DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. I HAVE BEEN WAITING 2 WEEKS FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DONE IN 3 DAYS. EVERY SINGLE TIME I CALL THEM, THEY ALWAYS HAVE SOME KIND OF EXCUSE ON WHY MY CAR ISNT DONE. THE OWNER BENNY AND HIS DAUGHTER ARE VERY RUDE. ALL THEY KEEP TELLING ME IS TO BE PATIENT. THEY DONT KNOW I HAVE A 2 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER AND IM DRIVING A BORROWED CAR WITH NO A/C. THEY WILL DO EVERYTHING IN THERE POWER TO NOT FIX MY CAR. I WENT THERE BECAUSE SOMEONE RECOMMEND ME TO BENNY. SO FAR HES BEEN NOTHING BUT RUDE AND STUPID. I JUST WANT MY CAR BACK!!!

Benny is a very decent and honest mechanic and doesnt pull any punches when it comes to diagnosing problems and letting the customer know what it will take to replace with Quality Parts. I trust this guy as he did right by us on our 2015 Toyota Sienna.

I have worked with this guy before. oh boy.... You need to deal with him on a remedial level. He has a hard time with English as a language. but hes good. he can help with your vehicle problems but you need to know how to speak to him in a Spanglish manner. oh boy. make sure you are up front with him and call him on anything you find fishy or suspicious. Customer service is not his strong point, getting the job is. which, unfortunately sometimes, is not what the general public need, especially if you have no mechanical skills.

I have been going to Benny and His Brother for about 7 Years or more, They are honest, and I havent had any body being rude to me. They have always told me up front how long it would take and what it would cost me. And they have never added any thing that didnt need to be repaired.

They are very professional and very reasonal on the charges for work.

Told me 45 dollars over the phone for wheel alignment so I considered and went...to my surprise tried to charge me $128.00...told the owner sorry couldnt pay that outrageously amont was able to bring it down to $ 55.00 ..strongly recommend to stay away from that place.

Went in for a front brake job wanting the rotors turned and instead ended up getting an awesome price for $350 for the Front and back, with rotors turned (thankfully they never been turned), plus the pads are lifetime. 2012 Toyota Sienna.

Had my cooling system repaired by them 4 times and each time they came up with something different. I still leak coolant and it was never fixed. They claim it does not leak when then pressure check the system. But it leaks because it is a clear new holding reservoir and I add coolant when it gets one inch below the full line. I was a long time customer but not anymore I have had enough of Benny

Watch out for this guy, He(benny) checked my car and assure me my car needed over $840+++ on maintenance/repair.. I have a new car (2012) FREAKING REALLY?In his GREEDY world words== my car needed oil change/transmition oil/Cabin filter/ air filter/ oil drainage/brake fluids/engine light valve replace..All I needed was an oil change(synthetic) an tune up=$190 (I paid somewhere else)When/who told you women are stupid?

Ive been coming here since I got my drivers license, not once did he do something to my car that didnt need to be done, and not once was anything stolen for my car. I love how fast the services are, and I love this crew!
