She helped me pick out the exact flooring I had in mind. Warren and his team were meticulous and efficient with the installation. I am more than happy with the results!

We just completed a contract with On Point Flooring to remove existing ceramic tile and laminate flooring and replace with luxury vinyl flooring. Karen Gossard, the company representative, managed the process from beginning to completion. We meet her at their showroom where she assisted us in choosing the floor color and design. She was very helpful pointing out the pros and cons of the different manufacturers and products. The very detailed proposal was completed leaving nothing in the dark. We found the price to be very competitive after getting proposals from two other suppliers. The date was set, production began and Karen monitored the whole process. After completion she did an examination of the work to insure that everything was done to our satisfaction. We just have two things to say about our experience. On Point did an excellent job of replacing all the flooring in my home. I received excellent advice from my consultant and the installers were reliable, professional and very helpful. There was a lot of furniture to move and no damage was done. Pretty amazing!

I had on point tear out old flooring and install new flooring last month. Karen was very kind and easy to work with. She brought lots of samples and answered all my questions. She explained the process and was extremely professionally through the entire process. I was pleasantly surprised how smooth she made this for me. She helped pick out materials and a look to match my current area as well. She came highly recommended from someone else and glad I chose to work with her after obtaining other quotes.Tim did most of my installation (had another employee with him part of the time who was also professional). There was a couple complicated spots and he was beyond meticulous about; ensuring it was done properly and to my satisfaction. The level of professionalism and skill was beyond my expectations. He was one of the most thoughtful and polite professionals I have met in a long time. He was greatly appreciated and his skill level was above any I have seen.I would definitely recommend both Karen and Tim woth on point and would ask for them again if I ever did any more flooring.

On Point was recommended by our designer. I am really pleased with the service and results. Karen is easy to work with and took a lot of care in helping us choose the best product for our needs, taking into consideration our décor and budget. The workmanship is wonderful, I dont think Ive ever seen a person work so hard as the installer Miguel who was courteous and respectful throughout.

In January 2020 I replaced the carpet in four bedrooms with laminate. Teresa provided me exceptional service in helping me pick the right product to not only match my existing wood floors but to get me in a comfortable price point. She was patient and educated me on all the options as well as the pros and cons of the products. My installer was Dimitri and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. He was on time, professional and was very impressive how fast and hard he worked. He knew I was anxious to move in the bedroom furniture so he offered to come Sunday instead of start on Monday. I am so grateful to Teresa and Dimitri for helping make my home beautiful!!! I highly recommend them both for all your flooring needs!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with On Point Flooring. From the beginning, sales rep Karen Gossard was responsive, knowledgeable, flexible, and overwhelmingly helpful when guiding us to choose new flooring for our home. She answered all of our questions and brought us a wide variety of samples to help with our decision. We ultimately decided on a mix of luxury vinyl plank flooring and a high quality carpet. If you’ve ever bought and sold a house you know how stressful it can be and timing is so tricky. I called on point and from the start I knew I had the right place. Katie made it so easy, she met me at my work so I could pick out my carpet. Then I was able to get it installed Only 10 days from when I made the first call. They were on it! And the carpet is AMAZING. I was nervous about going from all hardwood to upstairs carpeting. I’m sooo glad I did. This carpet feels so good and comfy walking on it. My chihuahua and 7 mos old son also love it!

When it comes to flooring, these guys are on another level. Their communication and level of service are second to none. Nick was our point of contact and was always there for us. We needed to have our floor replaced due to an incorrect install by another vendor. Nick came out, explained what needed to be done and gave us a fair quote. The work was done as scheduled and on time. His crew was knowledgeable, polite and clean. Whe workmanship was excellent.

OnPoint Flooring did phenomenal work on a flooring demolition of 1100 sq ft of reengineered hardwood. In half of a day, the entire floor was removed, ready for install prep, and clean. Their staff was incredibly friendly. They took extra care to ensure that the rest of the house was not covered in dust and debris. I highly recommend Onpoint!

All around superb experience, from the estimate to the finished product!! Brian was very patient making multiple trips with samples until we found the perfect color. Jerry and Seth were professional, timely and handled the movement of 4 appliances without damage,. We thoroughly enjoyed their singing during the install process! I worked with Nick to get a few rooms and outdoor stairs carpeted. He was extremely responsive and communicative and worked with me to make sure everything was done well and to my liking. When there was a slight hiccup in the installation, he came down personally to ensure everything was done correctly and that I was happy with it. Prices were also comparable when I check with a couple other places including Home Depot. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a professional, and timely service that does the job well!
