The staff at this bank have been wonderful to me. I personally deal with Elizabeth, Donna and Melissa, and they are great ladies. One thing I did notice is that they are short handed.

Great people working there. Always friendly and professional. Remained open and available to our community, while staying safe and following guidelines throughout this pandemic. Highly recommend our Union Bank Ramona branch.

I love this bank and everyone that works there. Unfortunately during this pandemic, the last 3 visits have been less than stellar. The light up signs over the drive thru lanes have said closed. We drove up anyway since you cannot walk in, and when told they smiled and said they would correct it. The last time I went to deposit, I didnt realize they now close at 4pm, the lighted signs were already off, and the drive up tubey thing was closed up. I looked at my clock and it was 3:55. They arent making it easy.

This bank is horrible. Slow service, poor policies, and a gigantic waste of time you will never get back. Poor ATM choices when traveling the USA. I would avoid all branches unless you like headaches and nonsense.

They had a 2 figure amount in acount that shared my last name, I did not make an account with them so they steal 10$ of my money every time I cash a check.And they also have been strict about me having to use two forms of ID to do so...but january this year,, (I was using chase card which I later learned was cancelled )cut up card ...I still cashed a check no problems, license and thumb print sufficedNow today 3/16/18 it took two hours and two trips home only 3 miles away, but times four trips 12 miles gallon of gas...The kicker is the teller donna confirmed with me that my ID would work, so I returned home grabbed my id *and a license (from before I gained more liberties...) ALL are valid until at least 2020...But what does donna branch service specialist tell me when I get back? This will not work, these have the same number I replied: but, you said my id card would work, you accept an insurance card, or a debit card as identification but not my IDENTIFICATION CARD?!?Well her title could be more accurate and retain the first letters when edited to BullSh..Specialist...

The Ladies that work here are RUDE. theyve short handed me TWICE .
