I’ve owned many old and new cars in my time. I can’t stress how important it is to work with the same reliable auto shop during the entire ownership of a car. They really get to know the car and help you with maintenance and repair. And this is the best auto shop I’ve ever worked with! Mark is very responsive and easy to contact. He is transparent with pricing and provide timely service and follow up after repair. He only use original factory parts and you can feel the difference compare to most outside shops that use “OEM equivalent” parts. My front brakes were done somewhere else with off brand, made the break feel super soft, whereas the rear brakes Mark used factory parts that restored a lot of the firm break response that my Audi originally had as a new car. They also charge around 1/2 to 1/3 what the Audi dealership charge for services. Don’t know about other car brands, but if you have an Audi you want to bring it here for long term care.

The autoshop did not detect all the problems for my car then they told me have to bring the car back to the Dealership center after I paid the amount they said can fix the car (however it did not.) Later the dealership center explained to me the real problem. The problem did not match the statement the store owner explained to me.

Cool people over priced

Very unprofessional place an employee left his phone in my engine bay . Didn’t realize until weeks later. Over priced oem parts I was quoted 350 each injector and plus labor and to program then as well. Didn’t even get a thank you after returning the phone. Go else where before coming here.

I just had my 2012 Mini Cooper serviced at Euro Tech Imports.very happy, everything was repaired based on the dealers report for almost half of what the dealer was going tho charge me.I would definitely recommend.

I took my 2011 GTI to Eurotech March 2018 after quoting a new motor with numerous shops throughout the IE. Mark was able to source a good used motor with low miles and warranty from a local yard. Mark arranged a tow truck and picked up my car and started the motor swap. There were numerous added parts that were replaced at added cost but necessary due to age and mileage 189,000 - turbo oil lines water pump radiator (had a leak) which I approved prior to work. This review is a year later and I have put almost 10,000 on the new motor swap without any issues other than my starter going out (the starter was not replaced during motor swap). I am happy with the work performed and the pricing was competitive.

Was being charged $100 more for the same service at another location. Mark delivered as promised for the price he quoted over the phone. I will return for more service for my Audi. I will post something after each service as this was my first visit. But so far so good

Steer clear of this guy MarkCant give the guy 0 rating but you get it. March charge me $900.00 to put my clutch back in and get it running. Well that never happened and once he had the clutch back in he demanded payment for the hours he had in the car. He told me that he would get back on it to determine why it would not keep running once it turned over. That was a month ago and he has to touched it since I have him the $900 dollars he demanded.In conclusion trust your instincts and dont trust this guy. I had the car towed to a more reliable shop in Riverside. A place that I trust and were I should have had it sent in the first place.

This place quoted me $1000+ for parts and labor costs for a problem that didn’t exist. They claimed the parts needed to be replaced. I got the car out of there ASAP after that ridiculous quote and took it to the dealership. The dealership found the proper solution for the issue the car actually had.Bottom line: Don’t trust these guys, they claimed to have tested the “bad parts.” When in reality they didn’t. SNAKES.

I brought my Jag X type here. The owner was very polite and reasonable with price. The shop is clean, everyone is competent and proessional, availability of parts were quick and easy. They did a good job.....got my car in on a monents notice and worked hard and fast to get the job done. Effort and honesty mean a lot to me. I drove all the way from Palm Springs to let them work on my car and plan to use them for all my services in the future.

I brought my Porsche 911 Carrera to this shop for break job. Beside taking care of it, Mark informed about my coolant leakage. I end up not doing then. Couple months later when I took the car to the dealer they quoted me 3 times more than what Mark quoted me for the coolant leakage. End up taking the car back to him. His quote didnt go higher at all, and he took care of it in a timely manner. I really recommend him to anyone with german cars. Excellent quality, best prices.

I would leave a zero cayenne view if I could, I brought my porsche cayenne s here. I got a quote for a radiator swap and what he quoted me when I came back was higher. Then he agrees to do the job for what he originally quoted me. WhY should he have to argue and tell me he has a lot of over head and how any hours of labor it was. Shouldnt a pro know what to quote right off the bat, goes on to tell me hes mad he quoted that price and that he made a mistake, like it was my fault. After the job was complete I had to go to another shop, the mechanic couldnt pop the hood, because marks team didnt re attach the hood pulley right. Then Mark tells me my blinker light bulb couldnt be taken out without breaking it. You have 2 different bulbs. Turns out the one he couldnt remove was the wrong bulb to begin with. Their mechanic here are amateurs do not trust this place. Horrible experience overall wouldnt recommend this place even to my worse enemy.

Worst shop ever, paid $2000 to replace a waterpump, oil pan gasket, fix a water leak, and replace a relay. Paid 390 for the water pump and was assured it was original mercedes part, they installed a cheap Chinese pump that cost no more than $80. The oil pan gasket was installed over the old leaking gasket and was returned to me leaking more than it was when I brought it in. The coolant leak was never fixed period. The relay they installed for the cooling fans caught fire. After all that I fixed all problems myself for just under $300. These mechanics are worthless. Richard 1994 Mercedes Benz S500.

I spent over $1200 and they never fixed the problem and they still charged me. Went to Akrams on holt and they fixed it for $300 this shop is a rip off!
