Before I chose Alsop I was with another insurance. My record and my wife’s record is clean for over 20 years. My insurance kept going up $20 every six months. I have not had an issue with Alsop to date.

We had issues about my price at first, but we came to an amicable agreement. Without any lapse in coverage. I was impressed with their professionalism!

Tina Rivas is truly the most genuine insurance agent that I’ve ever had. She bundled my car and renter’s insurance in order to ensure I had a better deal than in the past. In late October, I decided to change my auto insurance to Allstate. My Agent is Danielle Self. Working together with Danielle was easy, and flawless. Danielle made it easy for me to choose my coverage and needs for my new policy. The coverage I currently have is much better than my previous insurance and I save $50 a month. Allstate has been very professional and has followed up with me as I settled into my new policy. I am very happy that I made the change and am proud to know that I am in good hands with Allstate! I DO NOT recommend this insurance company for anything. They lack effective communication between their departments, dont maintain their records straight and dont listen or care about their clients needs and concerns. They lack heart and compassion.In the 43 years that i have been driving, I have NEVER had a ticket, and the accidents that Ive had, have NOT been my fault. I am retired from a work injury and am now disabled. Im on a fixed income and get payed once a month. My payment is withdrawn the third week of the month when funds in account are low as it is, as my pension is not much.Last week, ....not only did they withdraw my payment of $121 ......they withdrew $170 plus..... Since my policy was rewritten, in December, accounting apparently wasnt notified. I really needed those extra $49 this week for food since I budget down to the penny. I called this office with my concern and had to call them back the following day because they failed to return my call with an answer or solution. I asked if they could return the extra money they withdrew because i needed money for food for the week, and I was told that would be impossible. I dont even have enough to buy Top Ramen from the 99 Cent store!!!Get this!!!!! My payment is $121 a month.....they withdrew $170....a difference of $49....I was informed that since there was a mistake with my withdrawl, all theyre going to charge me is $103 next month.....NOW...Im no mathematical genius, but wouldnt the $103 plus the extra $49 that was taken add up to $152???....... Why would I pay $152 when my payment is $121?? Thats a difference of $31.....Why would I want to pay. an extra $31 on a monthly policy of $121? Who makes up these rules? Obviously this company needs lessons in honesty and better business practices!! Not to mention math skills!!!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!!..... NOT ANYMORE.....IM CANCELING THIS POLICY AS SOON AS I RECEIVE MY PENSION CHECK. I got a better deal with another insurance company. Better coverage, plus roadside assistance, rental car, and a much better rate. Ill be starting with them this Friday.Ha!!!! To think I went to high school with the owner!!!! LOL!!!! Youd think Id get better service.UPDATE......March 11,2020I received a refund of $22 today. They withdrew $170 for one months insurance. I cancelled my policy after one and a half weeks, AND ALL I GOT BACK WAS $22 !!!!!THAT WAS AN EXPENSIVE ONE AND A HALF WEEKS WORTH OF INSURANCE!!!!SO GLAD IM RID OF THIS COMPANY. Had Allstate for many years. A few years ago ago I submitted a claim and pleased to tell you that they were very helpful. If youre seeking information on coverage...give them an opportunity to do business with you.

This is the worst insurance agency I have had in my 45+ years driving. They dont care about their clients. All they wants is your money. Allstate charged me with an at fault accident that should have been a comprehensive claim. I hit a truck tire tread on the freeway because I couldnt swerve out of the way due to traffic all around me. When I got my renewal notice It went from $789.16 for 6 months to $1415.20 for 6 months. Mind you the claim to fix my bumper was a total of $650. When I talked to the insurance commissioner he said that it was up to their decision whether or not to call it at fault or comprehensive. Your in good hands with Allstate.They chose to make more money instead of helping their clients. The real kicker was went I went to the office to cancel my policy, they acted like they didnt care that all my insurances went up, costing me more than $1000 every 6 months. Sign this receipt and were done. Not even were sorry or thank you for business. Alsop insurance is not worth you business. They dont care about you only your money. I gave them 1 star but wish it could be 0

We just purchased a home in Mt Baldy. Getting fire insurance in this area is very difficult, but Danielle was so incredibly helpful! She was very prompt in her responses and answered every question accurately and with confidence. When we discovered we also needed flood insurance at the last minute, she magically made that happen for us too so that we could close escrow. We are very happy with their service!

Very low direct contact with the customer. I made a request three months ago and up to date has not been responded. Basically I don’t have tickets and car claims two years ago and the monthly payment continues being the same.
