We’ve used another “commercial type” company in the past and they can’t even compare! Nick and Team did a fantastic job steam cleaning our tile floors. The grout looks like its original color again, the valley portions of the tiles texture are also really well cleaned. We just had Nicholas come and clean our carpets in about 3.5 rooms as well as clean our huge WHITE 12 x 11 area rug. Previously, I had cleaned the area rug using those Rug Doctor units from the grocery store and I couldnt get it to look CLEAN. Nicholas did a fantastic job...the rug looks great like we just bought a new one! Also, our carpeting is about 9 years old...now it looks great again! Thumbs up! SNK does an amazing job. They cleaned our original brick floors in Ramona Senior Lodge and it was amazing to see how much they pulled off the grout to get it back to its original state. I selected SNK Carpet Cleaning because they were local and had excellent reviews. Im extremely happy I did! Nick arrived for the appointment and was able to give me a very reasonable estimate for the work. We did a deep cleaning in our four bedrooms, urine treatment (puppy), carpet protector, and he even treated our hallway rugs. He was very friendly and professional (and super sweet with our rambunctious pup!). He also - very casually - let me know about other services he provides (upholstery cleaning, laminate floor cleaning and grout cleaning) and I asked if he might also have time to do grout cleaning (which he did!).What made this such a great experience was his expertise and demeanor. When you have someone in your house for a few hours, you want them to be friendly! What made this an above and beyond experience was he actually helped me take apart a trundle bed we are selling and move it to the garage. Im about 6 months pregnant and cant even express how grateful I was for this help. It gets me *that* much closer to preparing for baby :)

Very happy with SNKs service! Nick was available to come out promptly when I needed my couch cleaned. The result was great, so I had him come back for the carpet. It took him about 2 hours to clean 4 rooms, a hallway and a staircase. You can choose between standard and deep cleaning depending on your situation (pets, kids, etc). Higly recommended.

I had a roommate move out unexpectedly and needed to show the room and get it rented FAST. First step after cleaning the room - get the carpets cleaned. The first guy I called had many excellent reviews on Yelp but was booked up for 5 days. He was kind enough to recommend another carpet cleaning professional. I figured since he was being recommended by this guy he must be good.Nick called me back within 10 minutes and was able to make the time to come out the next day. Due to my work schedule a friend was going to meet Nick at my house. I ended up having to change the time a couple of times since my friend was called into work. Nick was extremely courteous and able to accommodate the changes without a hint of frustration or irritability. I was able to meet him at my house on my lunch break. What an incredibly NICE guy! As he was setting up, my pit bull was barking non-stop. Nick offered to come in and get to know him a bit so he would be comfortable with him and not bark at him the whole time. He wasnt annoyed at my dogs barking but was worried about my dog being upset. He came in and sat down and, as Nick was petting him and talking to him my dog realized Nick was a friend, not a foe. After a few minutes he went back to work on the room and my dog was happy as a clam.Nick let me know he provides a 30 day guarantee - so if stains reappear he will come out and take care of them. I had to get back to work and left Nick to finish up, and lock up when he was done. He provided 2 pairs of booties so I could walk across the damp floor when I got home. He also turned the fan on to quicken the process of drying the carpets.When I got home after work I went in and took a look. I was a little worried as my roommate left several LARGE stains on the carpet. Much to my surprise the spots were ALL GONE and the carpet looked great!I would strongly recommend Nick to all of my friends and family. He is now my go-to carpet cleaner!

I would recommend SNK Carpet Cleaning to anyone needing their carpets or upholstery cleaned. Nick responded to my call within 10 minutes, scheduled an appointment the same day, and showed up 15 minutes early with a smile and eager to clean. He cleaned 2 large area rugs that have never been cleaned since purchasing 5 years ago. He suggested he could clean the area rugs outside in my driveway to help protect my hard wood floors. He quickly moved the furniture off the rugs, rolled them up and carried them outside. He transformed the rugs to what I think looked better than they were brand new. I was so impressed with the transformation of my rugs, I asked him if I could see what the difference would be if he did the seat cushions to my sofa as well. Without missing a beat, he changed the nozzle and did one cushion to show me the difference. I decided right then and there to have both sofa cushions done as well. He took the time and answered several questions I had, and never made me feel less for asking them. Nick was very professional, and left a lasting impression that he truly cared about my satisfaction and understanding. Nick was a good and honest dude. Very nice and professional. He did not upsell at any point. He came in and got it done. Even did extra for no charge. My carpets were pretty bad from my 4 dogs and now they look brand new. Uses a truck mounted machine and it does the job and does it well. This was a last minute carpet cleaning job due to the failure of the other company to be able to do the job as scheduled. SNK (Nick) showed up at 3:15, and was done by 5:30. Had a problem positioning his truck, but overcame that problem. Did a great job at a reasonable price. Wont even think of calling anyone else, just SNK.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!! Living in a small town, I wanted to Support a local business. I gave this Company a call and the very first question I ask was... Do you clean and reseal Travertine flooring? I was told yes and they would come by and give me a free quote.The day of the quote the gentleman let me know that he doesnt like to clean travertine. He gave me a speech on why but that he can turn the heat down. He let me know that he could clean the floor but could not reseal it. At this point I should have told him to have a nice day but my kindness got the best of me. He started saying I would pay way more going with anyone else for the same job. The money wasnt the issue I just wanted to support a local business and get the job done. He let me know I could give another company to come out and just have them reseal the floors.The gentleman had a seat and started a conversation with my husband and I about his personal life. I wanted to help him out owning a small business and Support someone local. We made a date and time for him to come out for my floors and also carpet to be cleaned.The day of the appointment no one showed. Over 40 minutes had past. I messaged to see if anyone was still coming out? I got a reply back with some excuse about picking up chemicals. He ended up arriving about 45 minutes later. He cut his time in half and said It wouldnt take him as long as he planned on.When the job was finished, we took a look at the carpet and seen several different stains. Of course we got excuses on every different stain that he was unable to remove.The travertine didnt come out as clean as we thought it would but again... he told us thats as clean as he could get it being that it was dirty.Our realtor came out to take a look at our house. She wasnt pleased with the carpet because now it had a musky odor and the stains. The travertine did not look clean either and she ask if we could have them cleaned again.We also had COIT come take a look at our floors to reseal them. They wouldnt do anything with the floors because they were still dirty!We were on a serious time crunch being that we were moving out of state and these were the last things to get done. COIT offered to clean them at that time and reseal the floors. We had no other Choice but to go ahead and get them done right. They sprayed their cleaning chemical to sit on the floors and I was beyond shocked at what I seen come up from the travertine.We called SNK and the owner agreed to a 50% refund. He never dropped it off and didnt respond to any of my messages. He finally responded days later. When I let him Know that I didnt mind writing a review on him and letting everybody know what his company is really like dealing with.He is definitely has many excuses up his sleeve and knows what to say. Not professional when the owner is texting back and forth arguing with customers. Even after agreeing to giving us a 50% refund he then only wanted to give us a $100 refund and saying that he didnt completely agree to 50% refund. The owner also wanted my husband and I to sign a disclosure paper stating that we would not review his Company. After wasted time through text messages and phone conversations, I ended up telling the gentleman to keep his money that Id rather write a review and let everybody else know so they wouldnt have to go through what we went through!The Company is a joke and so is the owner! Keep your money and go with a Real Floor Cleaning Company. It was a huge waste of time and $500.
