evaluated the car, we got a call an hour later and Cisco reassured us he could not only beat the price but 1/3 of the recommendations may not really be necessary.Fast forward two years later December 2016 and the car still runs awesome, with all due honesty the car has been serviced several times at Cisco’s but its normal wear and tear with now 138,000 miles.On another note, if you want to sit in a fancy dealership and see a showcase car in the front lobby of the service area with the fancy coffee machine, cute little MB hats and overpriced MB logo crap… Then go to the dealership and knock yourself out..If you want your car repaired and serviced by a talented group of tech’s who care and know MB and BMW as well as any local dealership go to Cisco’s Benz and Beamers, I have and will continue to value their service.BLACS, Inc.
