An amazing experience from booking to completion. The online site was a little glitchy and did not have all the options you need to make your appointment go a little smoother but functional. The front end employees are wonderful, friendly, caring and very knowledgeable about everything you need just by listening to you. The Massage therapist was fantastic, friendly and did an amazing job. I felt 90% better in just one session. The prices without membership could be a little more budget friendly but with a membership its very reasonable and worth the price. Will definitely be going back once finances are a bit better.

I got a gift card for $70 from my colleagues to visit this place and thats how I went. My therapist was Ivory and though her massage technique was good she seemed to be in a hurry to finish things. Because of which I got 4 or 5 strokes of massage and then she moved on to the next. I was supposed to get face, scalp and abdomen massage. Received a caressing touch on jawline and nose n thats it !!!! Completely forgot about abdomen massage n when I asked to finish up I was told they are closed now..

Great experience. Professional staff, fair prices and fantastic masseuse. I recommend and will do so to friends and family.

90 minutes of bliss, coming back in 2 weeks for another massage

My first massage was awesome. I hurt myself at the gym, told them my problem area and left feeling great. I went back for my second massage last week and it was BRUTAL. I am not a stranger to massages and usually request medium to hard pressure depending on the therapist (but can usually handle some heavy pressure). This was just weird, painful and uncomfortable. She roughly pulled and poked my neck in ways that could not be beneficial. My shoulders were painfully pinched repeatedly and for far too long. My lower back was mauled and bruised. So bad it took me three days to convince family I actually got those bruises from a massage. To top it off I asked for a full body massage and received a back, neck & shoulder massage. Needless to say I am keeping this therapists name forever so I can make sure we never run into contact again.

We were at the Wine Tailor tonight and were told that Massage Envy was coming to give free 15 minute massages. We waited an hour for their employees to show up because we were so excited since we had heard good things about the company. We were told that they were supposed to come at 6 but did not even show up until almost 7. Then they left for almost another hour (we think they went to eat) and were not ready to start massaging until an hour and a half after they were supposed to. One of The Wine Tailor employees knew that we had been waiting for a long time so she brought the list over and put our names down on numbers 3 and 4. When Massage Envys employees returned, they took the first 2 people on the list and then we saw them come out to take the next people. We told them we were next and they told us they were taking another person who asked to go with a friend who was farther down on the list and we would be next. When they came back out they took another person who was not above us on the list either. We decided to stop waiting since they did not seem to care about the order of the list anyway. I was incredibly disappointed and frustrated by this experience. I have thought many times about coming to Massage Envy but after this experience, I will definitely not be bringing my business there. I feel that as a national company the customer service should be much higher, even if it is a free service. This should bring in customers for you, not push them away. I could not believe the rude, inconsiderate treatment that we received from them!

The front desk staff are professional and accommodating. My massage therapist is Brandi and she is awesome. I recommend this location, it is nice and clean with a wonderful atmosphere.

This place is horrible. Everyone who works there is extremely rude. I am a regular customer and an emergency came up, I called to notify them that I couldnt make the appointment and they went ahead and charged me for the massage anyway. They were extremely dismissive, condescending, and haughty. The people who work there are famous for treating people like they dont exist. I strongly recommend nobody uses this facility. They will make you feel like nothing. The worst of them all is a lady by the name of Jasmine. Shes the rudest of the rude. They absolutely treated me worse than Ive ever been treated by anyone in my life.

Finally went in to the local Massage Envy in Rancho Cucamonga. Hadnt been to ME since we moved here. Just as good as the masseuse as I had in Chino Hills.

Great place! Ive been coming here for years and they treat you nicely, theyre very understanding and empathetic to your aches and pains and accommodate your needs. The masseuses are just as friendly and wonderful to work with.

The staff is friendly and the therapists meet my expectations of any ME therapist. The only drawback on this location is that the quiet room is small and they dont have a Kuerig to offer tea service, which for me personally is very nice to have before and after a session, giving it a spa, relaxing experience. Not first time I asked staff why they dont offer it and still not being offered when all the other locations ive been to do. The one on 4th street does in Ontario. Next time ill just go there and get the experience I would like to have I guess.
